Reputation: Despite being supposedly a Dreaded Despot who ruled his Barony with an Iron fist with Dark Sorcery people assumed he was granted by Satan himself, Baron Vito is now Known as "the Guy in that Painting that Domineuse had Covered in Masking tape and out on the opposite side of the Building of Where his lecture hall is after Vito Almost Escaped his Prison last Year. Also there's a torch next to the painting in case it needs to be Burned because Vito's One of those guys you need to be careful releasing because he is not Easy to Control.
What they do:Try to Escape the Painting, From there, Possess someone to try and regain their dark Glory. When they're not doing that, they're Verbally Abusing anyone who walks past the Painting.

-he was such a dick that unlike Say, Elizabeth Bathory or Vlad the Impaler, People actively tried to forget that he ever existed because of all the Trauma.

-Vito was so evil that when he rode through a village once that village fell over dead, he didn't even do anything, everyone died out of Fear.

-The Painting was Donated to Tudor Lestrange in 1994 after Vito almost took over New York with a Ghost army 5 years Prior only to proceed to lose to an Italian Plumber, a Parapsychologist who sounded like Garfield, A Detective who had a Camera that could Banish Ghosts and a Gorilla named after Dick Tracy who could "Go Ghost" because they happened to be the dream team of various guys you could call if you have Ghost Problems. The donor was described as being "Quite eager to be shot of the Bloody thing."

Appearance: Taller than would be natural for most humanoids, with a very slim frame. Her face resembles a misguided artist's impression of a rat, with a crooked snout, large and tufted ears, and dark red eyes. Her teeth are well cared for, however, even in length and a healthy color, looking much like an actual rat's teeth. Her fur is wiry in texture and agouti brown in coloration. She has a long, bald tail. Her hands and feet halfway resemble a rat's paws.
