Unfair One and Black Magician- More simple byproducts of her being a Siren than anything to actually do with her villainy. Though, her singing is an easy way to control people.

Despite the undeniable charm she excudes, it's hard making friends when everything you say is nonsense. She has a few fans of her singing and handsome looks, which may be the start of her Freak Show if they'd just get close enough for her to grab. Artemis is technically her Henchman, not that he always does what she says.

Personality:
She's perhaps a little off-putting, as should be expected from someone who identifies as evil. Unless she's concentrating on something, most people's first impression of her is probably that she's a flirty, but well-mannered person. Which, isn't an incorrect observation, even if it is a limited one.

However, underneath this personality lies a peculiar obsession of hers: The circus. Whether it be something as simple as clowns or the idea of using one to do some damage with her Singing, she absolutely adores anything pertaining to the circus and will talk about it endlessly. She's especially keen on the idea of a Freakshow, even if they stopped long before she was born. But if she can't see one, her next best bet is to make it, right?

No science ever prepared her for the fact that, despite having the charisma to command people like mere pixels on a screen, she might need to learn to shut up about wanting to graft extra appendages on them or invert their knees to actually get them to stay around. She's decently popular due to being relatively attractive, being extremely charismatic, and having a very good singing voice, but all that actually amounts to is people admiring her good looks and not actually talking to her because they view her as crazy.

If it's sentient and sapient, he wants to take a bite out of them, and he's not concerned about whether they alive or dead. Humans and other Mermaids seem to be his favourites, but he's not picky.

He only found out after death that he had a bastard son named Nerrare, who later went on to become the great great grandfather of Zoe.
Any changes?: I don’t know where to begin. Namely that everything she’s ever eaten has physically become another part of her and she’s now variably between 7’00’’ and 30 feet tall depending on how much of her body she reveals.
How you got here: Was obtained pseudo-officially by the Tudor-Lestrange Institute from a Russian Orbital space prison after multiple years of containment by the Russian Society for Anomalous Preservation and Relocation — which she was contained in due to essentially eating 3 Baltic cities off the map, and an entire company of military resources and personnel sent to contain her… at age 10 — she was a hassle since the only way the Russians had figured out to keep her contained was by essentially letting a mad scientist build an entire space island with a constantly shifting series of rooms that artificially produced various things for her to eat, and hoping she didn’t figure out she could eat the walls. Zoe actually claims she didn’t actually know she wasn’t just dead and in some afterlife for most of her life in containment until about age 15. It was getting more and more costly for the Russians and said mad scientist to keep her fed, so they believed it was best to lump her as a responsibility on the institute.

Classification: Consumer, Special Class - often considered the ace of her particular year, though probably due in part by the fact that she ate Khaos, the previous ace, while he was sleeping, Zoe Giegue is probably the reason that the 4th year class from several iterations ago had a 10% graduation rate, She kept eating other students too fast for the school to keep up with finding replacement candidates. Which was a serious blow to their system that they only somewhat corrected school-rivalry-wise by sending her on vacation to Vegas on summer break.

And it got harder and harder to stop her every time, because she literally gains the traits of anything she eats. She’s made it abundantly clear that if it weren’t against the rules, she would probably eat staff, school property, and literally anything else she could get her weird psychokinetic grasp on. Including concepts.

Unnofficial Rank: Unspeakable Horror/That Bitch - Along with the inhabitants incarcerated in level 5, 4 and 3 of Nyctores down, there’s a distinct system of the chopping order for who gets dibs on what. If something is meant to be sent down to level 6, everyone is too afraid to even try and raid it, since the last time they did, The institute created a doorway between levels 4, 5, and 6, and told Zoe where the doorways were.

Rank: Villain, Class NEET (no longer in education. But the classification is easier than giving her a livable wage. Something domineuse insists that the organization do for all its employees. Although hypocritically he was also the one who came up with the Class NEET system.)
Allegiance: Territorially the only inhabitant of level 6 of “Nyctores Down, The Great 6 hells” (literally just the 6 levels of fantastically horrid catacomb basements which are used for a combination of hazardous storage, corporal punishment, "Reconditioning", and special training for high potential students.) though at least a few times it was also inhabited for long periods by Sato Sukuna, initially during termination attempts, but who Zoe seems affectionate for and who they periodically send down if it seems like Zoe’s starting to get antsy so that she doesn’t start eating the walls. She states she likes him because he “Kept better than the desecrate corpses they keep sending her otherwise.” And “had good texture” (there is a delicate balance going on there of trying to manipulate her by limiting who and what she gets to eat, but it varies from somewhat successful to literally her trying to eat the mooks they send down to cut a deal with her if she’s hungry enough.)

Fashion sense: she’s been wearing the same villain costume they gave her in her 4th year as part of a ceremony when they lead her into the basement and then never told her how to get out. She’d probably be nude by now if the outfit wasn’t bound to her body by a curse and mends itself forcefully whenever she eats parts of it.
