Rosaline has lived a rather short life in comparison to that of the rest of her herd but that does not make it any less worth remembering in her mind. Born on a dark evening in winter as the ony daughter of her parents she had to grow up quickly to keep up with her brothers and gain the attention any you g foal would want from her parents, leading to her getting in rather a lot of trouble from getting lost to disturbing a gathering party. Despite all this, Rosaline still like to get herself in to trouble just so she can outshine her brothers in anyway she can. It seems that nothing really has gone wrong for her so far in her short life.

Okoni is, in every way, a strong individual. Often described as an immovable object, the female deer is extremely loyal. Nothing could shake her allegiance to her people, not even threats to her own life and the life of those close to her. She will break before she bends.

While she hardly ever expresses her emotions (and tends to judge those who do), Okoni's stiffness hide a deep willingness to serve and protect. She cares for her people, deeply and warmly, but knows establishing emotional bond is illogical and can only hold her down. Still, although she isn't willing to show that, her family matters highly to her, and are always on her heart.

Her family has a long tradition of raising defenders, and are a proud lineage of deers. From an early age her father trained her in the ways of combat and control of her emotions, teaching her that feeling often lead to weakness. Many would have snapped under such a training, but her family was strong.

Or so they thought. No one expected the day her oldest sister snapped and disappeared, killing Okoni's father before leaving. The act of pure hatred deeply tainted their family pride, and Okoni took it as her own personal task to return them to honor. After all, it was easier to focus on that than the pain caused by her sister.
