Fandom Adventure Time: Trouble In Ooo

Thread Princess finished the piece of Prince Fry she'd been eating and answered the floating figure without taking her eyes off the reptilian figure in the distance.

"He's not important," she stated with a grumble of annoyance "this one's got what I need. Besides, I know where they're both going, it'll just be an awful lot easier to catch him before he gets there."

The snake man made a sharp turn before slithering over a fence and through a broken one, working his way deeper into the city recesses.

Thread Princess sped up as he neared their target, flat out charging straight through the unbroken fence an decimating the already broken one as she gained more ground on him.

RenneHe grinned and flew over the fences, keeping pace with her easily. "Would you like some assistance? I can fly much faster than this."

"No," Thread Princess stated as Snake Man hopped another fence into what seemed like a courtyard "having anybody else punish these fools for their actions would be nothing less than disappointing."

She drew her sewing Sheers as she barreled through that fence as well and quickly scanned the courtyard. On the far side was a dull pale crystal house which Snake Man was quickly slithering towards. Thread Princess growled under her breath and expanded the sheers before launching them in a sideways arc towards Snake Man.

Clutching the packet in two hands protectively, the Snake Man reached out with the third one for the door. His upper body soon went flying as the Shears cleaved through him, separating him from the rest of tail and sending the upper half flying through one of the Crystal House's buildings.

Thread Princess stretched her neck and approached the house, "Actually, I take that back." Thread Princess said as she glanced back to her unexpected guest "Appearance wise I'm assuming you're a vampire?"

As she asked, she stepped over the lower half of the Snake Man and glanced in the broken window, finding a small puddle of blood and a trail leading off into the house.

She turned back to the lower half and examined it as she waited for a response.

Renne"You got it," he smiled and gave two thumbs up, "What can I do to help?"

He saw her peek inside and wondered, what could be so important? Whatever it was, he had his own motives, and was determined to be of some use.

Thread Princess stood and walked back over to the broken window before donning her massive needle once more "You can take care of this." she stated as she gestured to the severed lower half of the snake man "Make sure all the blood's gone by the time I'm done here."

After that, she leaped through the broken window and began following the bloody tracks. As she walked, she noted a lack of massive shears and grumbled to herself as she began kicking in doors looking for her prey.

Finally, she came across a staircase leading to the second floor and began ascending it. Once at the top, she found the door to the second floor locked. She rolled her eyes, and shrank the needle to a small rod before inserting it in and pulling out a hooked needle from her sewing kit.

Changing their sizes a bit, the angry shortstop began slowly working her way through the lock.

Selene noticed the redness of Kijiro's face as she spoke with him, but did not acknowledge it. Her eyes watched Renne leave the throne room calmly. Once the guards let him out and the doors came to a close, the Crystal Queen averted her gaze back to the person in front of her. She smiled warmly, and motioned with her hand for him to follow.

"Come. I will show you to your room." She murmured while beginning to make her way down the endless corridors. Crystal Quentin followed as well, his sword in hand. The knight eyed Kijiro intently and with caution,

"Tell me, Kijiro," The queen began, glancing over to him. She continued to lead him down the hallway, her crystallized heeled shoes clicking against the floor with each step.

"Where is it you came from? I'm curious to know." Selene smiled a small smile. She led them up a divine, sparkling spiral staircase that guided them towards another hallway on the fourth floor of the palace.

He tried to call after the girl but she'd already hopped through the window. She knows he eats red, not blood right? Then again, he'd never tried. He dipped his finger into the blood that had pooled around the snake's body and stuck it in his mouth.

Renne spat out the goo immediately and gagged. "Why do people think we drink this stuff?" He asked incredulously to no one in particular.

Reaching through the broken window, he grabbed a curtain and tore it off the rod. The vampire used it as a rag to soak up the blood then wrapped the unmoving snake half inside before tossing it into a dumpster.

He sighed, wondering if he'd be able to convince the needle wielding girl to make him a suit at all. He drifted through the window after her, only barely holding on to that hope.
