"Got it, chief," Tsubake said, grabbing the guns and loading them, just in case. "This is your fight, ya know?" Tsubake stood by, but he kept his aura flowing. "But I got your back if you need me." That's the type of guy Tsubake was -- the kind to help his bro out when in need. That's why they called him 'Bro'.

"Ok then. Cripples first." Modesto says, his sword not even drawn.

Sonin takes notice of this and his insult towardshim, his mouth contorts with disgust as makes a quick slanted swing at Modesto, which he dodges with ease. Sonin then turns his blade up and makes and upward slash making Modesto take a step back. Sonin the turns his blade back down a tries another slanted slash, but this time Modesto flicks the guard of Split Moon with his thumb and it unsheathe itself halfway and it blocks Sonin's third strike which causes him to stagger.

Tsubake watched as the fight began, having found some popcorn that one of the cops was eating before. "Lucky," he said, hooting for Modesto. "YEAH. GO BRO. BEAT THAT ONE DUDE RIGHT THERE." Tsubake still had the gun ready in one hand, but he was also eating popcorn.

Sonin's glare remains locked on Modesto as Split Moon falls back into its sheath. He re-positions himself in a slightly more proper stance with his left leg out and his blade slightly tilted to the side. He takes a deep breath, waits, then takes a focused swipe at Modesto's abdomen. Modesto pulls his body back, but remains in the same spot as before. Sonin then redirects the blade as he swings it down at first, then turns the blade upward and curves it into a strike that looked it would've worked better if managed to cut Modesto, which he didn't, but re-positions Sonin in a lower stand where his legs are slightly bent and his arm is in an upward 'L' with his blade still pointing at Modesto. Tsubake can then see a sliver of what a appears to be a thin metal rod where Sonin's right leg should be attached to a his shoe.

Tsubake's eyes were already keen, having a special ability known as 'Hihyougan', so noticing every tiny detail came naturally to him. Once his 'Critical Eye' was activated, he took notice and narrowed his eyes. 'Is that another prosthetic?' Tsubake thought, eyes glowing, 'I wonder if Modesto did that to him...' If so, that made Tsubake want to have a spar with Modesto all the more. But that would have to wait until this battle was over. It didn't seem like Modesto was trying, but it also didn't seem like the other guy, Sonin, was using his full strength, either. Tsubake continued to monitor the Natural Energy of both of them, wondering if he was double parked.

Sonin waits for a moment and makes one lunge stab at Modesto's chest, in which Modesto does a spinning motion around the blade and Sonin, tripping him by his right leg, and his sheath hit the back of his waist; which causes Sonin to ultimately loose balance only to quickly regain it and finds himself standing on one foot. Sonin is breathing heavily now as he looks over his shoulder and sees Modesto balancing his prosthetic leg on his foot and tosses it up and catches it.

"Looking for this?" Modesto says slyly Sonin doesn't answer "What made you think you were ready to take me on again?" Modesto asks genuinely curious

"The same reason you thought I was easy game..." Sonin replies. Before Modesto can say anything else, random cut marks appear all over his clothes where it was believed Sonin had missed. Modesto then proceeds to bleed profusely. He staggers back and ultimately falls to the ground, his smile completely gone and is now struggling to fight the sharp pain he's feeling all at once. "Because I was crippled." Sonin takes a few hops toward Modesto, bends down, retrieves his prosthetic and reattaches it to his hidden stump. He then proceeds to make his way to the writhing Modesto

"GAAAAAAAHHHH!!! Aaaaaaargh!" Modesto yells in pain as he rolls back in forth trying to cover the bleeding wounds.

Sonin places his left foot on Modesto's chest to keep him still. He holds his sword in reverse grip and has it pointing down at Modesto. "This day... Retribution is mine...This day...I become a full man once more..." With that, Sonin raises his blade and brings it down towards Modesto

"OHHH, DROPPED THE BALL!!" Tsubake screamed out of nowhere, firing off a shot toward the sword just as it was coming down on Modesto so that it would strike the floor or be knocked out of Sonin's hand. "BRO, WHAT HAPPENED, BRO!?" Tsubake continued to scream, as if he had seen everything that happened even though Modesto didn't. "You didn't see that coming, bro?! Awwww, noooo, brooo!!"

