A Forbidden Union (Erexia & Me)

He leapt up, his wings spanning wide as a mighty flap brought him high in the air. With highly sensitive eyes, he could very well see the lycan even at a high altitude. One wing was brought up strategically to make sure the sunlight doesn't hit him, so all was good. At a high altitude, he assumed that humans must've thought of him as a simple - larger, but still - bird, so enjoyed the winds a little bit. There was one bird that nearly crashed into him, but that's another story. "Watch where you're going!" He chastised at the bird, knowing full well that the bird might not understand him. He kept a close eye on the lycan. Hah, fluffy~

Tyna speed up when she was nearing the gate, which was open but had an arch over top. She got to her top speed before lunging off her hind legs and jumped over it happily, turning as she didso, but halfway to the ground she turned fully human again and crashed into the ground with a small yelp.

Watching the lycan slow down, he began his descend, landing on his feet with the grace of a vampire. Recalling back his wings, and changing back to a more human form, he rushed towards her. "Hey!" he called, worry lacing his tone. "You alright? You seem to have a nasty habit of falling." Despite the fact that she might be hurt, he still chuckled, fishing his pockets for anything to wipe her face with.

Tyna was crashed onto the ground, her pants slightly torn and her shirt tattered slightly. She looked up at him with a small smile and started to giggle, sitting up, "Y-Yeah, I'm fine. It happens often, If it's not nighttime the wolf form acts up a bit too much for me~ But at least theres a huge forest in front of us so you won't get burnt~" She said happily.

Silently cursing that there wasn't anything except his torn gloves, he grabbed the gloves and wiped at her face, not really caring if someone commented something about it. "I'm not one to chastise - except that one bird up there, but he was asking for it. He crashed into me!" He paused to glare at the sky, then going back to wiping anything he left behind. "Forest." He set the gloves back into his pocket, slightly worried that if he left it there, they might get it. "Great." Without any kind of warning, he went into the forest, slightly relieved that the sun wasn't there anymore. "This feels like home!"

She smiled and followed after him, "Yeah~ It's good to be back in a familiar environment~" She said happily, jumping onto tree roots playfully. "Hey, which forest do you live in?" She asked out of pure curiosity, hoping she wasn't sounding rude.

He paused. He never really knew what the forest was called. All he knew was it was a forest. "Well," he crossed his arms, racking his brain for the name. Nothing came. "We just call it the Amazon, since it was pretty much a jungle there." He smiled fondly. He remembered he and Anya hanging upside down on the branches, angering their father since most of the trees were tall. "But it's nowhere near the real Amazon, though. Though I'd love to go there."

She paused, trying to think. She knew her forest was jungle-like, but she didn't think it could be the same as his. "Did it have a golden leafed tree in the middle?" She asked, tilting her head to the side slightly.

He racked his brain for something; a memory or something. It was only a few minutes later that it clicked. "Yes," he said after a couple of minutes. "But I've never seen the tree before. I've only seen the trail of leaves, but not the tree itself. My father forbade me from venturing too deep." It was as if his father was trying to steer him away from an enemy territory.

She nodded faintly, "That's the same forestry as my tribe lives in... My blood family live in the tree. It's sacred to us for a reason... I was never told by, but they scolded us for accidentally clawing the tree, which me and my brother did... A lot." She said with a small giggle.

"...Wolves live in trees?" He asked, incredulous. He was pretty sure wolves live on the ground, not trees. But he might be wrong. But werewolves were too different from vampires, judging from that alone. Vampires live in lavish mansions, houses, with state of the art furnitures, as a show of wealth. Carlisle's family, however, were the richest of the richest, as his father was king. Their tribe - only theirs; he's not sure about other vampires outside his - was known to be a monarchical-type. There was a king, a queen, and their children; princes and princesses. And there were Dukes and Duchesses, Earls and Countesses, Barons and Baroness - he could go on and on about it, but it was more of a community instead of a tribe. It reminded him greatly of the system in Great Britain.

