O.o not really. Fever blisters are bumps you get on your lips that normally burn. Cold sores end up looking like acne and normally appear near the corner and edge of your lip, eventually turning into a scab thing.

I think I have a cold sore ATM. I can take a picture of it, but it will probably gross you guys out..
