My backstory says otherwise - they are pretty recent, in a span of a month or so.

On that matter, the development of these powers vary greatly. Some gain it after the accelerators exploded, others months after, others still yet to show up.

He can cut it 3 ways. Between King's, Rebels, and Others(Including meetings between the 2) Since the start will be backdrop info.


 
Also. Characters who aren't part of any might be tried to be recruited by the ones who are. (Ex. My character has been found a few times.)

Sorry for keeping your hopes high, but I really did not think much about this. I am currently unfit to run an rp of this kind. However, I still plan to relaunch this, sometime in the future. If still wish to participate in this when it gets relaunched, I'll gladly take you in. But as of now, this is nothing but an idea currently in works.
