Theoretically you may know who they are, that they were a traitor, and the details of the event and what they were condemned to. Or, you may just know that they were a traitor but no details. Or you may know nothing and just treat it as an oddity. That's of course your own choice


If you wanted to know details, then you can make them up, of course! That's part of set building!
