Heya!! To catch you up, after the mercenaries killed the Entomancer, they flew back to the Kingdom of Lyrenia (their employers for the mission) and collected their gold reward and got the first lead on the Aetherspark, receiving information on a temple on a small island on the southwest side of the continent that would take them about two weeks of traveling to reach. The mercenaries also received a bag that’s a door to another dimension that they can’t use yet

Afterwards, the mercenaries suggested to the King and Queen of Lyrenia that they make a memorial for the fallen mercenaries at the battle they just fought, and since the King underprepared them for the mission, but they King and Queen refuse as they don’t really value the lives mercenaries that they hired. The Queen also refuses to let them stay in the palace for the night since the guests chambers are reserved for the rich only. Betrayed, the mercenaries are now walking out of the palace

I want to give Adelynn a dragon hatchling for no reason. Maybe I've been playing too much ARK lately.

Alternatively, I have a thief I could use, inspired by Warhammer's Skaven. (I've never played anything Warhammer, I just researched the Skaven because they're interesting.) But of course, that's only if I'm allowed a third character. If not, that's fine.

Sure! You can have Adelynn have a dragon hatchling!

You and everybody else can also have a third character, however it is on one condition: Once it is safe for the mercenaries' to access their base in the other dimension via their magic bag, one of your characters has to stay behind and help guard the base while the other are two are out. You can cycle between which character stays behind (kind of like an RPG). All three characters can be out together on special occasions (extremely important story moments)

Heya LustrousFox !! Don't worry about reading the rest of the posts so far to get caught-up. The mercenaries have left Lyrenia and are now at a campfire a couple of hours later, getting ready to rest for the night and begin their quest to the temple that contains information to the Aetherspark that the Lyrenians told them about as a reward for them killing the Entomancer.

Now, they are hanging out around their campfire in the woods, possibly about to get some sleep soon. Since Gummy Worm's character Denver isn't currently interacting with anybody atm, I would recommend having Chandak interact with him and maybe having Julian interact with Helena and Tonnie (I feel like Helena and Tonnie would be very intrigued by Julian's origins and nature)
