"Now answer...." Kai ordered

Cho flinched. "I only hire assassins to do my work, I don't have any power other than that I stole from my brother..." He replied. Feather sat back down on the desk, smirking.

 

[Field Marshall]

Kai hit him with a lightning punch in the gut. "Not what I asked, are you some crime lord, politician or something else. You better specify or I'll set her on you again. Then I chuck you out of the window and let you become a disgraceful smear on the street below. Now answer!" Kai ordered.

 

[Snowfeather]

Cho stammered. "I-I..." His voice trailed off. He said no more. Feather shot up from her seat and walked over to stand behind Kai. "Now will you let me do the torturing?" She hissed.

 

[Field Marshall]

"Nah, there's nothing more to learn from this one." Kai said grabbing Cho bythe blazer and chucking him out the window while he was still strapped to the chair. A loud crash of something soft being crush by wood and a hard place. "So I figure you've been hired by a wealth of clients and you must have information on current affairs crime lords and the like. I haven't exactly been much of anywhere in a long time. It's takes a long time to hone the kind of power I possess. I plan to put it to good use as a much needed Hero." Kai said to Feather.

"Let me guess, if I don't cooperate, I'll be next out the window?" She snapped. Feather walked up to a closet and took out a scarf. She wrapped it around her neck. "Let's go then.." She muttered, walking past Kai as she left the office.

 

[Field Marshall]

"Maybe." Kai replied following. "So where do you intend to lead me?" Kai asked following behind her.

Feather turned around and eyed him, her eyes blazing with anger. "You tell me.." She snapped before spinning around, continuing to walk along the path.

 

[Noyeh]

Noyeh walks around Capital, looking around, constantly changing temperatures to fit his criteria. Noyeh than walks into a shop, buying some Chocolate Fudge Cake, walking to his House. "So... I think if I go to sleep now.. I'll be able to wake up a hour later.." Noyeh says to himself, his hood over his eyes, him using Parasite Seeing on the person in front of him. He makes it to the Apartment, the man still in front of Noyeh. The man walks into his Apartment, Noyeh's apartment room right next to the mans. He walks in, pulling his hood down, putting his stuff away and laying down on the Couch. His Left Eye Clock turns a bit, him sleeping.

"If I hire you to team up with me then will you be more cooperative assassin? Also, I expected that you were leading the way, for all I know you could be taking me back to your place or a friend's place." Kai replied. Kai then grabbed her arm and said "Wait you do seem a little distressed, maybe we should go somewhere to put your mind at ease if just for a short while."

Feather muttered something under her breath and tried to pull her arm free of Kai's grasp. "Let. Me. Go.." She hissed as she turned to face him. "And as for where I'm going, I am going back to my place, since I seem to have forgotten my katana.." She snapped. This time when she pulled, she managed to break free. Feather just stood there, her eyes blazing yellow. "I don't need your pity." She said before spinning around, continuing to walk.

Max was currently playing his hand held as he causally swung his legs back and forth as he waited. 'I hope he doesn't cheat, I gave him a huge head start.' He thought just as he watch beeped. He let out a smirk, a full ten minutes had past since he told his 'friend' he planned to end him tonight. However being the awesome person he is, he agreed to let the man go if he could hide from him for a full fifteen minutes.


Max stood up and stretched as he casually walked over to a light that was on the roof. Did I mention he was on top of the tallest building in the city? No...well he is. He placed his hand onto the light and took his time to absorb the electricity. When he was done, there was no power on the last floor of the building and electricity was dancing off of him. 'Time for a bit of fun.' He thought with a smirk. He turned on his hand held and jumped in it. After traveling the network he found his friend, and when he did he let out a sigh. 'This is too easy if I travel by electronics. No problem I'll just start at the beginning.'


With that in mind he went back through the network and jumped out of his hand held, he then placed it in his pocket and walked to the edge of the roof that faced the area where is target was foolishly hiding. He turned around and spread out his arms before he fell backward, completely free falling from the building. "Hahahahaha! This is absoulutely terrifying!" He shouted as he neared the ground still laughing his ace off. Just before he hit the ground he turned to his electric form and stopped inches from decorating the pavement with his corpse.


