Theremaining doctors takes a few steps back away in fear "Sir please....You don't know what you're asking....This man....Is a criminal....The most dangerous one to date.....Why do you want us to help him so badly...?"

Tsubake thought about what the doctors were saying, but their words only made him more irritated.

"He's a criminal, huh?" Tsubake started to say, clenching his fists tightly as he continued to radiate with power, "Well so are a lot of people you help, I bet. You never know who is a criminal and who isn't and even then, it isn't your job to judge who IS a criminal -- it's your job to help people that are in need. There have probably been politicians, murderers, thieves, and all types of other people you just didn't know were criminals that you've helped before. So what makes my bro any different from the other people that you've helped and let get away?" Tsubake glared at them, saying, "I think it's up to the court to decide what to do with a criminal. You all just do your jobs and I'll deal with Modesto when he's better." Tsubake might be able to give him a change of heart. "You never know who may turn over a new leaf nor why, so it's best to always help whoever you can, just in case."

The doctor sighs "Give us a moment...." He looks to other colleague who has an obvious expression of uncertainty on his face. "We'll see what we can do for your...Friend."

With that said, Tsubake's 'Hihyougan' -- the 'Critical Eye' -- deactivated and his eyes came to a soothing close. "Thanks, chief," Tsubake said warmly, his aura powering down and his body returning to normal. He stuffed his hands into his leather jacket and awaited what the doctors said they could do about Modesto. When they were done, Tsubake would deal with him and whatever 'criminal' activity he wished to pursue. But that would be taken care of after his life was saved.

So, that done, Tsubake returned to the now empty waiting room and plopped down on the chair, picking up another dull magazine and looking at the pictures.

The doctors get to work, stitching up his wounds, disinfecting them and padding them up. As they continue, police sirens can be heard getting closer to the hosptial

Suddenly, Over a dozen police cars pull into the hospital parking lot and surround the building. They get out their vehicles with their weapons ready and one of them speaks into a megaphone "ATTENTION!! IN THE NEXT MINUTE WE ARE GOING TO ENTER THE BUILDING! BE ADVISED TO STEER CLEAR AS WE ARE MAKING A STRAIGHT SHOT TOWARDS OUR TARGET!"

Tsubake casually awaited Modesto's recovery, still flipping through magazine pages. It wasn't until he heard some blaring voice on a megaphone that he got pissed again. "Oh hell naw," he said, throwing the magazine down and beginning to walk toward the entrance to the hospital. "These guys just don't know when to give up..." A faint glow surrounded him as he started to build up power again, gaining strength with each step that he took toward the door. "Let's just see if they can get past ME!" Tsubake wasn't one for killing people, but if his life was in danger, he had to do what he had to do. The same went for those he thought of as friends and family. "BRING IT ON!" he shouted, his red hair flaring up with the intensity of his aura.

The police look among one another "Is this man challenging us? "

"Oh, hell no!"

"Let's storm this place and fuck this man up!"

"YEA!" The police cheer

The cops rush into the hospital. Everyone inside move, hide, or take cover as the police as the police begin to search for Modesto. Breaking into every room they see in search of their adversary.

Tsubake instantly was on that with the cops and saw them as a threat to his friend Modesto. When they tried to search for him, Tsubake muttered under his breath as his aura soared, "Second Gear..." and his legs radiated immense power -- more than his upper torso. He disappeared from sight instantaneously and the only thing that could be seen were the cracked jaws of several police officers in a row who were closest to Modesto. Tsubake reappeared before the doors, cracking his knuckles. "Don't try to fire at me, you'll miss." Cocking his arm back, Tsubake uttered, "First Gear..." and his upper torso radiated immense power -- equal to that of his legs, now. He shot off a punch that would clear everything in front of him with the quickness, blowing it up and out of the hospital using incredible force. All police officers in range would be shot through the walls and possibly disintegrated from the energy that was being released from Tsubake at the time. "Anyone else?" He asked, in case there were some officers that weren't either blown away or having a concussion from the punches he super fast punches he delivered.

"Oh my God! This random white guy with a blindfold and firey-red hair is a secret badass!"

"He can't be too badass! Open fire!"

The police open fire at Tsubake

(Tsubake is actually black. XD)

"I told you..." Tsubake said, flickering intensely as his body blurred to dodge bullets that were shot at him, disappearing from the shootout soon after, "NOT TO SHOOT!!" He was before the group of officers with a leg cocked back, sweeping it with such speed and force that it looked like a passing comet when he kicked them -- one into the next into the next and so on. The officers would pile up high as they all smacked into each other, likely incapacitating most of them just from the force, and definitely killing the first one.

Without warning, he flickered before the remaining officers one by one and disarmed them, sending guns flying by means unknown, for his speed was too great to be seen with the naked eye at this rate. However, the officers would find that their wrists were either bruised or broken from the impact of the disarming. "Let the doctors work," Tsubake warned the officers that still remained, "Or I'll kick your asses to the moon and back!"

(oh shoot, my bad lol)

The remaing police continue their assualt on Tsubake, a few even use some of the frightened doctors and patience as shields to try and get closer to her

"Give it up, you Ginger freak! There's too many of us and you can only outlast us all for so long!"

Tsubake disappeared as the onslaught of bullets tried to hit him, blasting through what was an afterimage of his body in motion, which lasted a long time even after being shot. When he appeared next, it was next to the cowardly police that were using human shields and immediately, he snapped their wrists so that they couldn't hold people or weapons.

An anime vein of irritation popped up on Tsubake's head as he was called 'ginger' when his skin was clearly caramel. He was light-skinned, but he was still Black... And Japanese. Blackanese. "I ain't givin' up nothin'! You guys are just my warmup!" Tsubake suddenly whistled and shouted, "Oh, Baby!!" and through a Dimension Gate would his Porta-Bike -- the Dimensional Motorcycle -- shoot out. "Now I'm gonna show you bastards what my Baby can do!" He revved up the cycle and shot at a speed that only left a glimmer through the multitude of police officers, running over them and plowing through them. The dimensional motorcycle would shoot into another portal and then park itself inside the hospital where it was summoned before, as if it hadn't just run through those officers.

Tsubake revved the engine in a threatening manner.

The doctors continue to work as carefully and quickly as they can as they hear the gun fire and the panicked screams of their patients and colleagues

"We should be getting close finishing..."

"I just hope we aren't interupted before thing. I know about working under pressure but not under gunfire."

"I hear ya'." The doctor looks down on Modesto "You're always nothing but trouble..."

"Youuuu....Got that right...." Modesto mumbles to the doctors surprise

With the police dealt with more or less, Tsubake would look around to make sure there were no more of them, then run over the ones that he'd already run over before to make sure that they were incapacitated or dead. After that, he parked his bike outside again, then returned to the hospital. He was getting anxious, so he went to go see how the doctors were doing with Modesto.

"Oh, bro! Are you doin' okay?" Tsubake yelled, not wanting to go into the operating room. Then he thought that maybe asking Modesto something whilst he was being operated on wasn't the best idea, since it could be open surgery. It didn't look like he needed it, but hell, it was a possibility, at this point.
