House of Madame Anja (formerly)
OCCUPATION/RANK:
Servant (formerly)
Madame (currently, stolen title)
APPEARANCE:
(art credit: kakiko228 - Zerochan Anime Image Board)
PERSONALITY & BACKSTORY:
Chloris, outwardly, seems to be a sweet, cheerful young lady without a taste for bloodshed, appearing to be kind and caring. This is a…complex statement. On one hand, she does abhor the cruelty of the upper classes in the Empire and uses her new position of power compassionately; paying her old fellow servants well to keep up the lie and protecting them from the old bloodshed they used to know, wishing for others on the ground to have the same comforts that she does, and outside of combat she’s fairly talkative, enjoying the company of others.
She carries herself elegantly, and with a certain sophistication, or at least she tries to. The thing is though…while she supposedly inherited the title of Madame of the Anja House from the previous young lady she worked for…that’s a lie. Lady Anja was despised by her servants, and Chloris was the one who received the brunt of her spoiled wrath most often, ending with Anja jutting her with her Teigu, a needle that made Chloris’s anger disappear long enough to not retaliate.
Indeed, there’s a more manipulative and vindictive side to her; she’s patient, and willing to bide her time, as she did when she slowly helped rally the servants of the house to sell the lie of her inheriting Anja’s wealth after her passing. She’s cunning, planning things ahead of time, and putting up a mask of serenity and confidence even in a fight she has no control over, all done to throw her opponent off-balance.
But above all else, while she plays the mask of a proper lady, there’s nothing she hates less than the upper crusts of the Empire, their corruption, their belief that they’re better by the station of their birth, and when it comes to that she’s…very spiteful, to say the least.
Why? Because she came from dirt. The countryside territory that Lady Anja was in control over had been a shithole for years, first under her parents and then under Anja herself, with serving her family being one of the only ways to earn money that wasn’t incredibly high risks, low rewards. Even then, Anja was a cruel master to her servants, with Chloris being the main target due to having to spend the most time around her as her handmaiden. Each day, her hatred for Anja and nobility like her grew, and she eventually began to play the same game as the nobility; watching their behaviour to understand their motives and intentions, doing so amongst her fellow servants.
Little by little, she rallied the household in a scheme; one that ended in Lady Anja’s death, and her inheritance going to Chloris and the other servants, becoming the new Madame of the house, with her also discovering she was compatible with the Teigu that had once been Anja’s. From there, due to their resentment for the Empire’s upper class, they developed connections to the Revolutionary Army, allowing the use of the fine house as an emergency stronghold and temporary residence for people needing to lay low from the Empire.
FIGHTING STYLE:
Chloris fights like a dancer; she’s quick and agile, aiming to avoid her enemy’s attacks and tire them out enough so she can use Sjarma to eliminate their hostility long enough to kill her target.
SKILLS & TALENTS:
- Diplomacy
- Dancing
- Housekeeping
- Sewing
- Information gathering
- Teamwork
EQUIPMENT:
- A fan, as any proper lady should have
- Hidden knives
- Poison antidotes
- Stopwatch
IMPERIAL ARMS (TEIGU): ORNATE NEEDLES - SJARMA
A seemingly normal ring of 6 needles, which can then detach and be weaponized and used in combat through use of various threads.
ABILITIES:
- Aggropuncture/Disarming hostility: In a cut, it can ‘disarm’ hatred/animosity felt towards the user, making the user seem more innocent and less threatening, effectively halting an opponent for the time it lasts. Each needle normally counts for 10 seconds, so 1 needle for 10 seconds and 6 for 1 minute. It can only be used on 1 person at a time though, so it’s best used when taking out singular targets.
TRUMP CARD (ACE IN THE HOLE):
-----
- Deep Puncture: the ability to make any attack with Sjarma one that completely eliminates the target’s hostility. It lasts longer than a regular puncture from Sjarma, lasting 5 minutes in total, though attacking the target again in any way will lead to this effect being lost immediately. As such, it’s best used either in non-combat situations or as a final resort in battle to avoid being killed or to finish the job right then and there.
Hope this is okay!
(just HAD to use the marvellous aggropuncture term used by Kloudy- uwu)

• “Night’s Sentinel”
Age:
32
Gender:
Male
Sexuality:
Asexual
Species:
Human
Allegiance(s):
Night Raid
Occupation/Rank:
Elite Assassin / Strategist
Appearance:
Arden is a tall, muscular man with a strong, chiseled physique and dirty blonde hair. He has sharp blue eyes that seem always alert, assessing situations and people with quiet intensity. His posture is straight and confident, reflecting both discipline and diligence. Arden typically wears dark, tactical attire suited for stealth and combat, adorned with subtle symbols of the Night Raid. Scars from battle cross his arms and torso, a reminder of his loyalty to the cause.