Immediately, Tsubake stepped in, dropping the guns. "I don't use weapons on normal occasions," he said, balling up his fists, which glow with an aura, "Especially not when I'm about to throw down!" The only reason he'd been wielding the guns he had before was because Modesto insisted, but Tsubake didn't like using weapons to fight at all, and wasn't known to back at home -- he fought barehanded and with his Natural Energy. "You ain't gettin' past these eyes, buddy boy," Tsubake said, bouncing around a little, his Critical Eye -- the Hihyougan -- still very much active, "I saw every move."

The aura around him flared up intensely and blew away some debris in the area, as well as his popcorn. "Shit..." he said, getting popcorn everywhere. "Now I'm gonna go hungry," he said, readying himself to face off with Sonin. "I'm not one for waitin' for my opponent to make the first move, either!" Tsubake swung his fist in a right hook and slung his aura of Natural Energy at Sonin, it in the shape of a fist, ready to knock him clean in his teeth.

"Paaaain, bro....! I'm in so much paaaaaiiinnnn...! Like some video game NPC you ben the hell out of and leave there on the ground to wallow in pain as they only have a sliver of health left...! Ooooohhh.....!" Modesto groans as he holds and craddles his bleeding body

Sonin eyes widened in surprise from the sudden action. Here he thought it was just Modesto and him, but unfortunately that wasnt the case anymore. Sonin's eyes glare into daggers as he hears Tsubake's voice telling him to attack. He pulls his blade from the ground and turns to him direction. "Leave now. This conflict is between him and I." Sonin warns and Modesto continues to bleed and writhe on the ground

"Sorry, but I can't just leave my bro hanging like that," Tsubake says, getting a clean hit off of Sonin because he didn't dodge or counter the energy fist that was slung at him. Any normal person would have been hurled into a wall and badly injured.

In that free time, Tsubake was over to Modesto's body in a flash step, kneeling down and trying to heal some of his wounds by sharing his energy with him. "Don'tcha worry, bro, I got your back, I got you," Tsubake assured Modesto, keeping a sharp eye out for Sonin to see what happened to him after the hit whilst Tsubake was trying to heal Modesto.

Sonin was once again, caught off-guard by Tsubake's attack but manages to dive to the floor just in time to avoid it. As Tsubake heals Modesto, his wounds begin but the pain the male felt was still present as ever. Sonin slowly gets back on his feet and with Tsuabke occupied with Modesto, he quickly takes his chance to come up behind him and places his blade at the side of his neck.

"Why is it you're so keen on protecting this monster on the floor?" Sonin points to Modesto with his blade but still keeps the tang against Tsubake's next "Is it because you too are as monstrous as he is?"

"Screw you too.,." Modesto manages to respond, abeit very wearily

Tsubake does not do anything but flare up his aura of natural energy, which knocks the blade away for just enough time for him to hop to his feet and skid backwards with a spin, raising his fists up to his face. "Nah, I ain't a monster," Tsubake said, "But I can be one if you want me to." Keeping his guard up, Tsubake continues to say, "Bro over here has been so kind as to show me around this planet while I'm on vacation. Can't say he's got the best moral upstanding, but he ain't a bad guy." Then again, Tsubake had only known him for about a couple hours at most. Still, he saw that Modesto's heart wasn't evil. "Where I USED to live, we would kill and destroy all of the time, so it's not like I'm not used to it." He shrugged a bit, but kept his Critical Eye focused on Sonin the entire time, not letting his guard down even while he was talking; not for a second. "I never was the killin' type, though. Only doing what's necessary. Even if I did have to take a few lives sometimes." Tsubake narrowed his eyes. "I may not know much about him, but I know more about him than I know about you, and unless you're willing to talk, we ain't got nothing to say to each other." Tsubake kept himself ready, since he knew this guy was fast.

