Fantasy A Pirates Life at Sea (always accepting!)

Alistair couldn’t help but smile gently to Freya, although it diminished a bit once she embraced herself. Worry blinked in his eyes as he stepped forward, taking his coat off.

“Are you cold? I apologize, that is partially my fault. The waters must be freezing now…”

He placed his coat upon her shoulders, the slight bruise of her arm against his fingers sending shivers through his body.

“Will we be safe here in the shore? We’ve been evacuating the city. I can still get you out if you’d like. But I understand if you would prefer to stay in your sea.” He spoke gently, feeling embarrassed for his rugged appearance. The woman had a otherworldly beauty, and he was simply a man. @Enmyira

What a handsome looking man, MacWatt thought as he looked at his wanted poster. Wanted dead or alive: James MacWatt. And the reward! Maybe he should just turn himself in and collect the money! Of course, that would mean the gallows for sure...

This ocean isn't big enough for both me and the Navy. One of us has to go, and it's not going to be me.

Was MacWatt afraid? No. MacWatt didn't remember the last time he was afraid. After all he had seen, he was lucky to be alive at all.

MacWatt was walking toward the docks, about to sneak into the ship that little girl was talking about, when something, or someone, caught his eye. Damn. That fucking vice admiral.

Quickly, the old man crawled into the storage room of the boat before he was seen. But, before he settled, he caught a glimpse of something amazing. A woman, no a siren...he had seen many things, but he didn't think he'd ever see another siren again. He couldn't take time to stop and get a closer look, and instead disappeared into the vessel.

(I won't be able to post much today and tomorrow, but I'll start again on Tuesday.)

Naddy watched as Alistair disappeared from her sight. She sigh lightly, she'd never get used to that. She thought of how the Navy should approach the situation at hand. Sending men to question the foreign ship was definitely a bad idea. They already lost men, she'd rather not have any more casualties, as Alistair said. She wasn't so sure if the Fleet Admiral's identity is already known… him going there would be unwise, as well. She looked at Elpis and smiled.

"Where did you see the ship?" She asked.

Part of her wondered if Alistair was there already… she had a bad feeling in her gut.

She gently tugged his coat taunt around herself. "Thank you.. and yes.. the waters have... turned rather chilly." She said. Now that the town was evacuated.. she couldnt really go back to her spot at the tavern. "I.. don't really have a place now.. If you know of any, I'd be grateful.." She mumbled quietly. Her now dry hair slightly shifted to cover her face as she looked down.

She felt him looking. She turned to his direction, she saw him sneaking into the ship. What a curious man. She swam closer to the vessel, careful to not be seen by anyone else.

"You're not from the Navy." She said aloud in a melodic voice. "Who are you?" She wanted to know. She needed to know.

After a successful day of catch and release with several of the island's species of animals, Eden decided to head to the port. There he saw a familiar face. One of whom he still didn't know the name of, but he liked her still.

He walked up to her and greeted her. "Hi!!!!"

[QUOTE="Eden Smithe](ah...she's probably just busy)

But it's painful, and since I entered late I gotta figure out how to come into it. Hmmm, maybe I can be one of those "citizens" still left on the island?

(yeah coming in late is always a bit hard. I would just jump into a moment that would fit your character. Its usually easy for me because any moment that is going somewhat good is always a good place for my character to jump in and fuck it up :3)

Alyssa

Alyssa hears a voice and turns to see the boy from the night before. This kid was everywhere. "Hey, um, Eden right?" She wasnt sure what to say, socializing was never her forte. Even back with the clan she really didn't have any friends.

Alistair
seemed to think for a moment, although the answer made his face slightly red. He did have a house in the city, one he hardly ever used because he spent most of his time either in the sea or at the base of the Navy. But inviting a young woman to his house would be highly inappropriate...he hoped she wouldn't be offended by his words.

"Miss...I do know of a place. My house is close to the entrance of the city, and it's hardly ever used." He looked down with embarrassment. "The place is extremely simple, hardly worthy of a woman with the amount of grace you have. But I would be honored to have you there."

He smiles bright, happy to see her. "Yeah! That's me! Err...you never did tell me your name miss!" He reminded her, hopeful she would tell him this time. "Or...I guess you don't have to...I don't want to be rude or anything..." He said quickly, not wanting to scare her off.

"A..As long as there is some form of.. w..water close... that would do just fine." She replied. Her head lifted so she could give him a smile. He was incredibly handsome. Everything fit him almost perfectly- even the tosseled hair.

Alyssa

She shrugs. Eden seemed harmless enough. "Alyssa." she says. She sits down by the sea. "Congrats, you got me to tell you my name. I don't tell many people it."
