If you look on top of the page, below "Akame Ga Kill (Open)" You'll see four tabs. The one that says "Character sign up" Is where you make your character.

There is an icon of a box with a down arrow in the top right corner, click it. You will see a bar called "start a conversation" on the next screen, click that and the rest is self explanitory

Maybe it quickens your perception of time, everything still happens in real time, but you see the world in slow motion.

Maybe the trump allows you to move proportionally in that slowed window of time, giving your trump the illusion of super speed
