I feel so dumb for not getting that joke. I didn't watch the series yet, but i still feel dumb anyway.

... Your not a dam Percy Jackson fan, you can't use the dam Percy Jackson inside joke. Also, it should be gods, not god. And you used the dam joke in the wrong way, anyway... it has to be before a verb, and putting the dam joke before an it doesn't work...

Ok. So, in the third book, Percy and Thalia go to Hoover Dam in America. This is before Thalia become a hunter. They were also with this girl called Zoe, who was from ancient times. She said, "C'mon, we need to get to the Dam highway," or something like that. She was obviously referring to the road running through the Dam, but Percy and Thalia thought she had said 'damn'. Of course, they soon realised she said 'dam', but started to call everything in the Hoover Dam museum the dam ____. They burst out with laughter, but of course Zoe didn't understand.


There you go. The dam Percy Jackson joke has been revealed. It's more funny in the book...

Sorry I haven't been posting a whole lot here, unfortunately I have a tendency to take a back seat whenever other people are roleplaying around me :/

Eh, i do that too sometimes, which is way i usually do 1on1 or small group RPs. I can't handle RPs with more than 6 people.


I'm going to interact with your character more often. :)