Sonin's sword flies out of his hand and into the wall behind him. "Just what are you?! And why must you stand my way? The end of my torment is near and you want to stand in my way now?!" Sonin asks furiously

"Sue...Sue....Suuuueeee.... Don't stress over this man, he'll forever be salty over his losses...I needs a doctor or somthin', man...! I'm still hurtin'...Uuuugggghhhh...." Modesto remarks dramatically

"I'm A Lot Of Things," Tsubake said as his aura continued to flare, "But Just Remember Me As One Thing -- A Tensei!" Those were the words he would leave Sonin with as he grabbed Modesto and hoisted him up over his shoulder, Tsubake being surprisingly strong for someone who looked somewhat slender. "Don't Follow Us And I Won't Pound On Ya," Tsubake said with a smirk, running out of the police station with Modesto.

Immediately, Tsubake put Modesto on Baby, his dimensional motorcycle, and started it up. "It's okay, pal, you're gonna be just fine." Then again... Tsubake didn't know where any of the hospitals were in this realm. He chuckled nervously. "... Y-yep. Juuuust fine..."

Sonin couldn't think for a moment as Tsubake was different from anything he's seen and was clearly boasting some sort of ability that far beyond him. He couln't counter him the way he is now. He needed a new approach for him but to see Modesto slip through his grasp when he was so close to achieving justice angered him but as it stood, his wrath would be no good if he threw away for a foolish attempt of a final attack. He would just have to bide his time once again...

"You're gonna be fine...I'm not...There's a hospital half a mile from here though....I'd have you take me to Zen Bob but he's too far..." Modestolooks over to L.a.U and weakly reaches out towards his four-wheeler "My baby....My beautiful baby...."

Tsubake heard Modesto's words and kick started his Porta-bike into gear, ready to take off. But then, Modesto was saying something about his four-wheeler. "Oh... You want your vehicle? I mean, maybe I can hook it up to the end of Baby..." Tsubake drove over and extended a convenient cord from the back of Baby and attached it to the front of Modesto's four-wheeler. "Alright, it's coming with us! Now, which way to this hospital?" Tsubake asked as he took off, four-wheeler and all.

"Okay..." Modesto coughs "What you're gonna wanna do is...Go straight, then turn that corner right there...Then you go down that way, pass two lights and take another left...Then you make a right turn at that light, go straight for three more lights, then take one more right and your there..." Modesto explains "Simple enough, right?"

Tsubake was a little confused since he didn't know the dimension too well, but he said anyway, "Sounds good to me!" and took off. Tsubake followed the instructions that he was given the best he could, but took a wrong turn somewhere and accidentally got himself lost and stuck in traffic. "Shit," he cursed, looking at Modesto to see his situation. "You okay, bro? I think I took a wrong turn somewhere... You know where we are?" Traffic would keep them there for a little while, so they could talk. Hopefully Modesto wouldn't die on him.

"Yeaaa....Ofcooorrseee, you....Go down the road and uh....Take a left, then you're gonna....Gonna go straight for about three lights....Take the highway so you can skip the next two lights...Take the next exit then take a right and you'll come into the....Parking lot of the....Hospitallllll...Yea...." Modesto explains as he begins slipping in an out of consciousness.

Modesto was bleeding out. That wasn't good. Tsubake, stuck in traffic, had to take some drastic measures if he was going to get to that hospital in time. "Aight bro, I got an idea!" He revved up his engine and the dimensional motorcycle started to glow. "WE'RE GONNA DIMENSION HOP OUR WAY THERE!!"

Without warning, Tsubake popped a wheelie and drove up the back of a car, rolling into a Dimension Gate that opened up for the cycle. "Hold on, bro! We'll be there in a flash!" Tsubake shot through several portals that would appear before the bike as it rode and take random hard curves in the directions Modesto told him to go. Doing things that way, they got to the hospital parking lot lickety-split.

"We're here!" he shouted, propping Modesto up and rushing to the ER. "Man down, man down! We got a man bleeding out over here! Someone take care of him!" Modesto would be in the hands of the hospital now.

