[Peaceswore]

Max looked at Feather confused. "What did he do? I feel fine." He said as he looked over himself. 'Though something seems off.'

 

[Field Marshall]

Kai replied to Feather. "Oh you understood that. Well I did nothing." He was lying though he looked at Feather with a look that conveyed a message; if you keep freaking out he'll want an answer to what I did to him and the news could very well break his heart. Kai then lied to Max "You're fine now, Feather was saying she needs us for something."

 

[Snowfeather]

She glanced over at Max, tears streaming down her face. She shook her head and covered her face in her hands. "Yes..."

 

[Peaceswore]

Max was utterly confused. "What happened? Did he hurt you?" He asked Feather completely unaware of what just transpired.

 

[Snowfeather]

Feather shook her head as she turned away from both of them. "No..." She whispered as her body trembled. "No, I'm alright.." She continued, her voice a bit louder.

 

[Peaceswore]

"You are not all right. Look at yourself. What happened that made you freak out like this?" He asked as he glanced over at Kai hoping for an explanation. @SnowFeather @Newtype

 

[Field Marshall]

"I ummmm....... insulted her favorite boy band." Kai lied. "They're called the Nobody."

 

[Snowfeather]

Feather nodded. "They're the BEST.." She hissed. She then clenched her fist and fake smiled. "Also, I'm on my period, so bye bye.." She snapped as she walked out of the clearing, irritated.

 

[Peaceswore]

Max was confused to say the least. 'If she is on her period then I guess it makes sense. But there is no band called the Nobody. Is he saying he insulted me? Or is something else?' He thought though he knew something was up. "Wait Feather didn't you need Kai and I for something?" He asked as he chuckled since what he said rhymed. (Did you erase his memory of his dragon form or erase the dragon form?) @Newtype @SnowFeather

 

[Snowfeather]

Through the tree you could hear Feather yell. "No!!" You could also hear as she kicked something, then her small yelp as she hurt herself. "I'm okay! Don't bother!" She called. @Peaceswore

 

[Field Marshall]

(Both, Kai plans to restore it in due time.)


"Well it seems since she doesn't need us, I'm going to make use of the two of you and enlist you two in my fight against this secretive organization. But first I should explain who they are and then afterwards I have to mold you guys into warriors ready to fight these guys." Kai announced.

 

[Peaceswore]

Max had so many question marks over his head you couldn't count them all. "...Hold on...weren't you trying to kill me less than five minutes ago? Why in the hell would I want to be apart of your secret organization of assholes and what makes you think I want to train under you." Max asked as he crossed his arms. 'Is feather ok? He wondered when he heard something coming from her direction, odd...I thought my hearing was better than that.' @Newtype @SnowFeather

 

[Field Marshall]

"I was just paying you back, if I really wanted you dead, you'd be dead. Not be apart but fight against which by annhilating the syndicate they'll likely come after you pretty soon. If you're not ready they'll blow right through you and Feather as well as anyone you know. These are vicious people the kind that make me look as kind hearted as a little girl that would nurse a bird with a broken win back to health. I've been fighting these guys for years I know how they operate." Kai replied.

 

[Peaceswore]

Max listened before he shook his head. "First off I'm not a hero, I'm an assassin. When they do come back it just means more work for me and Feather." He said with a yawn. "And to be honest I don't have anyone to care about...well I guess Feather, but she knows how to do the job properly. I have no intrest in what you are offering, so go to hell." He said before jumping into his disposable phone once again frying it beyond repair, and exiting in one that was near his house. 'Something feels off.' He thought as he closed his eyes and sat on the grass and looked at the sky. 'What is it though?' @Newtype @SnowFeather

 

[Field Marshall]

"You may not know it but you're already there." Kai said as soon as Max was gone. "You also do realize you've only moved a few feet. We were out here near your house already." Kai informed him. "Looks like the assassin doesn't care about his own survival, maybe I should just kill him now." A voice said from behind Kai. It was Kieran once more with a smug look. He was simply hanging out by the house. "We're due to get them all eventually. Come on Kai come back to us, rejoin the crusade like in the old days. Time runs out for our enemies, even you know that." Kieran said before leaving.

 

[Peaceswore]

"What the? We were in the Woodlands. And who is that? You know what I don't care, have your crusades away from my house." Max muttered as he crossed his arms trying to decided what he should do. @Newtype

 

[Field Marshall]

"Correction who was that. Anyway that's one of the guys who's going to kill you in the near future. Though that's none of your business since you don't care if these guys are going to steam roll through you and Feather. Maybe Feather will make a smarter decision." Kai replied.

 

[Peaceswore]

"Yeah, maybe she would be. And I won't help you especially since you won't tell me what you did." He said seriously. "Have fun gorging each other." He said lazily as he sat on the grass some distance away to watch whatever was about to happen. @Newtype

 

[Snowfeather]

Feather sat down with her back against a tree and buried her face in her hands. She cried and cried, the tears never stopping. When they did, she looked up to see a man standing a few feet away from her, a gun in one hand and a katana in the other. "Have you come to kill me?...." She muttered, and the man nodded. Feather closed her eyes and drew her katana. "Come at me then.." She hissed. The man smirked and lunged for her, but she easily dodged to the side, clashing her katana against his. She smiled and he narrowed his eyes, annoyed at her resistance. "Hey, I don't wanna die, that's all!" She said and let out a laugh as she threw her knee up in between his legs. He huffed and she grabbed his gun, pointing it to his head. Feather smirked and without hesitation, she fired. The man fell to the ground, lifeless, his head acting as a river as the blood oozed out on the grass. "It was nice doing business with you ma'am..." She said as she bowed, putting her katana back in her belt before spinning around, walking away from the corpse.

Max gripped his head with his hands. For some reason he felt different, he couldn't explain it but something was off. 'What did Kai do to me?' He wondered as he removed his hands and stood up, completely masking the amount of pain he was in. @Newtype

 

[Snowfeather]

Feather walked into the clearing, not noticing that the man had cut her cheek with his blade and walked up to Max. "You okay?" She asked, putting her hand on his shoulder. @Newtype @Peaceswore

 

[Peaceswore]

He smirked at Feather. "Just fine." He said not showing how injured he was or how worried he was about the man talking about crusades

 

[Snowfeather]

Feather narrowed her eyes. "No you're not.." She hissed. She closed her eyes and dark smoke gathered at Max's feet. "You're hurt.." She said, her eyes wide with worry. "Why didn't you tell me?" She said, hurt. She flicked her finger and the darkness thinned out, travelling over Max's body. "You're really hurt!" She shrieked as the darkness disappeared. Her eyes turned darker as she used her light to create an orb in her hand. She opened his mouth and stuffed it in, forcing him to swallow it. His wound's healed, but Feather's eyes didn't brighten.

He just shrugged. "I've suffered worse." He said calmly.

 

[Snowfeather]

Feather shook her head and slapped his cheek before turning away. Her hair was a bit darker as well, and a slight darkness surrounded her feet. "Be careful.." She hissed silently, making sure he didn't hear her.