Personality & Backstory:
Arden Shepherd is the embodiment of the ideal soldier: good-mannered, diligent, loyal, and respectful. He carries himself with an air of calm composure, never letting emotions cloud his judgment. He is self-disciplined, able to remain focused even in the most dire circumstances, always acting with purpose and conviction. Arden believes deeply in the cause of Night Raid, driven by a personal tragedy tied to the Empire’s cruelty. He remains motivated to protect those he cares about, especially his younger sister, Cassidy, who fights alongside him.
Born into a rural village under the Empire’s oppressive rule, Arden learned early on the importance of strength and protection. His family was torn apart by the Empire’s soldiers, leaving only him and Cassidy to fend for themselves. Arden’s natural leadership and sharp mind saw him rise within Night Raid quickly, where he now serves as a strategist and one of their most reliable members. His bond with Cassidy is unbreakable, and though they differ in combat style, they are an inseparable duo on the battlefield.
Fighting Style:
Arden’s fighting style is a balanced combination of precision and brute strength. He is a tactical fighter, analyzing enemy weaknesses before striking. Preferring to be methodical, he avoids unnecessary risks, focusing on disabling enemies quickly and efficiently. His demeanor in battle is calm and composed, allowing him to think clearly even under pressure.
Skills & Talents:
• Strategic Thinking: Arden is an excellent planner, able to formulate and execute complex strategies in the heat of battle.
• Combat Proficiency: Skilled in hand-to-hand combat, swordplay, and the use of various weapons.
• Leadership: His calm and measured approach inspires those around him, often taking charge of missions.
• Stealth & Reconnaissance: Arden is adept at moving silently and gathering intel on enemy positions without being detected.
• Survivalist: Having lived through harsh conditions, Arden is capable of surviving in extreme environments and is well-versed in tracking and hunting.
Equipment:
• Twin Daggers: A pair of well-balanced, razor-sharp daggers for close combat.
• Throwing Knives: Lightweight throwing knives for silent, ranged attacks.
• Tactical Armor: Reinforced light armor that offers protection without sacrificing mobility.
• Smoke Bombs & Flashbangs: For creating confusion and covering retreats or ambushes.
Imperial Arms (Teigu): Cerberus
Cerberus is a powerful Imperial Arms in the form of a specialized gauntlet and shield combination. The shield is adorned with three stylized heads, representing the three powers of the Teigu. When activated, Cerberus grants the user both offensive and defensive capabilities, with each “head” of the shield unlocking a different type of elemental attack.
Abilities:
1. Flame Burst: One of the shield’s heads releases powerful bursts of fire, capable of incinerating enemies at close or medium range.
2. Electric Surge: Another head unleashes electrical shocks, stunning and disorienting enemies, or empowering Arden’s strikes with lightning-fast attacks.
3. Frost Wall: The final head generates a freezing barrier that slows down enemies and can be used to defend against both physical and magical attacks.
Trump Card (Ace in the Hole):
Cerberus’ Fury: Arden channels the combined power of all three elemental forces—fire, lightning, and ice—into a devastating, wide-area attack. In this form, the shield temporarily transforms into an energy conduit, discharging an explosive wave that overwhelms all enemies in the immediate vicinity. The drawback to this ability is severe: it drains Arden’s energy, leaving him physically weakened and unable to use Cerberus for the remainder of the battle. Prolonged use could even permanently damage his body.

Allegiance(s):
Night Raid
Occupation/Rank:
Assassin / Scout
Appearance:
Cassidy is a striking young woman with long, wavy red hair that often tumbles freely, matching her energetic and free-spirited personality. She has a slender, athletic build and moves with an effortless grace, constantly exuding vitality. Her expressive green eyes sparkle with a mixture of curiosity and mischief, always looking for the next thrill. She has a bright smile, and her presence lights up any room. Cassidy usually dresses in lightweight, flexible armor that allows for swift movement and agility, favoring dark blues and grays to blend into her surroundings during Night Raid operations.
Personality & Backstory:
Cassidy is the polar opposite of her older brother, Arden, in many ways. Where Arden is measured and tactical, Cassidy is adventurous, spontaneous, and thrives in the chaos of battle. She brings an infectious energy to the group with her bubbly personality, cracking jokes and lightening the mood, even in the darkest moments. Her perceptive nature allows her to quickly assess people and situations, making her a valuable scout and combatant.
Cassidy’s open-minded, spirited approach to life stems from her desire to experience everything the world has to offer, but this has also led to a rebellious streak. She refuses to be bound by strict rules, sometimes butting heads with her brother or other more rigid members of Night Raid. Despite this, her loyalty is unshakable, especially to Arden, who raised her after their family’s tragic demise at the hands of the Empire. While she respects his protective nature, Cassidy is determined to carve out her own path and prove that she’s just as capable as anyone in the fight for justice.
