What year is this roleplay set?

The handbook leaves that ambiguous, but my assumption is that the apocalypse occurred during the present day. It also says the oldest survivors remember the apocalypse as childhood memories, which means the apocalypse has happened 60-70ish years ago. So... if my math and theories are right, 2080ish?
