(( So, an idea came to me to make Jotaro's Time Stop less OP. Each time he uses it, everyone's character finds themselves able to be aware for a few moments and they will very slowly start to be able to move within stopped time. In the anime, he could only move a few fingers at first and be aware when his enemy, DIO, stopped time. Eh? ))

That sounds fairly interesting. I don't think I'm an expert on OP powers, though xD
