Evie pulled back from Al's touches. "Don't touch me!" She hugged the frozen food against her chest with her arms. She didn't want to get anyone else in the house sick, especially Al.

"I haven't been sick in a long time, I am not going to catch it." He was being very gentled, for Evie seemed startled. "Let me doctor you back to health, we can make a game of it.". He looked around in the medicine cabinet, and took out two bottles. Taking out a couple pills, he poured a glass of water, bounding for the stairs. "Come on patient Evie, the doctor will see you now.".

 

[Kairyn]

Aki thought of a dirty scenario with Doctor and Patient. Especially if the doctor was a male and the patient was a female then the doctor checking the female out. When you become a loner for many years, left with a library, you become a person who reads hentai and overreacts to the smallest of romances. Aki mused, not serious of the hentai reading. 
Aki's eyes follow Allon as she hoped for him to notice her.

 

[Hibiscus]

Before exiting the room Allon stopped, looking back at Aki, "I never asked if you need a doctor too? How ya feeling Aki?" This had an underlying tone, for she wasn't herself.

Aki mouthed the word: Fine. Aki's hand stopped caressing her tail, her other hand gripping the apple.

Simon hadn't responded when he was helped out of the bag, nor when his nameless savior went off to chat with her housemates. He was shell-shocked at what that damn white haired slut did to him, the unadulterated horror.


He stood there staring, not noticing the bunny outfit he was now clad in. Finally, he spun towards the open doorway and darted out. There on the pathway was his coat, lying discarded on the ground. He pounced on it with the fierceness of a lion an began sniffing it all over, which would probably look traumatizing to the every day viewer since he was dressed in a skimpy bunny outfit.


"Missing." he mumbled before combing through it again and again, finally he roared to the skies above "I'VE BEEN ROBBED!!!"


He began stuttering wildly as he pulled his coat on in a frenzy, "MUST FIND! MUST FIND!" He chanted over and over again as he pulled a hand hatchet from his coat and darted down the street, yelling the whole way.

Melanie sat on the overhang of the roof, and watched with a vacant expression as Simon freaked out and ran off into the city to cause trouble. She sighed, it wasn't her problem.


Once he was gone, she climbed back down the same way she got up. Afterwards, she stepped inside and closed the door like always before returning to her usual spot on the sofa and continuing her daily routine of cycling through channels. She'd go to sleep eventually, but... not now.

Allon gave a sigh, shaking his head, "If only you knew how easy it was to read you Aki.".

 

[Sugar and Spice]

Evie grabbed the glass of water and pills from Al. "I don't need you." She said angrily before bounding up the stairs and into her room. Her frustration at being sick made her emotional. And she felt even more stupid about what emotion was going through her. Evie pulled the blankets onto the floor curling up in front of her Tv deciding what movie she should watch to make herself feel better.

At that moment it felt like a bus just hit him. She was emotional, it was easy to tell, but it still hurt Al. He felt ridiculous for trying to play with her, and didn't know where to take it. "Evie." He called out, realizing it will fall on deaf's ear. Of course he followed, almost subconsciously for he couldn't leave it alone.

 

[Kairyn]

"I'm fine." Aki mumbled silently, more of a whisper she rolled the apple across the table again. The hand that was caressing the tail was now on the table, tapping and pausing; perhaps Morse Code.

 

[Sugar and Spice]

Evie had come to the conclusion of The Great Mouse Detective or the Disney film Frozen when she saw Al come in through the door. Her voice a bit scratchy "What are you doing in here?" She took a sip of the water hoping to smooth out her voice.

[Hibiscus]

Allon froze in the door frame, "I-I, Uhm, thought you would like some company," He then sighed, muttering under his breath, "Atleast mine.".

 

[Kairyn]

Aki got up from her seat and sat besides Melanie in the living room. She takes a snow globe out of her pocket and puts it in the center of the table

 

[Sugar and Spice]

Evie pursed her lips, "What about Aki?" she decided on the Mouse Detective and she waited patiently for both the movie to load and Al's reply.

"Yeah, that wasn't the brightest or kindest of Ideas." Melanie commented before flipping to the next channel.


On screen, a woman was being rescued from a ravenous pack of cannibals wearing sombreros and playing music. Her savior was none other than a four month old hyena.

Aki shrugged, mouthing the words: You came up with the suggestion of stealing his possessions! Aki hoped she understands 'mouth language' or atleast Morse Code.

"I stole his coat and kidnapped him for you." Melanie said as she grew tired of the TV hyena's antics "Who did you steal for?"

 

[Kairyn]

For the family of course. Aki mouthed, a part of her saying for Matt. Aki bent over and shook the snow globe, the snow falling everywhere.

Melanie changed the channel to what appeared to be a C grade action flick. A Priest with sunglasses was mowing down vampires with a minigun while explosions and rock music blared in the background.


"You're still not over him." Melanie stated "But I guess that's to be expected."


She gave a long sigh as the Vampire slaying priest drove a motorcycle out of an exploding building.


"You're willing to rob the homeless for those you love." Melanie stated "I want you to consider what else you'd do to keep those closest to you safe from the sickening crimes of the world. How far does morality have to fall before you all end up like me..."


She muttered that last part, and fiddled with the volume for a bit.

 

[Kairyn]

Aki said nothing to Melanie. There was bitterness in her mouth as she listened to Melanie. Aki stared at the snow slowly falling in the small dome of water. Once the snow stopped, Aki looked up at thw screen and watched priest mowing down vampires. Ah, humanity nowadays.


Aki's eyeslids grew heavy as her head tilted toward Melanie, her eyes slid shut. Aki was soon asleep.


After the seemed to be a short nap, Aki eyes fluttered open. There was no dreams this time.

 

[Hibiscus]

"Aki was talking to Melanie, and she isn't sick." He was still in the door frame, ears down and tail lifeless. She was really worrying him, for more than one reason at that.

 

[Sugar and Spice]

Evie pulled the blanket in tighter feeling insecure. She always knew how nice Al could be and was to all the others in the house, but she never thought that she would be the one getting jealous. It was happening all the time to her, more so now that they were dating. Just cause we're dating doesn't mean he can't change his mind. At the sight of Al's posture Evie felt guilty. What am I doing? Her eyes got watery, but no tears spilled. "I'm sorry Al." She smiled at him. Her goal was to attain his attention but not that way.

 

[Hibiscus]

He swayed his head slightly feeling awfully confused by her behavior, is this what couples are like? He wanted to help, but she became so emotional, especially when she didn't have all of his attention. "It's ok Evie, but," He saw her eyes get watery, and she seemed like she wanted something she couldn't attain. "Do you want to tell me what's wrong sweetheart?". The word sweetheart rolled off his tongue with ease, and there was a sense of comfort every time he could call her that.

 

[Sugar and Spice]

"You'll make fun of me..." She covered her face with the blankets. "Do you think you can sit next to me?" She whispered quietly. Evie's heart pounded faster when he called her sweetheart. It wasn't the first time Al called her that but she finally understood it was specially, something only he would call her.

 

[Hibiscus]

Allon smiled, walking over calmly and taking a seat next to her. "Me make fun of you, your too perfect to have any flaws." Allon looked where her face would be if the covers weren't suffocating her. "Come on, tell me what's bothering you.". His tail was wagging now, but his ears were low, almost covering his eyes, hoping she would rub them again.
