It's the part where you explain if you're honorable or not. Has your character ever ran away from a battle? Betrayed their lord or abused a servant? That's dishonorable. Have they kept there word, only stopped fighting when told to, and done everything to support their master or the people around them? That's honorable.
Its meant to let you play an honorable ronin or a dishonorable samurai. It gives some insight into how people who might have heard your name before would react to your legend. It was a time where people knowing you were honorable was the actual difference between life or death.