Her skill in combat, combined with her natural charm and wit, makes her a versatile and unpredictable fighter, someone who keeps the enemy—and sometimes her allies—on their toes.
Fighting Style:
Cassidy’s fighting style is acrobatic and unpredictable, relying heavily on her agility and quick reflexes. She enjoys the thrill of combat and thrives in fast-paced skirmishes where she can adapt on the fly. Cassidy uses the environment to her advantage, often incorporating parkour-like maneuvers into her attacks. She is an opportunist in battle, exploiting openings with lightning speed and precision.
Skills & Talents:
• Acrobatics & Agility: Cassidy is incredibly agile, able to navigate complex terrain with ease. Her parkour-like movements allow her to escape or engage enemies from unexpected angles.
• Perception: Highly observant, Cassidy can pick up on subtle details, making her excellent at reading people and scouting.
• Hand-to-Hand Combat: While she prefers using her Teigu, Cassidy is proficient in unarmed combat, using her speed to overwhelm enemies.
• Charm & Charisma: Her open-minded and adventurous nature helps her connect with people from all walks of life. She’s adept at diffusing tense situations with humor or persuasion.
• Stealth & Evasion: Cassidy can move silently and is incredibly difficult to pin down in battle due to her evasive maneuvers.
Equipment:
• Twin Short Swords: Cassidy wields two lightweight short swords, perfect for her dual-wielding, acrobatic combat style.
• Smoke Pellets: Useful for making quick getaways or confusing enemies.
• Hook & Line: A small grappling hook with a sturdy line for quickly ascending walls or swinging between rooftops.
Imperial Arms (Teigu): Blitzstep
Blitzstep takes the form of lightweight, armored boots infused with a mysterious energy. When activated, they enhance Cassidy’s speed and agility, allowing her to move at blinding speeds and leap incredible distances. The boots also grant her the ability to deliver devastating, electrified kicks that can incapacitate enemies or even break through heavy armor.
Abilities:
1. Lightning Speed: Blitzstep enhances Cassidy’s natural agility, allowing her to move so fast that she appears as a blur, outmaneuvering opponents with ease.
2. High-Velocity Kicks: The boots’ energy can be channeled into her legs, enabling her to deliver powerful, electrified kicks that can paralyze or incapacitate enemies.
3. Aerial Mobility: The boots allow Cassidy to leap vast distances, giving her unparalleled mobility on the battlefield, whether for attacking from above or evading enemies.
Trump Card (Ace in the Hole):
Stormstrider: Cassidy activates Blitzstep‘s full potential, temporarily granting her the ability to move at near-lightning speeds for a short burst of time. In this state, she becomes a blur of energy, capable of delivering multiple electrified strikes in rapid succession. The sheer speed of her movements makes her almost impossible to hit. However, the Trump Card severely strains Cassidy’s body—using it leaves her muscles fatigued, and extended use could cause permanent damage to her legs, rendering her unable to fight or move properly for days.

Name: Lemille Lemillied
Nicknames/Aliases/Titles: The King Of Monsters, The Inhuman Beast, The Northern Comet, The Teigu Devourer, Unscratched Demon General, and many many more(OOC: I know how this sounds but give it a sec and you'll see)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Species: Human
Allegiance(s): Whichever way he thinks will get him as far away from the conflict as possible
Occupation/Rank: Bounty Hunter, Freelancer, Currently working for the empire as a general so they won't hunt him for deserting
Personality & Backstory:
Personality: Lemille puts up a blank emotionless exterior, keeping his words few as often as he can due to fear that his true cowardly nature may be revealed some day. He fears any amount of bodily harm or injury, and any dangerous situation, always wanting to run away from any amount of danger. During situations of stress, he finds himself screaming in fear during entire battles, though due to his Imperial Arms, many confuse this for the war cry of a berserker. It has become something so prevalent that the soldiers armies all around the world have called it The Behemoths Rumble. He is very much a coward, but he knows that he can't let anyone know about that, since if he did, he knows the empire would do HORRIBLE things to him. And most importantly, stop supplying him with money. In private, he finds himself much preferring the company of animals to that of humans, particularly due to his ability to form connections with them, a tertiary ability of his imperial arms.
