Fandom A pokemon adventure ooc

Got through one test in two pieces. Sure I got chopped in half when doing this first midterm, but at least I know that I could answer 7/10 questions confidently. :)

So there's a Pokémon that has a move called metronome. Basically is randomly chooses a move from all the known moves in the franchise, apart from like Z moves, and uses that. How in the flying Hoho would I roll for that?

As you can see, loki is awesome.

I'll have to make a separate clause for that move, but essentially I'm thinking metronome is subject to regular attack move rules. You gotta roll a 5 or above to hit, but the catch is if you have a move that normally has modified rules...like sleep powder. You don't need to reroll. Anything you successfully roll with metronome would ignore special conditions as it in itself is a special random condition.

Does fly and surf take up a slot for a move?
No, I'm not going to make you use a slot for that. Pokemon that can naturally dig like diglets, and swim like whalimer, and fly like charizard, don't need to use a move. However using the advantages these types of moves would give in a game(namely super safe), lowers your damage by 2.

Bacon is fluffy Bacon is fluffy So kadabra has the hidden ability Magic Guard, Which only allows it to take damage from attacks if One were to utilize this ability is it fine the way it is? Or does it need some tweaking? (Magic Guard is an ability that allows only attacks to damage the Pokémon; it will not receive damage from status moves like Curse, the weather conditions Sandstorm and Hail, the status effects burn and poison or from held items, such as Life Orb.)
