Ashe smiled briefly at Mei before walking towards the liquor department. There wasn't much. A lot of bottles were broken and glass was scattered over the floor. Yet she still saw some bottles. Whiskey, wine and some other thing she hadn't seen yet. She looked down the aisle to the rest of the group. They didn't seem to miss her. Quickly she opened her bag and put the bottles inside.

She looked around for food, and a possible packet or two of cigarettes. She found a can of what seemed to be peaches, nodding she put it into her bag.

Ryder


Ryder walked straight to the tobacco shelf, and found two packs that weren't completely ruined. "Yessssss" he whispered as he put them in his backpack. He kept walking, and ended up behind Ashe, keeping an eye on what she was doing while looking for things himself. He wasn't sure if she'd noticed him and he was starting to feel a little creepy so he decided to say something. "Do you think whiskey will save you from zombies?" he said.

Ashe turned around quickly when she heard Ryder behind her. "Fuck, can you not do that?!" she asked, her heart beating fast. She closed her bag and swung it over her shoulder. She then shrugged. "Oh really. I had no idea. I thought it would be an amazing idea to get them drunk." She smiled a bit, before shaking her head. "It's for me. Sometimes it is nice to forget this whole shit thing we are in."

"No ones gonna blame you for wanting to forget," Katya said having walked over to the two, "we all have our own things that help us get through things. However, you're already are or are going to become an alcoholic." She'd managed to find her own cigarette's just like the blond boy had and was lighting one with an electric blue lighter.

She had been following the group for a while now. Her training and basic skills were on autodrive. It did not matter to her that this group


did nothing to her. She needed supplies to survive and she would take them by force if needed. She waited until they split up and she followed


the silver haired man. Moving like a shadow she waited and watched as he loaded up with what he needed.


She nearly scoffed at his question about the Whiskey. If you set it on fire it would make a Molotov Cocktail maybe. She moved from her position and quietly drawing her blade she pressed the tip gently against the back of his neck and in a quiet whisper she said


Give me your supplies and I won't slice your neck like its a slice of bread.


Don't even think of calling your friends or they will find you dead and me gone


She stood waiting for his action, her eyes moving from him to Ashe as she had spoken.

It was completely silent until Katya exhaled a slow drag and eyed Akira slowly before grinning slightly, "you do realise we're in a super market, right?" She tilted her head at the girl, "go look for supplies."

Ryder nodded slowly and picked up a bottle of vodka. "I think we should get really drunk" he said with a smile. Two seconds later he had a blade pressed against his neck. This day had been crazy. He couldn't help to laugh a little at Katya's comment. "Yeah, and sorry to disappoint you, but I'm literally the worst person you could rob." he said, his voice sounding weird from the blade. It was true though. He had nothing of importance. Well he had his gun, but he was not giving that away so easily.

Ashe quickly had turned around and aimed her gun at the woman who had her blade against Ryder's neck. "Let him go," she told him, looking at her. "If you dare pushing your blade against his neck, I will shoot you between your eyes. You better think twice , sweety." Ashe stared at the woman she hadn't seen before.

Jesse hobbled up behind Ashe, ignoring the pain in his neck. He wasn't sure if it was smart to show up to a group of strangers with a bite on his neck, but he did it anyways. "Let's put the weapons down. Killing survivors isn't in our better interests and we all know it." He insisted.

Don't leave, please." Jesse pleaded. He tried to ignore the scene behind him, he had more important things to worry about.

Ashe pushed Katya away from her. "That is why I will shoot her after she sliced his neck open," she shot back, still aiming her gun at the unknown woman. She was confused when Jesse was suddenly there. "Jesse... what are you doing here? Go back to the group," she told him while she stared at Ryder.

With the blade still pressed against his neck, he was growing bored of this drama. "Can you just remove the blade from my throat?" he said annoyed. "And who the hell is that guy?" he said, looking at the guy who'd suddenly showed up.

"I'm not leaving you. Not until you agree to come back." Jesse growled firmly, planting his feet. He was still pale and shaky, but he didn't move, face set.

Ashe moved her head towards Jesse. "Oh please, you don't need me," she said with a cold voice, "you have Jenna." It come out a lot more rude than she wanted it to be, but at the moment she just wanted Ryder to be save.

Akira held the blade steady, she knew the guys neck would be sliced open before the trigger would get pulled. However she did not want to be killed.


Remaining unmoved, she could hear the snark in their voices and spoke with a cold grin on her face.


How rude of me, Its your gun supplies I'm after. I know your packing guns





Another stranger approached, asking everyone to calm down. She spotted the bite on his neck and tensed, they were running around with someone


who was infected. Lowering the blade from his neck she turned to Jesse with her arms folded. Turning to Katya, she looked disarmed by the random question





Do I....smoke?, what kind of question is that. You need stronger shit to deal with whats going down


Akira turned once Jesse and Ashe were talking. With her blade put away, she was shocked once she knew who it was.


Stepping forward, she promptly punched him in the face before giving him a hug.


Taking a breath she let him go before she showed him who it was.

"Jesse? It's me, Kira." The girl who once held a blade said. Jesse looked down at her, gasping when he recognized her features.


"Kira!" He gasped, embracing her tightly. "Holy shit, you're alive?!"

"So you'd let someone die like that, instead of trying to save them?" she shook her head and again gripped the end of the gun, "you where right to leave the group if that's your opinion." she gruffly pulled the barrel of the gun forward out of the girls hands and then ever so kindly smacked her in the face with the butt of the gun. Akira let out a shaky laugh as she kept hugging him. She could not believe he was alive. She had told him years ago that she saw him as family.


They were always close. When everything had gone down she was afraid that he was dead just like everyone else. But here he was alive and...bitten.

She said, laughing slightly as she let him go before watching Ashe get knocked out. Looking slightly shocked at the group she looked questioningly to Jesse.


He seemed to be in charge here so she would listen to him.

"Whatever it takes to keep you alive, Ninja Girl." He laughed, not releasing her. It had been years since he saw her, he had presumed that she was dead. "I haven't seen you since I deployed." He breathed.

Just as she saw Jesse run out of the shed at the state he was she grasped her crossbow and went along behind him to see what the hell was going on. Her brain couldn't process one minute she was alone now all of these people lurked around "What is going on?"