History: Lemille was a boy born to a northern village that was very in tune with , with a lax and go with the flow personality. He just cared about living a peaceful life and marrying a pretty girl someday. But one day, his village fell on hard times, and the men of the village moved off to the empire to make a wage for their homeland... except for Lemille. He was laxidazical in moving out, but when he saw how bad the poverty had truly gotten, it roused his carefree heart to action. He went to his father the chief, begging for his blessing to go to the capital to earn money for his home. His father was elated to see such action from his son, and grabbed their ancestral armor, and a blade passed down through the generations. It had never once been used, for only the worthy could draw it from it's sheath. But his father put his belief in him, and told him he WAS that worthy spirit. Lemille internally was screaming. He didn't want to be a soldier! He just wanted to go make a quick buck as a tax collector or merchants assistant. But it would break his fathers heart if he told him that. But he couldn't lie either, as that was the greatest tabboo of their village, so he simply took the sword in his hands and said, "I'll ease our money troubles by the end of the month." He intended to leave the half truth there, not saying he wasn't going to be a soldier, but unbeknownst to him, the swords ability had already begun. His father began weeping, pride welling in his old heart, as he believed the statement meant his son was confident in becoming a general with enough money to provide for their village by himself. Before he went out, his father told him to take a pair of medicines flasks to his sister in the capital, who had come down with a flu.
With that worry over his heart, he set out from the village with a small cart and his favorite dog and cat, and went off. It was going to be a two week long trip, and it was one he was glad to make for the sake of his village. He loved his people, even if he wasn't very often vocal about it.
It was about 4 days after he left where his life would take it's greatest turn. He was passing through some inconsequential snowy pass, but a blizzard had struck, and he was struggling to pass through it. He trudged along, until he heard the cries of countless people echoing through the mountain, and a roar echoing through the pass. He practically pissed himself in fear, quickly running with the cart to try and find some shelter and hide from whatever was happening, but as he ran into the first cave he saw, he saw something that made his heart sink. There was two groups of soldiers fighting, revolutionaries and imperials, and the revolutionaries were slaughtering the imperials without much challenge. He came at the tail end, where there were only two imperials left, who ran back towards him at the mouth of the cave. He heard the revolutionaries shout that he was with the imperials, where the revolutionaries began to charge towards him and the two heavily injured men standing behind him.
He couldn't even speak with how scared he was, he couldn't tell them how wrong they were, his body went rigid in it's position. To the soldiers at his side, they would recall how he was not even fazed by the huge number of men running towards him. But to his perspective his heart thumping in his chest. His whole left side had locked up, as he tried to step forth, his right foot landed with a thud, and his other hand raised up in an attempt to surrender. But the two soldiers saw him step, and the cave began to quiver and rumble and shake. When his hand raised, the roar of a dragon echoed from the cave, as the earth exploded up at seemingly his command.
Due to the massive earthen disturbance, the soldiers and Lemille got separated by a flurry of snow, the two soldiers seeing only the silhouettes of the mysterious man and the soldiers.
They didn't see the massive Earth Dragon that ravaged the revolutionaries in a feral fury, leaving them torn to shreds. The Connection of his Meteoric Blade flared up, as Lemille's eyes locked with the dragons, feeling their pounding hearts beat in unison, as he came to realized the dragon was attacking because it was scared. It became evident why when it promptly vomited up all the blood and gore it had eaten from the soldiers.
It was deathly ill, visible to Lemille because he could see the haze over it's eyes, as he slowly reached to the flask on his hip, offering the medicine out to the dragon. He still had a flask for his sister, and even if it might not work, he couldn't just let the poor creature die without him trying to do something about it. The dragon looked like it was about to eat him, but the Connection let his intentions be clear, as the dragon leaned forward and took the flask rather than his whole arm, downing it quickly. It's eyes were already visibly better, and it laid on the ground once it's adrenaline was gone, it's intention coming through the connection. For saving it's life, when his is next in danger, it would come to save him.
Lemille felt his heart start to beat normally once the dragon burrowed into the ground and left, leaving him alone as the blizzard flurries died down, and he turned to the soldiers who he had incidentally saved. He tried to run past them to escape, only to run into the backup that had come to help them, getting stopped for questioning by their captain. He took the soldiers with him for medical treatment.
Even in the sick bay, the two never stopped spreading the story of the Northern Demon that saved them and had singlehandedly killed 70 revolutionaries by himself, while commanding the earth with a wave of his hand, with such ease that all they heard were the screams of fear from the revolutionaries before seeing him return to them covered in blood. It was not long until these stories spread to the top, and with even more of these scenarios occurring, he was rapidly recruited to the army and promoted at blistering speeds from his accolades the soldiers told of whenever they returned from a battle.
The official reports state that he has survived an assassination attempt where he could tell the glass offered to him was poisoned at a glance, and threw the poisoned glass at the disguised assassin sneaking up on him, killing them instantly with their own poison via melting their head off, and that he has killed over six enemy Imperial Arms wielders, all without a scratch on himself or his armor (All of these reports are wrong, as seen above the circumstances simply placed him at the point of their death in such a way that it appeared he was the one to kill them, and his assassination survival was pure luck, due to the fact he doesn't drink alcohol and tried to dump it behind him when no one was looking, right when the same assassin who poisoned it tried to sneak up on him to stab him.)
