Yeah, my dump doesn't have a lot going on either, as I get inspired from RPs to draw and the drawings are sometimes weird without context.
Great! I honestly think this kind of art is awesome- not everyone knows how to do things like crocheting.

Aaaa thank you! And you're right, it feels like every internet artist only draws, which isn't a bad thing at all but there's so many forms of art, it feels a bit limiting! My brain works much better with 3D things, but clay is expensive and while yarn can be too, the cheap stuff works just fine lol. I can also sew, but my pattern making for that needs work lol. With crochet I can build up the shape one section at a time and get the shape just how I want it. It's taken me several years to get to this point, though lol

For sure! I've never had the time nor courage (nor patience) to expand my artistic abilities. I've sewn before, but just to repair torn seams on clothes and stuff, never for anything creative. I can see that you've got a bunch of experience with it, though :]

Lol I had a LOT of time on my hands when I first started learning, and it actually came from me being too broke to buy pokemon center plushies but really wanting some, and happened to have the right colored yarn in storage from when my mom used to crochet blankets.

And thus, my first plushie was made. He almost instantly started falling apart but I still have him. He's a dragon but he looks kinda like a slug lol. That was... 2016ish I think. Wow time flies by.

Your drawings are not crap. They're really good! I'm jealous! Lol

Exactly! Draw because you like it, not for someone else. That's what I do with my crochet. It's mostly just for me. I do take commissions and sell some, but 90% of what I make is for me or because I find it fun. So just draw for you! Doing that makes it a lot easier to make progress and be able to see that progress, too.
