That's perfectly acceptable. Randomly setting traps and being overly suspicious was not. She was also concerned from a medical perspective after agreeing an interrogation would be best. She's a doctor regardless of who, so, yea.

Depends on who consents to death and who consents only to getting horribly maimed. Last I checked you still need to get the persons permission before murdering their character.

I really don't mind my characters dying, to me it spices things up when you know that your character could die at any moment. Deaths are going to be necessary though, This is akame ga kill & the Imperial arms are weapons made for death. It even states in the anime if two people with teigu go at eachother with the intent to kill, one of them HAS to die.

I'd prefer none of my characters to die so early, but if it's needed for plot progression sure. Mostly because it's annoying as hell to think of imperial arms.