Fighting Style: He has never been seen fighting (or actually been in a real fight for that matter), but in the aftermaths of when he has left a battle to fight a strong opponent who holds an imperial arms, the landscape is permanently altered wherever he has fought, most notably a mountain to the east has been severed in half turning it into a pair of mountains with a canyon between it.
Skills & Talents: Bluffing, putting up a fearless face, cooking, charisma, winning over the soldiers put under his command.
Equipment: An inherited set of armor from his home village, a pear seed he carries with himself as a memento
Imperial Arms (Teigu): It is officially unknown if Lemille carries an Imperial Arms (It's unknown name is: Unrequired Meteoric Blade: Serkhetio)
Lemille's imperial arms has a colored origin, as it was forged by a war hero and demon on the battlefield, who had become a man who believed that violence was something that was wholly unnecessary to the world, after having seen all that it had cost the people around him. So when he saw a meteor fall from the sky, that had a truly evil aura, but had a truly benevolent energy when he mustered the courage to touch it, he realized what he must do. So he took the meteor, and after forging a supernatural connection with it and gaining it's "consent" to his purpose, he forged a blade and scabbard from the meteor. However, the mans intentions were embedded into the blade when he crafted it. That it may never be drawn, and that it's malevolent aura would drive battles away from it's holder. But should someone come to the wielder with lethal intentions, the blade will protect it's wielder by altering luck and circumstances around them, to make it so the beautiful fortune it has drawn over the millennia may be imparted on the wielder, rather than the misfortune of battle.
The blade and scabbards appearance is the sword with a black and red aura in the picture seen above.
Abilities:
To be simple, The sword can't normally leave it's sheath, it's fused in there until the gem on the hilt shines a bright blue. But if you attempt to engage in battle with the wielder or cause them harm in any way, fate and luck will be altered to not only make it so the wielder came out on top due to pure luck and external circumstances lining up, but also that it looks like they're a demon on the battlefield to further dissuade people from trying to fight the wielder. In the vein of the second part of that, it's secondary ability is to alter peoples perception of the wielder so that anything they say or do will be misunderstood in such a way to make their Battlefield Demon reputation grow even more.
It has a tertiary ability called "Connection", where it uses that connection it uses on fate to link the wielder with the target of their focus, allowing for a deeper understanding when it comes to animals, practically allowing the user to talk to them. When used on people, this causes them to believe the stories they have heard of the user, and feel either a deep hope and comradery if ally, or feel a deep fear and anxiousness if enemy.
Trump Card (Ace in the Hole): Carry A Big Stick
Should the wielder EVER unsheathe the blade, the "connection" ability of the original meteor will flare to life, connecting with everyone who knows of the wielder, and possessing the wielder for a period of 5 minutes to make the user as strong as the world around them believes they are. Once this ability is used, the meteoric blade must charge for another 20 years.

Trump Card(s)
Whirling Storm - Their boots will begin to absorb all the water around them creating a sort of barrier around themselves that will tear anyone near them, though it they are underwater they would create a type of whirlpool. Once their boots absorb enough water, they would then be able to shoot a Torrent of water into a given direction destroying just about anything in it's path due to the sheer amount of water pressure. This move will exhaust all the water it has absorbed, makes their boots unusable for a short period of time and has the potential to backfire and damage the users legs.

He intended to leave the half truth there, not saying he wasn't going to be a soldier, but unbeknownst to him, the swords ability had already begun.

