Takume was mid run when santios yelled shit... Spikes hit him from every side using up his energy pining him there until his armor deactivated the spikes impaling him several different ways his blood dripping from the points of the spikes. He coughed up blood as he saw the man and the owl. He saw a bright light. He looked up and hummed silently until his he'd fell down his heart playing it's final beat.

Santios looks over, and to his horror, he saw what the spikes did to Takume. He couldn't believe it. Santios quickly got up as he ran towards Takume's body.


"TAKUME NO!"





Santios gets stopped by a swinging lance, just barely blocking it with his sword. The lance was marked, and so he snaps his fingers, and Alexander's lance suddenly gets really heavy. But Alexander grins as he drops the lance, grabs Santios by the throat, and slams him to the floor. Santios slashes at the man arm, escaping from his grip. He couldn't believe it.... Takume... He was... Santios looks over at Alice, and he sees that she was being captured by the other girl. Santios turns around, and he tries to get there. He couldn't let Alice get captured. No, they already lost one!

Sin beckoned Chansu over "Why don't you come take a look." looking back down to the scroll he sighed, unclipping it and opening the scroll the whole thing seemed to be coded, "So, a bunch of 'useless' right now." he sat there staring at the paper, different scriptures indicated that it was from the assassins HQ 'That explains a lot..' faintly remembering the woman's remarks not long ago. Sin had never got along with anyone from headquarters, Mainly because they're not use to being told. Looking to the other two he shrugged and closed back up the scroll and sighed "Well, looks like we're gonna need to try spend a few days de-coding this..Probably has some useful information." while Sin had been worried what was recorded down on the scroll, little did he realize that not far from base a group of elite guards were heading their way.

It didn't take long before she reached the outskirts of the area and finally arriving at the forest. She could hear the faint sound of someone chopping wood and she could only figure that person to be her target. She jumped up onto the trees to mask her steps with the rustling of the leaves and when she finally reached her destination, she stopped directly above him. He was still unaware of her presence. Taking the opportunity of having the element of surprise, she unsheathed her sword and jumped down, ready for the kill but somehow, he dodged in time to avoid the killing strike.


"Dammit. I knew I saw something glint from above!" he yelled at her as he crawled back, holding his wound which she could only consider to be fatal. It was a mistake to unsheathe her katana before jumping. She walked towards him as he crawled until his back hit a tree. "P-Please! Don't kill me!" he pleaded. Unfortunately for him, such actions never appealed to her sympathy. She raised her katana. "I-I have a wife and daughter!"


"..." For some reason, she couldn't move. The blade remained in the air; his head remained attached to his shoulders. 'Wife and daughter? What does he feel about them? Does he feel this too?' Her minds raced with thoughts and questions that it took her attention momentarily from the situation. It only took his sudden movements for her to realize that he attempted to attack her. She moved her head aside, his blade only nicking her cheek as she did. "Kill..." she mumbled, her eyes turning into that dull lifeless color. She finally turned off her emotions.

Polin looked over the ridge and saw a girl trying to run away so he claps his hands together and rips open a portal quickly and grabs trek and throws him through then jumps in right after the entrance to portal closes then says" Sorry about the portal only stays open for about a seventy seconds when i rip it open like that also remember our orders are to capture not kill please do your best to keep it that way", They reappeared infront of where the girl was trying to run to.

Alice watched in horror as the spikes suddenly appeared, unpacking Takune in many different ways and knocking Santios down. From the looks of it, Takume was dead, next would be Santios, and finally her. When Alexis came to apprehend her, she just gave in, shocked and broken. How could the day go from best to worse in a matter of minutes. "Santios, get out of here, leave me!" She called out, not wanting him to die. She didn't care what happened to her as long as Santios lived.


Megumi was actually surprised to find Alexander here, but it didn't matter. The moment those spikes appeared she knew that they won. As Takume's body fell limp, and Alexis contained the girl, a small, proud smile appeared on her face. "Great job." She said to Alexander, watching as Santios tried to run towards Alexis. Using her Imperial Arm, she took a few of her own knifes and stuck in the void, only for them to be shot back out at Santios, trying to hit his legs.

