The race went on, Gloria ducked and weaved past both Stephan and Gregori's attempts at tackles and made her way to the finish line. Only the increased arrow fire gave the boys any chance at catching her, slowing her down enough for stephan to go for a tackle taking the flag from her. However its wasnt long since he was tackled by Gregori and the race continued in that manner the flag exchanging hands constants for a few minutes.

Lara sighed " yeah... I was already in it and the mission was a time mission. It took me like a hour to wear this is I took it off I might missed my target... I didn't have much of a choice...."

"...And the prodigal son returns victorious!"Stephan returned back to the hideout dancing victoriously every step of the way, waving the flag in the air. The two other walked behind him just enjoying the comic sight of Stephan despite their loss, in truth it remained close till the very end and noone had illusion otherwise. The hadnt noticed yet yuri's injury,"Uh-Huh. Uh Uhuh. Who's the man? I am the man!"

Gloria returned and told Alex and Lara that Stephen had won the race. ALex returned to Stephen "Good job we have one more test for you and we will determine if you will join the brotherhood, I hope you are ready Stephen"

Lara mentally sighed in relief. She looked at Stephen and smiled "good job, stephen" ritsu mowed. It's her way of saying congratulations.

"Thanks, Lara and little ritsu."He said with smile suddenly remembering how tired he was. "There is more?! Oh..boy....Ok, give me five minutes...ten...Well fifteen minutes and we can start."

"Alright then" When Stephen left for a break, the teachers and her set up a make shift ring made up of spray paint on the flat roof wit ha series of torches surrounding it. "We will start the final test in 15 minutes, enjoy the time and the show." Alex walked off to the side and talked with Lara.,

Lara was holding ritsu and petting her. She was so excited about the sparing it actually showed on her face. She loved to spare, she always learned different ways to subdue her enemies and also taught her how to get out different situations. She smiled and hugged ritsu. Ritsu licked her face and mowed. Lara giggled.

"Calm down Lara, I know you want to beat the crap out of Stephen but there will be some rules, no chopping of the throat or hitting of the privates for either one. Good you understand, except for those rules anything is allowed except killing of course. If only your parents could be here now to see how much you've grown up."

"Damn my means of success are have been outlawed, damn you ma'am!"Stephan commented jokingly to alex at the read out of the rules. He took a sports drink from the fridge and sat down on ne of the couches."What is it with people and wanting me beaten the crap off. Am i that annoying?"

Lara nods " so is it hand to hand or can we use weapon as well??" she asked. She then said to Stephen " I don't want to beat the crap out of you I just want to spar with you... Be careful cause I am not gonna hold back" she said with a grin.

"Stephen, all of my students have done this, Lara, Lars, and even Gloria. The only one that actually beat me was George. you guys can use weapons at your own risk but if you kill or dismember another student, you will recieve the same action to you and will kicked from the brotherhood, I hate to say that but it is the rules. Stephen, you might have a chance against me, I have a broken leg and many injuries that you can think of."

Lara nodded " alright then" she said. " this gonna be fun" she said with a grin and hugged ritsu.

Natalia would wake up and look around and chakes Yuri and says "Yuri....wake up...wake up"As she chakes yuri awake, he looks at her and says "Yea....*yawn* whats wrong"he says clearly tired and she says "Can you get up....and you ok now"She says kinda shyli and he says "Yes i can....can you get mi that Crutch Natalia"he nods as she gets up and gives it too him,as he would turn around and get off the bed rasing his left leg and natalia grabs his free hand and head towards the living room

"Oh i have no doubt it will be."Stephan said to Lara with a cheeky grin as if he knew something she didn't. He then turned serious back to Alex a serious look of concern in his face."Are you sure your up to the spar? I don't want to see hurt further just for my sake or worse...To many people have done that already...."He looked down guiltily.

 

[Harbinger]

"I've been doing this for 15 years Stephen, I've done crazier things than fight with a broken Leg." She shows Stephen and Lara her cut finger "I cut off my own ring finger without any medication to show my dedication to the brotherhood then went out into the freezing winter for two weeks by myself and nearly died. I survived barely, but that made me stronger. I think I can handle myself just fine. I'm going to check on Yuri, and will see you two upstairs in a few minutes." Alex walked over to Yuri's room to check on them.

Yuri would stop as he sees Alex on the door and Natalia holding his hand and he says "were going too the living room so its not escaping"as he says that Natalia sees Alex and she says "Thanks for saving yuri alex"

 

[Harbinger]

"No, you two are coming with me." Alex leads them up to the roof "Go stand by Gloria over outside the circle, I'll be with you guys in a few minutes, just stay quiet. By the way, your welcome Natalia.

Yuri would nod as he stands near Gloria as with one leg raised and with hus Crutch and Natalia behinde him as she dosent knoe whats happening but she wasent going too seperate from her brother

Stephan sighed. He, of course, knew Alex was right and in all likely possibilities he would lose in a fight to her. However, that was logic talking and what he was feeling wasn't logical and he couldn't help it not since his capture. This fear had held him back in various ways both socially and his advancement to the assassin. This test was year late coming because of it and now it would do so again. No way he could bring his A game in the fight with Alex now,


"What happened to yuri?" He asked noticing him coming out of his room.

 

[Harbinger]

Alex waited for everybody to stand around the circle before she made the announcment. "Tonight we will be is the final test to see if Stephen will be inducted into the order. In assassin tradition he will be facing a current member of the same assassin group and his mentor in two rounds of Sparring, then me and our guests will make the final descion. Now Let's have some fun and enjoy the time." Alex waited for everybody to take their postions.

Stephan made his way to the outside of the arena and listened to Alex's speech. He waited quietly for the fight to begin, trying to let his nerves affect him.

"I wish the best to the both of you and may your bond as brother and sister be stronger from this." Alex stepped into the center and waited for Lara and Steph to take their postions before starting the match. "Just a reminder, weapons are allowed and if you step out of the ring it is a automatic disqualification.

"Oh right! Time for the smackdown!" Stephan called stepping in to the arena in a boxing stance. He ducked and weaved as he did throwing a few punches in the air as if fighting an invisible for."Float like a butterfly, sting like bee!Float like a butterfly, sting like bee!"