Species: Human
Allegiance(s): Empire
Occupation/Rank: lieutenant of the Empire assigned to General Lemillied
APPEARANCEHeight: 5'0
Weight: 90lbs
PERSONA & BACKSTORYBorn a bastard child of the noble Tatsu family Yamori was raised as the rightful heir of his family due to his father being unable to bare children with his wife. He was taken from his mother one of his fathers Mistresses. However, he received little in the way of respect from most other nobles, and eventually grew a taste for solitude. It wasn't long however before his father realized Yamori had a natural talent for killing, something he discovered when several animals began turning up dead around the manor, a few of which were guard dogs, and even some of the larger more ferocious livestock. He confronted his son only to receive an innocent, and dumbfounded response Yamori stating he had no idea what could have happened to the creatures. His father believed him at first, thinking it impossible for him to have taken down such dangerous beast being a child of such a young age. He informed the staff member who had pointed the finger at his son that he must have been mistaken and warned him the next time he'd better have proof otherwise he'd be harshly reprimanded. Of course, this staff member would never reach the end of the week, as he was also found dead in his quarters mysteriously. Of course, while it seemed as if he was positioned to have killed himself Yamoris father knew it was staged. The pieces all pointed to his son having overheard their conversation, and Master Tatsu's blood ran cold. He immediately ordered the rest of the staff to treed carefully around young Yamori, and to keep a watchful eye on his every move. Yamor often kept to himself, and he liked to be left alone. Only tolerating the necessary company of others to appease his father. It was only when he noticed the staff being far to nosey that he decided to draw a line, and one day after a long business trip his father returned home. He opened the door finding it odd that no other staff was there to greet him as per usual and was horrified at what laid before him. The entire manor was littered with the bodies of the staff, not a single person was spared, and several appeared as if they had attempted to defend themselves however futile that may have been. He soon entered his sons room who quietly sat drawing his pictures on the floor almost peaceful. When he asked him what the meaning of this was Yamori simply replied, "They were playing hide, and seek, and I was it. So I found them and tagged them, but I like my version better. I'm not a big fan of kid's games. It's so much more fun when somethings on the line." He giggled at his own words before his father continued."How could you have killed them all though? You're just a child." To which Yamori replied, "It was easy, they were slow, so I just cut them down using mama's gift to me," he explained holding out a small set of stitching needles that had a crimson shine to them. His father recognized them immediately as a Teigu item, and was forced to retreat to retrieve so semblence of sanity from the entire situation. It was after this he decided to send Yamori off to the military, he had to throw his own weight around to get them to accept a child who appeared so weak and fragile, but not only did he convince them to accept he also got Yamori a position as the second in command of one of the strongest soldiers in the whole empire. He would have never told anyone, but he knew if there was one person in the entire empire who could control Yamori it was Captain Lemillied. Yamori had no qualms with this, sure at first, he was pissed off at being sent away from his personal space where he could draw as he pleased, but it wasn't long before he realized he could kill at his discretion once he was in the war. Of course, he decided it best to keep up appearances for his family's sake he may have been a cold-blooded killer but even he knew that nothing good could come from him revealing his capabilities.
Some time passed, and Yamori soon found himself a second toy, this one being a whistle almost like a childs toy train whistle. He took it from some poor old soldier who mistook him for a weak, and pathetic victim of the Empires forces from a nearby village. Of course, that would be the last mistake he ever made as Yamoris blade found purchase in the soft warm part of his throat. Yamori was surprised to find out this whistle was also a Teigu, and even more shocked to find he could actually utilize its abilities. With this power he began to discover more information to his benefit, like how under the fierce visage of a demon his Captain Lemillied was no more than a coward. Of course, he immediately leveraged this over him the first chance he got, and now he basically runs his division of the Empire without having to say drop his own disguise of being innocent incompetent noble brat.
Likes: Killing people who bother him, solitude, drawing/coloring, spicey food, the color red, and white, things that are pointy,
Dislikes: people who bother him, sweets, being looked down on/treated like a child, people being nosey, big dumb brutes, things he can't stab
Hobbies & Interests: best you don't know
Fighting Style: <Name>He's a master of deception and stealth, often the last thing you see on the battlefield before you die, and thats if you're lucky. all his methods are meant to kill in one blow, and hes no above using poison, or other dirty methods to win. He's cold, and calculating, and most of all unpredictable with often using his childish appearance to get the drop on foes.
Skills and Talents
Infinite utilityHe poses and infinite amount of weapons, and tools thanks to his first Teigu, only limited by certain conditions, and he also keeps several poisons, toxin, paralyzing agents, and other drugs on his person for his own use in battle.
"Needles of Divine creation, & the Danger Whistle",
the only person ever known to control 2 teigu, or rather he would be if he ever allowed himself to be discovered. Yamori has the Needles of Divine creation which possess the ability to create numerous mundane items with slightly altered abilities. A simple dagger might be able to extend, or a kimono might be able to allow him to turn invisible for a short period of time. Of course, he is limited in the number of items he can create and must take time to make new ones in exchange for the old disappearing. The abilities are also often limited to being based around the form of his objects rather than him just being able to add any abilities. So he couldn't make a dagger that blast fire, or a bow and arrow that turns into a dragon, its usually much simplier than that. He is also restricted from copying other Teigu with his, at least he can't make working replicas, nor is he capable of creating items with uses that require secondary things unless he uses a slot for them, such as a lantern requiring oil to be lit. His Needles of Divine creation appear as a set of sowing needles with white accents along them, a gift from his mother before he was taken away. The danger whistle appears as an old toy train whistle for children, and gives him the ability to tame creatures and beast of many varieties, including some danger beast, although the stronger a danger beast is the harder it becomes to control so unless he weakens it he won't be able to tame it. He is also limited to commanding only 2 danger beast at his current state he may tame more, but at that point they just act as his pets until someone other than him comes around and they turn rabid in an attempt to kill said person. At the moment he has one danger beast a large Lizard like danger beast he calls Gek, he saves the other slot for potential danger beast that might cross his path, he captures them and sends them to be caged for future use.
