Fantasy Apocalypse: Not your typical 'zombie'

I let you drop and go upstairs punching at least three holes in the walls out of rage

Lilly flinched at every noise, slightly calmed down but still scared.

 

[Sea Jelly]

After awhile I come back down and lean against a wall

 

[Blomst]

"Who is he?" Lilly asked in a shaky voice, still keeping her head to his chest.

 

[Sea Jelly]

"Someone who caused trouble earlier," I shake my head, "Lilly, Im sorry you had to see that, see me like that, I, I understand if you can't trust me anymore, I wouldn't be surprised if no one here did anymore."

 

[Blomst]

"It- its fine. After the past hour, i- I think he deserved it."

 

[Sea Jelly]

"Lilly, It isn't fine, that was the closest I've come to losing it in years, and that was over one idiotic lunatic." I slide down the wall, "My point is, I don't even know if I should trust myself to stay with anyone anymore."

 

[Cruor Flumine]

Marcus shook his head. "You're gonna be fine Felix. That person made me wanna murder him too, you just gotta try to keep calm."

 

[Blomst]

Lilly stayed quiet a moment. "If you don't trust yourself, you'll second guess everything. It'll drive you insane man. It'll slowly mold you into a bad zombie." Lilly gulped. "Trust yourself enough, so that you won't be bad."

 

[Sea Jelly]

"Marcus, Lilly, I know but you don't get it, the rage makes it harder to control myself, my senses heighten, especially smell, he bleed Marcus, he made, he made me want it, that's what im worrying about, even if the urges are gone now, which they are, the blood made it worse," I stop, clutching my head

 

[Blomst]

Lilly went silent and looked at the ground.

 

[Cruor Flumine]

Marcus released the girl and stroked her hair before standing and walking over to Felix, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Deep breath man. Don't be afraid to let loose when you need to. As ling as it's to protect those you care for, I won't think differently of you and you won't hurt the others, i can tell by the way the other zombies act. Would you believe me if some zombies drank animal blood and ate animal meat instead of human products?"

 

[Sea Jelly]

I look up at Lilly, "Im sorry if I scared you."

 

[Cruor Flumine]

Marcus patted his shoulder bedore turning to the door. "I gotta go find Addie." Before he left, he smirked. "I call the other zombies Veg-Z-tarians." Laughing to himself, he exited the room in search of the younger girl.

 

[Blomst]

"I was to busy being terrified by that guy. But, I shoulda seen the response coming."

 

[Sea Jelly]

"No you shouldn't have, I should have though, I should have prepared for myself for the rage, but I didn't, I put you all in danger, like last time I was in a group of survivors, except they didn't know what I was, they expected it even less then me or you."

 

[Blomst]

She pressed her lips together. "You can't pin this all on yourself. He woulda flipped even if he wasn't angry when I said that." Lilly paused. "He brought me up. No matter what you did he would know I was there. That everyone was there."

 

[Sea Jelly]

I look at Lilly with a sad smile, "Thank you, I was planning to leave, thats actually what I originally came down here to say."

 

[Blomst]

Lilly had a small smile on her face. "Its your choice."

 

[Sea Jelly]

"That was the problem, I didn't trust myself enough to make a choice, I guess I was going to leave it up to you guys." I chuckle, "In a way I guess I still am."

 

[Blomst]

"Like I said, if you don't trust yourself, you can't make decisions."

 

[Sea Jelly]

"Well what would you prefer, me around or gone, considering you just found out what I really was right before the attack it might actually be an easier choice for you."

 

[Blomst]

"I trust you enough to stick around."

 

[Blomst]

"Because, when I did find out, I trusted you enough so that I would stay."

 

[Cruor Flumine]
