I've been working out since the beginning of 2015 and like its not to get my skinnier or to loose weight but its more to build muscle so i can knock out bitches so I can knock out fuckbois join a gang rob a band bodyslam the entire boy's wrestling team bodyslam the entire football team bodyslam the principal properly defend myself...

I took MMA a few years back for that issue. Surprisingly and luckily enough I haven't had to actually defend myself from anyone, yet. Also, I like the first two options better than the last.