"He looks like he's been shredded up. Quick, take him inside and put him in one of the vacant rooms on the first floor." The other two doctors quickly put Modesto on a stretcher and carry him away. "Please, come in."

The two doctors go through the waiting room and into the main hall with the patient room. They go through one and close the door behind them. "Stay out here, sir. We'll see what we can do for your friend." The last doctor leaves Tsubake in the waiting room as he too goes into the room where Modesto is in.

Once Modesto was in the safe custody of the doctors, Tsubake heeded the one doctor, but yelled out to Modesto, "YO, BRO! I'M GONNA BE RIGHT OUT HERE! YOU'LL BE OUT IN NO TIME!" before he was taken away to where Tsubake couldn't get to.

With nothing better to do, Tsubake sat in the lobby and started to thumb through magazines. He didn't read much of them, but he looked at the pretty pictures and whatever was a headline or emboldened. After a while though, he got tired of the magazines and started to get a bit antsy. He didn't know how long it had been nor how long it would be until Modesto was out of the ER, so he was anxious. "Ohhh man... This is boring. There's nothing to do here in this Earth hospital." Then again, hospitals back in his dimension weren't much different. They were actually a bit more scarce, save for a famous one that was owned by the Tensei family, of which he was a descendant of in the bloodline.

The doctors can be heard talking inside the room. "Oh my God....O-Oh my God!" "It's him! Holy Jesus it him!" "What the f--W-What we do?!" "I don't know!" "W-Well we sure as hell can't heal him!" "But It's our job!" " Who cares! This man is a mass murderer! We aid him and we aid in the destruction of our city!"

The keen ears of Tsubake heard what was going on in the back, wondering what the doctors meant by what they said. All he heard was 'we can't help him' and immediately, Tsubake became irritated.

He got up and walked to the doors of the ER and slammed them open, saying, "Joo betta be takin' care of mah friend ovah here! Or else we gonna have some problems!!" The random accent he gave himself was unnecessary, but he did it out of general comedic instinct, which he was also keen on. He was a riot back home. Well, there were RIOTS when he was back home, but that was close enough, and it was only like, a couple times when he first got reincarnated. Now he just lived it up in the Party City, which, he remembered, he actually got into a fight with someone the day he got there...

But none of that mattered. Tsubake balled his fists up and started to charge his Natural Energy around himself, which made the hospital rumble a bit as he did so. He narrowed his eyes. "It's your responsibility to help the people in need. So unless you wanna become patients of your own hospital..." Tsubake cracked his knuckles, letting his energy flare, "You'd better take care of my bro."

One of the doctors goes up to Tsubake "Uh look, sir. We're sorry but...I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do for your friend."

"You stupid bitch!" Suddenly another doctor rushes past his colleagues and tackles Tsubake to the ground "You've doomed us aaaaaalll!" He begins a throw punches at Tsubake's face, his other two colleagues try to removes him off of him, only for him to resist their efforts

Taken aback by the sudden tackle to the ground, Tsubake would activate his 'Critical Eye' again -- the Hihyougan -- and he'd be able to see everything happen frame-by-frame... And react just as swiftly, too. He blocked the punches to his face since his hands weren't pinned down, catching the doctor's hand and snapping it backward before he was attempted to be restrained by his colleagues. Tsubake burst with power and knocked everything in front of him and around him down, but was careful in the control of his energy not to hit any civilians, who were probably trying to escape by now. "Big mistake!" Tsubake declared, cocking his fist back. With a single swift punch at the air, the force of his jab would hurl pure forceful energy at everything in front of him, knocking the wind out of them, sending them flying, and knocking them unconscious all at the same time. "Don't do that again," Tsubake warned, "If ya know what's good for ya." It had been a while since he'd been like this, but he wasn't complaining. He wasn't the one who threw the first punch this time, so he couldn't be responsible for anything that happened to anyone that got in his way.

"Help. My. Friend." That was all he would say.