He then went back to his physical form and made sure his boots were on tight before he ran off. His speed was unimaginable especially since he was powered up on electricity. It took him less than five seconds to arrive at his destination. For some reason the idiot hide near an abandon theater. He let out a low chuckle as he approached the mans quivering figure. "You know, you were a pretty cool dude, but I was hired to kill you so this has to be done. Hey, don't give me that look it's just business." He said with a smirk as he approached the man. He then placed his hands onto his head and released all the excess electricity onto him. When he removed his hand the guy was completely fried. 'Crap, I kinda feel bad, I only meant to shut off his heart...oh well. That attack was a bit on the loud side though I wonder if anyone heard me?' @SnowFeather @Newtype

 

[Field Marshall]

"Well, your decision." Kai replied. But then he sensed something with his Supernatural Awareness. He focused on it determining a dragonborn of the lightning element by presence signature. "Seems another of your kind assassin. But this time I may have to step up my game from what did with you to get this one in ,y custody. Collect your sword if you wish assassin but don't think you're free to go." He said to her before speed teleporting into the abandoned theater.


"Two of you in one night, man this is just too easy. I'm hiring you but as for payment I won't kill you or hand you over to the authorities. For you job you're to aid me in the cleaning up of the criminal and corrupt political powers in this city. But you'll probably want to do battle first. So lets not wait."Kai said to Max. An aura of chi cloaked Kai signaling he was ready.

Max was playing his hand held again and completely ignored the others presence. "Stupid boss! I almost had you that time!" He raged. He glanced at the person he killed and let out a sigh. "*sigh* You knew how to beat this, maybe I should have waited?...Nah what's the fun of someone beating a game for you." He asked with a smirk. He then began to walk off not even glancing at the supernatural that had arrived. 'I better collect my payment before he gets any ideas on using it for something else.' He thought as he placed in his ear buds. @Newtype

"Be like that but it was your mistake assassin." Kai said smirking. A sphere of energy appeared in Kai's hand and he threw it through the roof of the theater. As he walked out the roof the structure collapsed. But the blast itself increased in size as it went higher and higher. Then the sphere bursted unleashing a barrage of energy blast on Max each one moving at a speed just a little faster than lightning. Kai then unleashed an electromagnetic pulse to disable all, electricity in a the city. For an electricity user this would be like placing a fire user in absolute zero ice.

Max let out a sigh when his hand held shut off. He turned to face the attack and just before it hit him he changed into electricity and moved out of the blast radius, he then turned back to his human form electricity was dancing off of him even more than earlier. "Who the hell are you and what do you want!?" He shouted in anger as electricity covered his body. "I didn't get a chance to save! Now I have at least two hours of gameplay I have to do!" He exclaimed as he showed the man his hand held that was shut off thanks to him. @Newtype

 

[Field Marshall]

"Ahhahahahahahahahah! It was your own fault impudent weakling. My identity will not help you in the slightest. I don't even care about yours at the moment. Just know I'm here crush you, and shall show you real power while i'm at it that's if you can even get me to try that hard." Kai replied smirking. With a hand gesture beckoning the dragonborne to attack with all it's speed.

Max just looked at him with a blank expression. "You think I'm bad, are you aware as to what you have done?" He asked with a smirk as he placed his hand held away. "You just shut off all the electricity in a city that runs off of it. Do you really think that's the smartest of moves?" He asked as he placed his hands into his pockets ignoring the taunt. "Hold on... You don't have any reason to fight me. I haven't threaten your life...don't tell me you are a vigilante!" He asked as he took a step back.

