  Shio is a fairly tall but very slim figure, having red stripes which seems to start from the left side of his cheek and than spiraling down his body and left leg which appears to be a tattoo of some kind. Another odd feature of this is that his left eye is also the same color as the stripes where as his right eye is a dark gray. With that Toto also has natural white hair which is in a wavy but straight style, his hair reaching down passed his cheek bone. While his body is normally completely wrapped in bandages starting from his feet all the way up to his neck he also seems to wear a white traditional kimono with charcoal black slacks.   Out of his siblings, Shio has been known as the most calm and reserved of the three. He doesn't speak unless spoken to or figures he has something important to say and he's easily able to respect authority if it has been given to that person. Being the only male out of his other siblings Shio finds himself being overly protective about his family and if he isn't by their side. It is only on rare occassions that Shio will allow himself to fight without being in the presence of his other siblings leading many to believe that Shio is unable to fight alone. This is quite on the contrary, Shio was 'created' purely for war and combat, nothing more and nothing less. He has over the roof tactics but seems to only be able to come up with these tactics if he's able to thoroughly know his comrades good and bad points.
  
  
  Having a rather cold view on the rest of the world, Shio sees little value in a human's life and doesn't seek to change anything politically. In fact he has very little personal say at all on the matter of politics and although he doesn't often express it; He dislikes the Emperor greatly. Living a life where love only comes second, the only feelings that Shio has been left with is the passion for both of his siblings. And although he may not be interested in making friends with other's he often finds himself compelled against his own emotions during fights; Hence isolating himself from everyone in general it isn't rare to see Shio in the corner of the room silently, only listening to what he believes is important.
