Most goblins are live in unmarked tribes, like the Luxodon's migration caravan. They just don't have anything too remarkable that would be noteworthy (Like the gnolls)

I don't think there's anyone else within 5ft of the wyvern besides Toryk. so yes

Once, BUT you get an additional opportunity attack with one of your melee weapons

Casters get an attack of opportunity as well? Though Diella would be fine with letting it flee, I think; and it's outside her spell range and sling's normal range, too, at 40ft.
