(Kind of the reason I stopped watching Supernatural.)
HOWEVER, since I've been invited, I might be willing to give this a chance.

I see races we're posted at the beginning. Are those open races for play? Or just the races in the known world.

They're the playable ones. We'll also have kingdoms and stuff for some races, like giants, so we don't have "giants and demons and humans vs angels and dragons and sorcerors" for example.

It'll all get into focus when the lore page is up.

Smaller ones are about 10 feet. Large ones about 60. Most are around 30-40, though.

Also, if merpeople are a race, what about Cecaelia? Just curious. Not trying to pull an Ursula, but octopi are pretty neat and they're kind of my favorite.

Well, in most fantasy worlds, enchantments are a thing, so maybe there are items that can be enchanted and give your character the ability to grow legs shmuman legs, that is.

I think up new character's constantly. Once I get a better feel for things I'll probably settle on something more permanent.

I still like my giant brewmaster/bee keeper. But thinking smaller giant. Or half-giant.