"Well, only our family, we use the tree to show our authority, my father says 'He who lives up high, is a liver of high expectations.' I never understood what he meant..." She said with a small smile, feeling slightly safer around him with a smile. She though about her line of authority, with her tribe it was much more odd than others, there was a 'king', but it worked like a real wolf pack, There was an Alpha male and female, then their kids which were Alpha cubs, always called cubs when referred by Elders. Then the rest were normally called Deltas, there was normally a second in command when her father wasn't around.

It kind of reminded her of an army of sorts.

"Remind me not to cross your dad, then." He shrugged, though inside, he was shaking. He never dealt with fathers other than his before. Why he was shaking, he had no idea, but he was sure that he was staring at the lycan more fondly than he had. Shrugging, the vampire walked further into the woods, sometimes leaping up at trees, sometimes attempting to fall from the trees then land back gracefully. He felt giddier here. The presence of forests - no matter what they were - made him think of home.

"Yeah... From what I know about yours is pretty scary..." She said, looking off into the distance before pausing with a small frown. "Our forest is definitely a long way away..." She frowned slightly. She could hear her heart beating super fast, she hoped the vampire didn't. She wanted to make conversation, but she was lost for words.

He turned to her from his tree, watching her upside down, his shirt exposing his belly, though he held onto the shirt. "Want to stop by some human city?" He knew it might be stupid, but he couldn't help it. He wanted to find some excuse to hang around the lycan without going home yet. He didn't know what made him think that, but he shrugged it off as some kind of want to hang around a new friend. "I know a pretty good café near this forest - if this is the right forest, that is."

She nodded slightly, "Yeah, a human city sounds good... But finding out which forest this is... Is the harder question... I could climb a tree and look for mountains, I know forest names that are surrounded in mountains..." She said, pondering to herself. She was blushing slightly, refusing to lock eyes with the vampire.

"I can fly." He reminded her. "With the trees' shades, I'm pretty sure I won't shrivel up and die." He made it sound like a joke, but he was serious. "Hold on, let me just..." The feeling of his wings were starting to get more familiar as it burst through his back. "Wait for me!" He swung up from his tree, leaping up and flew. He went a bit up, finding the sun a little further than usual, so it wouldn't affect him. He soared through the sky, over the mass of trees, and searched for something that resembled a city.

Tyna climbed up a tree easily, her flexibility being her perk for this, swinging from a branch to another and another, twisting around and pulling herself up on the top and looked around, noticing the small mountains in the distance, she didn't know how far he was, so she howled out slightly, hoping not to find any other werewolves around.

His ears perked up, hearing a howl. Assuming it was Tyna, he swooped down a little to a lower altitude, hoping she would see him. His eyes noted a bustle of a city... swooping down, he landed, hidden by the shadows, eyes searching for that particular café... aha! His eyes locked contact with the café, a little smirk on his face as he disappeared into the shadows, crawling back into the forest and burst into flight once again. Spotting his furry friend, he leveled down, staying afloat and waved at her.

She waved that and climbed down to his level with a smile, "Didcha find it?" She asked happily, jumping from branch to branch towards him with a huge smile. "Should we get you an umbrella as well?" She joked, but then realised it was a good idea, "That's actually a smart idea...~!"

"I did," he grinned at her, "And I might get an umbrella." To himself, the vampire murmured under his breath, "Where's my wallet... where's my wallet... aha!" He patted his pockets, feeling the familiar bulk of his wallet. He turned back towards the lycan. "Let's go!" He went back up, turning towards the direction of the city, making sure he was low enough so the lycan can see him.

She nodded happily and jumped over to the tree nearest to him, "Lead the way~" She said happily, stretching slightly, she enjoyed the trees more than the ground, which her parents and older brother didn't understand at all.

He made sure to keep a slow pace so she could follow clearly. Sometimes, he would go faster than necessary, which makes him a little blob. His siblings prefer to tease him about it rather than get disgruntled that they couldn't see him, so he gets a little mindful when flying with company. Especially when leading people into something.

She was subconsciously jumping from branch to branch, kinda like a cat. She was jumping from one side, to a tree on the other side of her companion before jumping back when more branches seemed strong enough to hold her weight.

He landed just before he reached the city, withdrawing his wings back, and turned to the lycan. "You might want to turn back into a human." He told her, "People just won't let a wolf in their shops..." He trailed off.
