TyranntX I have a question about the effects of my spell. Let me show you:

A creature of your choice that you can see within range regains hit points equal to 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

Is the spellcasting modifier with or without my Proficiency bonus? If it is with, that adds another 2 points to my healing effect.

I would have the same question, since my Cure Wounds spell has the same effect of using my Spellcasting Modifier to add to the amount I heal.

No proficiency bonus that's not part of the spell. Just the mod of the stat that you use for spell casting Atha has 18 wisdom so +4 (plus the life cleric ability) and Beorin has 16 charisma so +3.

Probably without since there isn't really a way to be "Proficient" in magic (unless you are a sorcerer but even then I don't think they add prof to their spell checks)
