"I wouldn't lie to you. I actually didn't come for that." He said walking. "I came to pry because I was spying on people like a little rat. It was actually by mistake my gaze happened to fall upon you, and your...ring there." He didn't mean it in a hurtful way, he didn't look at her, just stared ahead, hood still up. "Ari and I really aren't that good friends, we've just had experiences. The first time I met him...or the second time, I threw him into the Abyss! Then we kinda fought our way out of a mishap of a time stop...BUT hey! I have learned much, and don't take so long casting spells anymore." He didn't expect her to get it, he was never all that great at conversation.

You know how it is. I remember on our adventures I gave Arabelle this ring that made me feel her pain. That sucked!" He looked at her now, to see if he was working his magic. "But you know I still have that ring, I scavenged it, because it is really special to me. I love when things have a special touch to them. But if you don't want to you don't have to." Cross pulled out a book titled "Albert style Arcane artes Volume 1" "I realized now that you can control wind magic me and Ellie went and saved a copy of this for you. It involves wind Artes. Also Artes aren't spells they're more along the lines of enhanced techniques usually involving an element of some sort."
