Akira remained silent as everyone bickered amongst themselves. With a sigh she came up with a compromise





Ok how about we stick together until Ashe wakes up and Katya heals up ok. Then if people want to split they can?


Better to stay together until were all ok again right?

Katya went quiet for a long moment and slowly nodded her agreement giving in since it was likely they'd just follow anyway.

"Yeah, sounds like a good idea." She said putting her back pack and stuff on the floor before walking off to go do just that. She seemed to be lost in thought. Busy in her own little world.

Harley knelt beside Jesse, checking his forehead. "He's running a fever. The bite is infected." She turned to glare at Ryder. "Not Zombie-infected. Bacteria-infected." She said firmly.

"Then it's settled, we stay here." Ryder said, looking at the others. "If it's bacteria infected you should clean it with alcohol" he said, looking at the girl he still didn't know the name of.

Harley leaned into Jenna's ear. "He needs big stuff. Prescription pills, stuff we don't have. This bite is worse than it looks, it could still kill him.

Her face changed at the mention of 'don't have' and 'kill him' and gulped as she faced Harley "There wasn't any in the hospital when you went on the raid?" she whispered back in a hushed tone

Katya had begun to seal one of the entranced on her own trying to think of what she would do. She swallowed dryly at the thought of Sam turning up, these guys were good people and she didn't want them to go down like the last group she was with.

"If they did, it was long since raided. If we don't find something soon, we might as well start picking the flowers for his funeral." Harley hissed. A weak voice broke in.


"Black roses. Artificially dyed. Thanks." Jesse said with a dead smirk.

"Uhmm... wait wait... that wrestling guy... didn't he have a pack full of medication, he handed us some and I recall they were in the shed" she whispered between Harley and Jesse. "I saw them with my eyes, don't know if they are good pills but worth a shot no?"

"Well, this is depressing" Ryder said with a sigh. He sat down on the floor and found the vodka bottle in his backpack. Not that he wanted the infected-but-not-really-infected-dude to die, but there wasn't much he could do and he didn't really know any of them.

She looked at the sighing guy and addressed him "Oi you.. dude with the bottle... How about you lend a hand in building instead of sulking in that vodka of yours" she said standing up and looked at Harley and whispered "You go check if they're right?"

"Oi you, redhead number two, we are inside a building. And Katya is sealing the doors. There's not really much left do to." he said, taking another long zip from his bottle. He didn't like people telling him what to do.
