Fantasy A Pirates Life at Sea (always accepting!)

She sighs. "I was holding off on telling you. I didn't know if I can trust you, also I didn't want Wlof knowing. I still don't trust him, he's caused me some trouble. Anyways this is a very old hide out that's been used for hundreds and hundreds of years. The symbol..." she lifts up her glove. This mark represents the mark of a permanent assassin. I've had it since I was little. Usually they give you a choice once you turn a certain age but I guess I was a "special" case." She walks down the hall beckoning for Ed to follow.

Ed looked at Wolf, then walked with Alyssa, "So, this sweet little angel, so far...Is an assassin? Interesting." he said laughing a bit, "Never saw that coming..." he said, walking down the hall with her, "Where exactly are we going?" he asked.

"My old room. Need to grab a few things from in there. This as been my home for the past two years. We usually move more than that but I guess they just decided to stay here. I guess they decided to leave while I was gone, not even sure which hide out they moved to."

"Guess I'm not expecting a pink room and girly things now am I?" he said with a smile, "But, what exactly are we getting? Are we getting like, a demon artifact or something? I Don't want to summon the devil himself y'know..." he said, lighting the rest of the way with his hand held out, and a fire ball in it.

She shakes her head with a smile. "No it's nothing you need to worry about, just some medicine I have to take is all." She had gone a month without the medicine that was probably what happened on the boat, She wanted to tell Ed about the monsters but felt it wasn't the time.

"Oh, alright. Guess that's good, what exactly is the medical emergency? Other than the fact that Wolf is a paperweight right now and we might have to tie him to the ship." he said jokingly, being funny was his bright spot, anything else isn't really easy for him.

"Like I said nothing you need to worry about." She stops in front of a door and turns the knob. She walks inside her room.


(She calls them monsters but she is actually haunted by a demon.)

Ed walks into the room with Alyssa, it was dark, but his light lit the dim room, showing all the basic living needs, not even any basic wants like a teddy bear or something like that, "I...now see that my poor life was better...kinda..." he said looking around and staying close to her, so she can see where she was going.

"I mean it's got all your needs, what else would you need?" She didn't quiet understand what else the room needed. It had a decent bed, closet, and a light source which didn't work at the moment.

"Other than your bed Alys, something that you held dear, something, not the bed, something from childhood, that makes you happy." he said, looking into her eyes, "I have this necklace from my mom. This can be an example, something from a family member that you loved. Something they gave you...other than the bed!" he said, trying not to laugh at the fact that he had to exclude the bed a few times.
 
She laughs. "My family doesn't give gifts. An the bed gives you warmth and comfort, so... yeah." She walks over to a picture frame and takes it off the wall. There was a hidden vault she opens up. Inside was a box of her medicine which would last her another three months, extra throwing knives, and a small sea shell. She takes out the sea shell holding it in her hand. She smiles at the sight of it.

(I just realized I wasn't being carried anymore...I am not very bright.)


He shot up, gasping for air. He looked around frantically in shock. His 'Allies' were nowhere to be found. Did they get eaten by what ever was back there? Then why did he wake up in a infirmary? Was it a dream? He quickly scrambled to his feet and set out on the search. He ignored the doors, as he wouldn't want to disturb anyone's privacy...if anyone lived here.


He continued back up the path, his pistol drawn but not reloaded.

Ed laughed and then looked at her, "See! There's the childhood thing I was talking about!" he said smiling at her, "Alright, you ready to get going?" he asked her, checking the hallway, making sure it was clear.

She nods sticking the shell back in her pocket. She grabs the box of medicine and throwing knives. "Let's check on Wolf, then if you want I can make some dinner. I suggest we stay here for the night. It's probably the safest place we can stay at right now."

"I'll cook...Wolf should probably still be asleep." he said, waiting for Alyssa to lead the way back, "And besides, you'd have to start a fire and keep it lit, I have an eternal flame." he said smiling.

Alyssa let's out a breath of relief as she guides them back to the infirmary. "Thank goodness. I'm a terrible cook. I was o cooking duty once and almost burnt one of are hideouts down. Lets just say I haven't even attempted to cook since."

(These are only hallucinations, not the other characters xD )


His eyes had to adjust to the darkness. he looked around quickly, paranoid , as his mind liked to play tricks on him since he was small.


He was far away along the path. In the corner of his eyes, he saw what looked like the captain out of the corner of his vision. He turned his head quickly and stopped. This 'captain' had claw marks along the face and chest , exposed organs , and a eerie smile. He backed up from the site, as it disturbed him. He turned around to run back , but what stood there also frightened him. there...Alyssa stood , her neck was bent as the spine was distorted and stretched out of the neck , her head was torn open from a bullet wound. She gave the same look, her 'eyes' had nothing but a small light , glowing red.


He shook with fear, they had come to haunt him haven't they? He was the reason for their death...he was the reason for many deaths.


He turned around again , only to find 'Ed' standing right in front of him, the same smile.


"nein...nein...-NEIN- NOT-" He shut his eyes and sprinted through the hallucination, running to the ladder.


He scrambled to the ladder, looking behind him to see them charging at him , barring their swords.

"Quite alright Alys, I love to cook. We have the stuff to cook right? " he asked her, seeing that the pantry was probably empty.
