'Its alright Rea. Youre not gonna die.' She thought, her hands trembling.


"U-um... O-one.." She squeaked as she prepared herself for the worse.

Late.


That was the first thing that came to mind of the small girl rushing towards the room in which they were to be beginning their day-- "Sections 1 and 2, your targets are each other. Sections 3, 4, and 5, your targets are each other as well. Do not worry about injuries. They can be easily fixed." Seren's face paled a bit as she heard those words, from what she had figured she was at the moment one of the few-- if not the only person in the first section. She guessed that there was an odd abundance of people in the first section as well as the other sections being almost casually split up.


Tempted to turn back to her dorm and face punishment later, Seren shook her head, "Oh if luck will become me.." She whispered to herself almost praying that she could have at least two or three soft hearted people against her in section one. Shifting through the door swiftly through the current chaos of the room she attempted to blend in as much as possible for being the single small dark figure in the room, her eyes widening as she slid behind one of the many manikins as one of the students released an arrow only for it to be charred by another. Is it too much to ask for SOMETHING to be normal in this place?!

Reginald's lips parted with soft gasps as his legs trampled a crossed the floor and around to his current opponents side, he stepped forward with his right foot pleading for steadiness and achieving such as, without being aware of it, Bubble Gum released the arrow he had notched into his bow. It was only when his eyes were blinded with an obscuring light did he stumble forward a stray moment,Reggie's eyes burned with dazzling lights as he attempted to recover before the other did and reached out with nimble fingers to grasp their hand which held the bow.

Rea squeaked as she quickly manipulated water. Her pendant opened and water emerged from inside. She quickly used the water as shield to deflect Angelo's attack, the beam of light sizzled, and steam covered the room.


Rea quickly turned the water into ice and fired a few icicles towards Angelo.

"Oh. Yikes." Hunter sighed as his arrow fizzled into nothing. He took a glance towards Angelo, somewhat thankful for his intervention. He honestly didn't want to hurt anyone. But he didn't want to get hurt. "Oi, Sunshine, mind your own fights, will ya?" He called out, regaining his wits and only then realizing Reggie was holding onto his hand. "Uh. Mate. Do you mind?" He asked skeptically before attempting a swift kick to the groin.


If all else fails: cheap shot.

Reginald's fingers clasped the others skin tightly, knuckles tender with pressure as his veins brightened with what energy of Bubblegums ability his hand could grasp. A pillaging thumping invaded the redheads mind as he attempted his best to nullify what of the others supernatural gift he could. When, without warning a nausiating pain devoured his stomach and groin and he keeled over.


"I'm sorry, I need a second." He grounded out roughly as the soft angelic hue of his veins deteriorated. His grip fell slack and he struggled to recover. But, for the next minute or so he had bought the others some time. No matter Bubblegums ability, even if it were a little, it wasn't going to be as strong.

Rea was thankful that Angelo's attention was diverted from her. Rea was sweating because of Angelo's light but that was her advantage. Rea manipulated water and froze Hunter and Reggie's legs. She then turned her back towards them, whistling a tune innocently.

Thinking back to when she had first arrived the attempted to remember who was in sections one as well as two-- the others were none of her concern as they were to be fighting among themselves. Seren spotted a girl who fit the description of one of the participants of section one firing ice at a boy in section five, she jerked herself to attention as she analyzed the situation.


The boy had dissipated her attack flawlessly, leaving Seren to wonder just what was going on. Weren't they supposed to leave each other be? Had the girl acted out in sheer panic? Would the girl recognize her mistake? Or am I just reading the situation wrong..? Shaking her head she remained pressed behind the dummy remaining motionless in hopes that nobody would see her-- though the small lantern-like glow would alert anyone who was keen enough to glance.

Hunter gave a nauseated groan when he was drained of his power, frozen by his legs, and practically blinded pretty much in succession. He squeezed his eyes shut, holding both hands in front of his eyes to protect them from the light. What would normally be just bright to people was excruciating to his sensitive eyes. "Stop. Stop. Please stop. That's too bright." He wanted to think he didn't have a begging tone, but he did. And, admittedly, he was terrified for his eyes at the moment.