Tremki looked around as they entered the portal, the thing looked some what like his Teigu only difference was..Tremki had never thought of what would happen if he had walked into his own portal which he used in his trump card. That was most likely a stupid question, nothing good could come out of that even for Tremki. Nodding at Polin's gesture he put on a wide smile "Oh Tremki good at making people live too! Tremki can torture then after! Tremki hopes.." he said under his breath, not sure if he WOULD be able to.


As they appeared in front of the running girl, not even recognizing who it could have been at first he wasn't ready to take chances and attempted to sweep her legs from under her with a low kick towards the back of the woman's legs.

(alice she been caught but all means feel free to go to make sure she stays that way by knocking her out with a punch to the stomach as for my char if i read the post right i'm going after san).


Polin wasn't going to take chance either with lightning fast moment his energy shot at the boys back aiming to parliz him so he couldn't move for at least a day given the spot he is aiming for.

Santios shouts in pain as his legs are taken out by the daggers. He sees Alice being attacked by another guard, and he tries his best to get up. He couldn't leave her, he just couldn't! He barely gets up, and then he hears her shout out to him. To run, to leave her behind. No, no he couldn't do that! However, his strategic mind told him that there was no way for him to help her, and he would just die in the process. But he couldn't... And yet, he has to.

Megumi walked Up to the fallen Santios, putting a foot down hard on his back to stop him. "She'll be fine." She said to him before ramming the hilt of her sword into the back of his head.

Alexis Jackson





Alexis was happy the girl seemed to not resist, she didn't really want to have to hurt her. She had almost reached her when her legs were kicked out from under her causing her to land on her face and skid across the ground a bit. Luckily the clone was still in action, it reached Alice and wrapped her arms around Alices' chest.


With a huff and slightly dazed Alexis pushed herself up off the ground before standing and turning to see who had tripped her...Tremki. She shot him a glare that could kill a person, "Tremki what the hell! Why did you trip me!?" She shouted, sighing and brushing the dirt off of her face. She noticed Polin, Megumi, and Alexander keeping Santios busy in the background, she figured the three could take care of him easily.

Santios rolls quickly out of Polins attack, and throws two daggers at him, each marked with the Gravity Mark. Santios had no choice. He had to leave. With this, he makes a shallow cut on his stomach, marking him with the Mark. He snaps his fingers, and he instantly becomes lighter than a feather, he pushes himself with his arms, and he rockets up into the sky, floating away quickly without any of them being able to track him.


Santios turns his gravity back on, and he crashes down just a few yards away from Sin and Arden. He stumbles as he gets back up, but he falls back down onto his knees.

She looked up at the guards and drew her bag, picking up her deck of cards. She pulled out a queen, then waited to see what would happen next. "This isn't going to end well, is it?" she concluded in question form.

Tremki looked at Alexis with shock "Tremki's sor..y?" it was as if he didn't even know how to say the word instead he just rubbed the back of his head and pounced on Alice's back "So..Tremki miss out on fun.." he looked disappointing that again he missed out. He lifted the woman's head to see what the snowy haired girl looked like "Oh, Tremki think she's pretty" he said with a long warm smile across his face.


Sin


Sin shrugged at the idea, he wasn't sure but before seeing Santios come falling from the sky and crashing down only a few feet away from them everything else quickly went out the window. Placing the scroll on a bench and rushing over to Santios, putting his arm under Santios' after he fell to his knees. Sin supported him back up "I'm guessing you got something to say." he said with an almost sarcastic tone.

Having aways been sensitive to her surroundings, Arden caught a glimpse of a body falling from the sky not too far off from them, quite close actually. It was Santios. Running towards the collapsed boy, not too far behind Sin, she helped Sin carry Santios by supporting his other side. "Did you get into a fight with Alice or something? Speaking of which.. Where is she?" Asking him with a worried tone at the end. Now a days, the couple was inseparable.

