That looks like it would be Team Askary's domain before anyone else's. One way I can see one of the teams getting there would be for Team Askary to fail at securing an alliance there and then decide to move onward to Calcia to try there instead. They'd pass through that city on the way.

Team Fenwood might also unexpectedly find themselves there. I remember Armandio's grandfather saying that he was going to Fenwood to find some friends capable of getting him to Calcia. I'm imagining his friends are wizards who are capable of some long range teleportation that would zip him straight to Calcia so he could pass the border in a less-than-legal way. The Fenwood team could also happen across these teleporting wizard friends of grandpa's once we're satisfied our questing in Fenwood is done. They'd then find themselves in Calcia that way as well and may end up in Ratenbar by mistake. We could actually have both of these things happen and that's how our group eventually re-merges. Then we'd do more stuff in Calcia or whatever as one big party.

Either way, whatever we decide, Ratenbar doesn't seem like it's going to be an issue for the moment. Actually, a bigger concern for Team Askary before they reach the Republic is, I think, going to be the Red Mountains. That's the dwelling place of the dwarves, correct? They will have to pass through the mountains in order to reach Askary, so I suggest that team think about writing some stuff in and about that area before Ratenbar.

Looking at this map, I think a logical place for the split between teams to occur is in the fork in the road just south of Dalania. There appear to be three directions to go from there. The leftmost fork (from the perspective of someone travelling south along the road) leads to Fenwood and the settlements of Manganar and, further along, to Rotanous (apologies if I spelled those wrong, I can't really read the names too well). The rightmost leads through the Red Mountains to Askary.

For transparency's sake, I'm imagining Rae's farm is somewhere along the road to Mangonar and Rotanous. Can be changed for plot convenience.

Alright Crew, I’ve got a question for you. Tons of lore is being created behind the scenes, but if we don’t somehow consolidate it all into one space, we’re going to be all over the place and screwed 16 ways to Friday. So I have a couple solutions. One, I make us the Ultimate Lore Thread, or two, I make the Ultimate Lore Discord Server.

There are pros and cons to both.

Not everyone has Discord for instance, but Rpnation gives me a headache if I look at it for too long in its current form.

Thoughts players?