 

[Field Marshall]

"You're an assassin, I must do what must be done. The city can do without electricity for a moment, especially if I have gained a pipeline directly to the criminal network in this city that I shall destroy. Don't even think about running you'll never escape me, not even at your lightning speed will you get away." Kai replied. Kai stepped forward a blade of energy in his hand. He spun the weapon with a smirk as he walked toward Max. @Peaceswore

"So you are a vigilante." He stated. After a moment of silence he burst out laughing and fell to the ground as he clenched his stomach. "Hahahaha That's a hahaha go-hahah good one." It took him a full two minutes to calm down. Once he did however he became completely serious. "I don't have any interest in more blood shed. And just to let you know this city has experienced a lot of blackouts like this before. Thanks to your truly, and they are prepared." He said with a smirk. As soon as he said that city came back to life as if nothing happened. "Back up generators." He said before sprinting off toward an electronic shop. He shot a bolt at the window breaking it and jumped into an operational TV. 'Time to get paid.' he thought purposely dropping his wallet which had the hotel key of the room he had to go to.

"Don't care what you think, I knew backups would kick in which is why I said a moment." Kai replied. Kai simply sensed him using his supernatural awareness. Kai obliterated Max's wallet with a small energy blast. He proceeded to track Max, though he could've given hot pursuit by turning into electricity himself there was no point when he can track him with a sixth sense as well as Max wasn't worthy of a hot pursuit.

Max entered the room where he was to meet the man who hired him. "Hey, I finished the job, now pay up. No weird money transfer as to our agreement I want cash." He stated as he took a seat near the window. 'If that guys is as stubborn as I think he is he should be here in a few seconds.' He thought. "Hey Nobody! Are you paying attention here is the agreed upon amount." A man said as he tossed Max a brief case, who caught it in mid air.


He didn't even bother to open it as he stared out of the window. "Just to let you know, you are likely going to die soon." He muttered to the man as he opened the window, though he didn't jump out. "What do you mean? Are you planning on killing me?" The man asked as he drew out a gun. Max still stared out the window into the night sky. "No...I only kill when necessary. I could be exaggerating, matters how serious this guy is." He muttered. "What guy?" Max just remained quiet as he waited to see if the vigilante will follow or not. @Newtype

 

[Field Marshall]

Kai was inside the room after the client said "What Guy." He had the client from behind in a headlock. "Me." He replied answering the man's question. He had waited until Max's presence stop moving then Flash Stepped from where he stood to the hotel room, now he had the client in a headlock. As he held the client he detected a strange presence signature not native to him all over him. The origin of this signature is somewhere nearby. He threw down the client and looked to the Assassin. "I thank you for your help. I think I just found what I'm looking for." Kai then jumped out of the window and landed on the ground below. Kai was fine but the ground was had a spider web like cracks in it where he landed.


Kai Flash Stepped to where he felt the origin of the presence. It was a man in a a red jacket standing by a pole. Kai dashed closing the distance instantly and had the man by his throat. Now we're going to have ourselves a useful interrogation.

Max just chuckled and waved him off. "Look at that...he didn't kill you. Don't know why but that's a shocker." He said to the client. "That guy is intresting...might as well see what he's up to since my game is out of power." He picked up the briefcase and walked to the window and jumped on to the frame. "Pleasure doing business with you." He said with a smirk as he jumped out of the window, though this time he changed into his small dragon form and flew into the big screen TV that was nearby. He went along the network till he found the vigilante. "I never got your name, and is that the guy you were looking for?" He asked casually as he turned to his human form and placed his hands behind his neck in a relaxed manner. @Newtype

Feather turned into her fox form and walked around on the streets, just seeing as Kai landed on the ground. She turned human, a smirk appearing on her face. She watched as a dragon flew out of the window and her face lit up. "A dragonborn and a superhuman.. Will you look at that?" She turned into her phoenix form and took to the sky, using her senses to keep track of the couple. As she senses them together, she decided she might join them. She let fire engulf her as she shot across the sky, soaring above the two of them before landing. She turned human just before landing and landed in a crouch. Feather looked up and smirked. "Here I am.." She looked over at the man in the red jacket and laughed. "Have you never seen a Liocan before? Not highly unusual as they usually stay out of The Capital.." She continued as the man stared at her in awe of her beauty. @Newtype @Peaceswore
