I am back from the Chiropractor with strict instructions to do specific stretches multiple times a Day. But at least my hips are unlocked now and I have so much relief. Will work on a post now

yeah! i feel very bruised tho, My chiro had to massage my leg VERY hard to get it to relax and unlock, to the point it was triggering reflexes in my leg muscles OTL
oh well, at least if I keep with the stretches I'll stay in good shape.