Abilities
His first teigu mostly creates items and enhances a aspect of that item, making it sharper than normal, giving it the ability to extend at high speeds, or even weirdly enough giving a normal appearing cloth the ability to hide him as if invisible.
His second ability lets him tame Danger beast based on their strength such as his companion Gek who is a lizard type danger beast known to be able to turn invisible, as well as crawl along flat surfaces and use its razor sharp teeth and jaws in order to rip apart prey.

PERSONA & BACKSTORYPersonality: Satharial is a woman of confidence and wisdom. She enjoys flowery speech and is rather verbose. This can often lead her to leaving large openings for her enemies to potentially exploit, for all intents and purpose this is a stark weakness of hers. But this is merely a part of her thrill-seeking nature, as the moment when her enemy realizes they cannot escape or kill their pursuer; when despair sets in and their expression twists and they desperately cling to their fading life. That is the only time Satharial finds satisfaction.
A sadomasochist of a higher order. Compared to how she is when inflicting death and destruction she is practically a husk any other time. At first Satharial could be seen as dignified yet mysterious person slightly teasing at times but relatively sane. However, her deeper nature is eventually revealed as that of a veritable psychopath. Due to her knowledge of the innerworkings of the empire and lesser known, even confidential information she is rather self-assured. Coming across as if she knows more than whoever she's speaking to and refusing to fully reveal the truth, rarely ever giving a straight answer. Affection for others is not something that she feels though its not that she is incapable, only that nothing has yet been able to stir her heart. She sees her acts as nothing more than business, but all with an eerie speech and a condescending expression. Despite her position she sees herself detached from the world and humanity to a degree. Satharial better than anyone understands she is distorted and considers herself both less and more than the average human. When it comes to the Empire, she is... loyal.
Backstory: Satharial was created for the sake of the Empire. From the moment she was born, she and a select few were placed into an experimental Imperial Program. They wanted an elite force different than any other. They wanted monsters of unerring loyalty, conviction and power. A secret-police that defended the empire from threats within and without, supreme assassins, The Adjudicators. And Satharial was one such specimen.
From a young age the would be Adjudicators were scoped out and studied, every aspect of their personality and capabilities was considered. Then they were assigned an Imperial Arm, it was not immediately given to them but instead they would each be uniquely trained into suitable wielder for their assigned Teigu which they would receive upon "graduation". Their training was a closest approximation to hell a child could likely conceive and then some. Breaks were scarce and always earned through blood and sweat, compassion and affection even amongst each other was non-existent. These couple dozen children fought tooth and nail for the privilege of reaching adult hood. Of course all this was done in utmost secrecy, and not one of the children were missed or pursed by anyone outside their cold walls. Training didn't just extend to the physical but also mental. They were educated in any subject which they could find useful, and just enough extracurriculars to pretend they were normal. Chief among their lessons were "Imperial Studies". A condition program meant to mentally orient them towards imperial values and loyalty to the empire. It was mostly propaganda through and through, but even it had it uses.
This program to create powerful warriors had varied results as it progressed. Injury rates slowly but surely climbed, followed by deaths of those they had trained with for years. A unique aspect of the creation of the Adjudicators was the implementation and use of Teigu that could change others, along with techniques both medical and esoteric to grant any sort of advantage. They were enhanced and warped to be more than human; a doctor who wielded the Imperial Arm Perfector was a common sight. Even then some died on the operating table unable to take the strain of the things added or changed within their bodies. During this time Satharial showed herself to be... unique even among these specially picked children. She took to this life far too easily, and had few qualms or issues. Her body seemed able to handle even the most invasive surgeries and she took the pain far quieter than anyone else. Whatever may have passed for an innocent girl within her had disappeared early on. Of course everyone had a limit, but at the very least they had yet to reach Satharial's.
This hell stretched on twisting all within it, until that vaunted day arrived. Graduation. All in all the affair was rather simple, more so than anything they had done before. Fight, and die. Once 75% of them had been killed the remainder would live on as an Adjudicator. Satharial had eyed a compatriot near to her with a smile and they had looked back sporting a similar expression. They had worked together in the past and considered themselves a good team, shoring up each others weakness and complimenting the other well. They, like everyone who remained had been comrades in this hell for almost two decades. Yet they resolved to kill the other, they knew how troublesome the other would be if left alone. They both though, "if anyone should kill them it should be me". After all, they were something akin to friends. They had made it to the end of it all, but these now young adults had been twisted too greatly already. They had grown used to the darkness they dwelled in. And now it would be with them forever, even in the brightest light. Until their final agony. They were comrades, and they were bitter rivals. There was no overlap or complicated feelings, that was that and this is this.
