Greetings, I'm Akibahara, leader of Millennium City: A persistent, open-world, choose-your-own-adventure type RP. We're a rapidly expanding RP community, currently consisting of 35+ roleplayers, with lots more on the way. In addition, we have our own Hosted Project on RPNation.

The RP is heavily inspired by Frank Miller's Sin City, GTA's San Andreas, and the neon futurism genre present in 1980s Sci-Fi movies. We're looking for individuals interested in participating as pre-existing, fictional characters or OCs.