Groaning inwardly at her natural instinct to protect people, Seren fled her hiding spot hesitantly before melting the icy structure encasing the begging boy's legs. "Sorry!" She called out to the group, before proceeding to grasp the freed boys arm with her abnormally warm hands flinging him as far behind herself and close to the wall as she could manage before sending a line of fire towards each of his attackers as well as a raging wall between themselves and the trio of offensive fighters.


"I'm not going to be very good at this.." She mumbled staying close to the ground as she watched for responses.

Rea looked at the newcomer, which protected the two guys. She raised an eyebrow.


'Wow. This day keeps getting weirder and weirder.'


In the midst of fighting, Rea managed to ask the girl a question.


"Excuse me, what section are you in?" Even though they were fighting, Rea still managed to be polite, since she didnt want anyone to hate her.

Smiling innocently just visible through the flames, "Oh!" she exclaimed, "My bad, I'm Seren Zvezda, section two." her thick Caribbean accent filling her speech and while her smile seemed carefree and relaxed-- almost welcoming, she honestly felt like screaming while curled in the fetal position-- but alas her luck was not with her as she had stupidly introduced herself into the situation.


So here she stood, awkwardly protecting a boy who she was mentally praying would not turn against her and make her suffer for her naturally good nature.

Hunter was sort of curled up wherever Seren threw him to, still covering up his eyes. His heart thudded rapidly in his chest, brain threatening to go into panic mode. The flames were scorching even at his respectable distance, and the light unbearable to his eyes. "Of course I get thrown in with all this Last Airbender bullshit." He grumbled, more than unhappy that he couldn't even take the most fleeting of glances without some severe pain to his eyes. He felt useless, vulnerable, like prey instead of the hunter he was (Ayy see what I did there?). "Need a bloody gun, not some bushman's weapon." He muttered, taking the quickest of glances around the room to find the weapons pile. Except it was on the other side of the room. Behind the flames.


"...Y'know what, mates, I'll just say I give up. We got this fire girl, water and ice girl, Mr. Steal Your Power, and Sunshine who's somehow making energy solid. And then there's me, never misses a mark unless someone burns up my ammo mid-shot or blinds me. So yeah. Ignore me." He gave a laugh of disbelief, getting out his headphones and doing his best to play himself some music.

Rea chuckled at the Airbender part. It was true though. There has been so many Avatar references that it scared her.


"Im Reanne Shawcross, call me Rea. Im in Section Two." She smiled sheepishly, relaxing an lowering her defensive stance. But nonetheless, he kept her guard up.


"By the way, what are you're names anyway?" She asked curiously, tilting her head.

Clair had fallen back to sleep shortly after hearing the siren howl, this was not originally her intent but she had been awake for the majority of the night proof reading several different papers she had hoped to publish. It had been hard work but she was quite confident that the three she had completed were more than ready to be published in the coming days.


After quite some time Clair managed to get up from her bed. Once she had overcome that hurdle she proceeded to to get dressed. It wasn't until she was dressed that she realized the time , Clair quickly grabbed her leaflet on her way out of her dorm and read while simultaneously darting to the classroom "Offense , room 37-A. Got it !"


Upon her arrival Clair slowed to a halt and slowly opened the door. What she saw was quite a surprise, the class was a complete and utter war zone. After a quick recheck of the class number she entered and held up her student ID , displaying her section number and name."Can someone please tell me what exactly is going on in here ?" she called out , her thick Irish accent easily overpowering most other voices.

Hunter heard the voice of a new person entering the room, figuring her question was rather valid at this point. There was water, stuff on fire. But no blood.


Yet.


"Collateral damage." He simply called out to the newcomer after giving up on trying to navigate his phone while sightless.


"Name's Hunter, by the way." He said to the other girl who asked.

Jay was staring at his phone groggily, the time way too early for him. His red hair was lazily fixed and his uniform was a bit disheveled, but he didn't look to bad for being half asleep. He heard footsteps, but looked up too late as a girl toppled him onto his back. Jay laid comically on the ground, one leg up in the air twitching. "Owie..."