They attained their title which they had lived for, they became the shadows of the Empire. Along with the title of Adjudicator they finally were granted their Imperial Arms. And Satharial once again showed her talent by being able to connect with all ten rings of the Teigu Baraqiel something no one had done before, as each ring placed a strain on the body and mind. The last user had managed seven. From then on her and her fellow Adjudicators did their jobs, though seldom together. When a nobleman became too much of a threat, or verbose, when the revolutionary army had spies slip up even a bit or even when civilians stumbled across information and ideas they should not have. They were there. And the Empire considered them a success, in her 6 years of operation Satharial has not faced a true failure to finish a mission outside acceptable parameters. And just as their creators had intended even in the blazing radiance of the morning light, their hearts did not stir and that hell remained with them no matter how far they went they brought it with them.
Satharials life took a sudden turn when she was reassigned from her usual duties, and instead was placed under a General to aid in the destruction of the troublesome yet powerful Night Raid. Of course no one knows anything about her the Empire doesn't want them to know, but there have been whispers of the Adjudicators. Though no one has seen them and lived, the shadow they cast is felt by many. Satharial casts such a shadow.

Fighting Style: Arbiters DeterrenceDescription: The unique style created solely for the enhanced bodies of Adjudicators. Its main tenets are overwhelming power and allowing the enemy no quarter. This fighting style also considers their assigned Teigu in mind. Fitting to Satharial's personality she aims to instill hopelessness in her enemies. Often allowing them to attack her only to brutally respond with her own attack. In combat there are times she won't even move from her spot only responding to attacks rather than taking the initiative, all for her own pleasure. But with a cold logic to it as well. An Adjudicator is meant to resemble an unstoppable force and this style capitalizes on that. For the Empires Shadow rumor and mystery are weapons as well.

View attachment 1192249"Profane Black Tempest : Baraqiel" A unique Imperial Arm which takes the form of a set of ten rings. They have a golden color which shines when their power is being used. The brightness of which changes in relation to the amount of energy generated. The rings can allow the user to generate lightning which is bright, while also being black in color. A trait shared by the Danger Beast used to create them. A Beast that had been wrapped in lightning, black and gold in color and possessed a form which appeared as if a cross between a wolf and a dragon. Before its death it had held such unique titles as Hell Wolf Wyvern, and Emperor of Black Thunder. While not unique in that they are an electrical based Teigu and have abilities similar to the likes of Adramelech, another of the empires Imperial Arms. They possess the uniqueness of incredibly adept control over lightning. To the point of shaping it like clay forcing in into applications and shapes normally impossible for this form of energy. Rather than drawing electricity from the atmosphere or other sources, this Imperial Arm is about dominating a force of nature entirely. To become the ruler of the storm in all its permutations, real or imagined.
Abilities
Black Lightning Cloak: A passive defensive ability that surrounds the user in a field of lightning. It repulses weaker forces and can be increased in power to damage those too close to the user at a moments notice. Anyone within this field can be perceived regardless whether the user can directly see them or not.
Black Lightning Infusion: The user can infuse lightning into their own body enhancing their strikes for more power, or altering the users body to become much faster both in reaction speed and movement.
Lance Black Lightning: Lightning emits from the hand and lashes out piercing through the targets body.
Black Lightning Dominion: The uniqueness of this Imperial Arm. All electrical affects nearby can be freely controlled including those the user themselves create. Such as twisting the black lightning to strike a target behind the user. Additionally due to the users power over electrical forces the user is greatly resistant to electrical attacks with only the most powerful able to effect them.
Trump Card(s)
Personify Stygian Ego: The user becomes the very embodiment of the Black Lightning. Their body warps to be one with lightning no longer contained by human flesh. They are the dominating storm in the shape of a human. In this state the user can summon a massive lightning storm they can control freely that may stretch across the entire capital city. Within they may as well be omnipresent. They can shift their body into a bolt of lightning and travel at its natural speed positioning themselves practically anywhere in an instant. Any strain from wearing the Teigu rings is gone vastly empowering the user who normally has to constantly expend a certain amount of their power and will to keep them in check. As an energy construct they are practically indestructible when it comes to death but normal means, blades and fists are ineffective in this form. Even their control of lighting is increased including that of any other sources of electricity, in this state any other energy is dominated to the users will becoming a part of the Black Lightning. However such almighty power comes with a cost, the moment this ability ends the user immediately goes into cardiac arrest and their body is wracked from within by a powerful lightning bolt, as they need to vent the energy they infused. The energy uses their bodies connection to the earth to ground them forcing all the electricity to pass from their body to dissipate into the earth. Afterwards any power they gain from the Imperial Arm is lost for an entire day. They return to being human with no enhancements from Baraqiel. Needless to say using this Trump even within the same week would undoubtedly kill the average man.

Right, okIt's like a pseudo retcon, I had it so Sage didn't get to enter the tunnel with the rest of them because her voice made him freeze in place