Sin sighed 'Shit...This is bad..' Sin helped carry Santios over to a chair and sat him down, making a hand gesture as if to say 'Stay here' he knelt down for a moment and looked to the ground. He wasn't sure what to do, Now that his right hand man was injured..Another had died the only ones left were him, Arden & Chansu. "Okay..Santios I know how you'll feel about this but you have to stay here." he stated with a stern stare "You're too beat up to go back, tell me which direction and the rest of us will do what we can to get Alice back."

Alexis blinked, Did...Tremki just act halfway normal for once? She thought to herself, staring in dis-belief. "It's fine. Better you than someone else, I guess." She told him, sighing. Annnnd then he jumped on top of Alice. "Tremki get off the poor girl! Come on!" Alexis shouted at him, shoo'ing him off of her and walking over. As she did the clone that was holding her dissapeared and Alexis grabbed her by the arm in it's place.


Sighing she spoke, "For what it's worth, I'm sorry. I did genuinely stumble upon you guys by luck."

It was expected that someone was going to die, but Arden never intisapated it happen for soon or so suddenly. Was our group going to be that small and weak? "What happened to the shirtless boy?" Asking Sin as she took a look around at the nearly empty base. Once they got Alice back, they also needed to retrieve Takume's body, and get a new base location ASAP. "We can't go get there right now, they would expect it too much. But if they took Alice hostage, does this mean she doesn't have her teigu with her?" Asking Sentios, for once Arden showed an expression but a grim one rather. Everything is going to hell, just this morning everyone was eating breakfast.. happy. What happened?

Polin grined widly and said playfully" I'll tell you later i'm a little surprised at the reaction maybe he's the annoying/odd child i never heard about because the wife was having an affair behind me back".

Santios goes to debate, but he bites his tongue. He knew Sin was right. He knew that if he went there, he would get even more hurt. But he had to go. He had to save Alice. So he just would have to make Sin not know.


"They were with Alexander, as I have told you before. For some reason, every time he catches a worthy opponent, he holds a public execution. There is no doubt in my mind that they are going to try to execture Alice. Sin, we need that Teigu. We need Tristan to have it now if we have any hopes to save her. And also... We need back up. Sin, you are the leader. I'm not saying anything, but the Rebel Army will send you help. Ask for the Black Core Ops Leader. That will give our base more fire power if we get him into our Guild."

Alexander walks over to Alexis, and he looks at Alice. The only thing that Alice would see if she looked back was cold calculation, and a deadly glare. Alexander pats Alexis on the back.





"If I have to say, I congratulate you all. Your team is a pretty good setup Megumi. Good job. The Night Raid lost a member, and we captured one. I believe that a public execution is needed. To show to the public that Night Raid is a dangerous group, and they must all be tamed. And also, to show to the public that they will be killed if they side with the Rebel Army."

Tremki rolled across the floor dramatically "Oh noooo~" he said as he kept making himself roll across the ground before giggling to himself childishly, he crawled back to the girl who seemed injured on the ground and looked up to Alexis "Tremki wants snowy hair.." he said glaring at the white haired woman laying on the ground. Looking to Polin when talking he was pondered what he was going on about.

Tristan J. Taylor


Tristan finally reached the top, when getting there he found that on top of the mountain, the 'shiny' thing he had found was just a regular piece of glass that reflected light off it from the sun. The glass piece was inside a birds nest which could explain how it even got there in the first place. Looking off into the distance where he could have sworn he saw two familiar faces walking towards a large blossom tree, the situation got heated quickly as he glared down. The view he had from up there was amazing and although he could barely see who it was, after enough time watching it became clear that something had gone down.





Tristan's first extinct was to head right to the heart of the event himself, but judging from the other night that was probably not a good idea. walking back made his way back down the mountain and headed back to base. It took him a while but by the time Tristan arrived, Santios had already crashed in and told everyone about the situation that was occurring. Walking out to the yards he rubbed the back of his head "So it was you.." he stated glaring at Santios.
