Kitsune of the North
Christine had watched as Tsuyu backed away slowly, subtly giving a shallow sigh before diving under the waters surface. The part of the water where she was swimming conformed perfectly with her body and clothing, though anyone else at the pool besides Tsuyu and Mei would simply see a massive bubble of air underwater that wasn't immediately rising up to the surface. She quietly relaxed at the prospect of being able to do nothing the entire time she was hired for the trip. While it was wishful thinking at the very least, she hoped that it came to fruition for the sake of the students enjoying their vacation. Her eyes glanced back over to the student she introduced herself to, her head popping up above the water again as two other students approached their friend. Perhaps they noticed how spooked the frog girl looked... One look at her did tend to make people scared once they saw her. Her mind had started to wander when she saw Tsuyu dive back into the pool and swim towards her, forcing her to put her thoughts on hold until later. It wasn't until the student had pointed out the water and tried to grab her that she figured out what she was trying to do, giving a slight chuckle before looking down at her.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but I've yet to meet someone who can touch me... If only I could touch the living, then perhaps I could actually have a love life for once." Christine softly spoke as her hand reached for Tsuyu's head, phasing through her as if she was but an illusion. She swam towards the rim of the pool and swiftly pulled herself out, water splashing back into the pool and along the floor beside the pool from her sudden exit. She calmly walked towards Yu and Takumi, water dripping off of her as wet foot steps appeared behind her. Her right hand reached into one of her pockets and pulled out two pebbles, suddenly stopping in place before whipping a pebble each at Yu and Takumi - hitting Yu hard just below his Adams apple and Takumi taking it square in the chest. She put a little more force into it than with Tsuyu, seeing as both of them were farther away from her and she wasn't aiming for their foreheads. Immediate afterwards she approached the two students with an apologetic look. "Apologies, that's the least egregious way I've found for people to be able to see or hear me. My name is Christine, I've been hired by Himori to safeguard the hotel and its occupants."
