A deal with the devil, A day class decision

Senri gave a nod following the orders given to him and headed back towards the dorm. when he was almost there he finally saw Imari, Yui ,and Minori fighting just outside. In a flash he was next to them. He pulled Minori off and telling her to stay put as he grabbed Imari by the neck "Don't you ever touch her again" He said pulling Yui out of his arms and holding her to his chest as he threw Imari down his foot pressing down on his chest. "Leave here, and don't come back. Next time I will not hesitate to kill you" He warned in a low voice before finally taking his foot off of Imari's chest.


Minori hit and kicked Imari with all her strength as she tried to force him to let Yui go. She was confused when she was lifted off turning around preparing to put up a fight, , but when she was it was just Senri she was both happy and relived. She looked around anxiously for Kaname her face falling when she realized he was not with him. She followed Senri's orders staying out of the way while he got Yui back. She still kept on her guard ready to help just in case her needed it.

Yui continued to bite and kick, though she didn't make much progress by just doing this. She was about to get into a position where she could take him down when a pair of strong, kind hands took her from Imari. "S-Senri!" She exclaimed breathlessly as they were joined by yet a fourth vampire. Kaname held Minori's shoulders as he bent down next to her ear and whispered. "I will kill him if he has harmed either you or your friend, but, I am not the one to seek false justice, so you must tell me, has he harmed either of you?" Kaname raised his head so that Minori was more comfortable and waited for her answer, his hands never leaving her. Yui saw the brunette too and gave him a warm thank you smile,which he returned. "Senri, Kaname, I'm so glad to see you." Kaname chuckled. "I missed you too, dear."

Minori jumped feeling a pair of hands go to her shoulder hearing Kaname's voice she relaxed. "Kaname," She breathed hapy to see him as she tilted her head back to look at him. "He threw us around and he wants to hurt Yui but he hasn't actually done anything" She said as she leaned back into him. Being near him she felt safe and happy "Please don't leave me again.." She said softly


Once he had dealt with Imari Senri looked down at yui pulling away a bit to check her over "are you ok? are you hurt?" He asked concerned. He knew leaving the girls was a bad idea and he hoped this would make Kaname and Head master cross see they were going to take futher actions if they were going to keep the girls safe.

"You don't have to worry about anything from this point forward. It seems Rido has given up on pursuing you and Yui, but, that doesn't mean that I can ever forget he still lurks in the shadows." Kaname was watching Imari as he said this. "Minori, my only regret is that it wasn't me that bit you. If I had been the one to do so, you and your friend wouldn't be suffering right now." He kissed the top of her head. "Please, forgive me. Both of you."


Yui blushed because of Senri's concern. "I-I'm okay. You don't have to worry about me, Senri. I'm a tough girl that can take care of most things by myself." She held tightly to his hands. "You can't leave us again, either. If anything happened to either of you, it would hurt me. I just care about you two so much that it hurts that I was bitten by someone who's using us to kill you, Senri." She was shaking now. Like Kaname said, he lurks in the shadows.

Minori shivered as Kaname talked about Rido lurking in the shadows the sound of his voice in her head coming back to her. "H-he wants us to kill you." she stuggled to say as she turned around to face him. Her face showing confusion as he said he wished he had bitten her instead. "You would have rather bitten me?" She asked blushing a little at the thought. She moved her arms around him hugging him her head resting against his chest. "It's alright, I'm just scared I don't want anything to happen to you" She said against his chest.


Senir smiled "I know you are, but it doesn't keep me from worrying" he said squeezing her hand. "We won't leave again I promise. Please don't worry about me I assure you Kaname and I will be just fine" He said pulling her closer as she began to shake. He hated the fact that Rido had bitten her, he would give anything to change it but he couldn't. "I'm sorry Yui" he sighed as he burried his face in her hair. She still smelled as intoxicating as ever.

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Kaname chuckled. "Nothing will ever happen to me, but my one fear is that my uncle may somehow completely devour both you and Yui, leaving both Senri and I to suffer." He explained while smoothing her hair. "He's not a good vampire. He killed my parents, thus, in a way, separated Yuki from me." Kaname refused to let tears fall. He still loved his little sister, that was certain. "I'm sorry. A part of me will always love Yuki Cross. It's the truth. I just pray that you understand." He took a deep breath. "Yes, I would rather have bitten you. There would have been no suffering under Rido's control. Yes, I would still influence you, but never harm you." He kissed her forehead. "I love you, Minori." Finally, Kaname loosened her shirt just enough to let her collar bone show. Her neck was right there. "I love you." His fangs were bared, and were soon deep in her neck.


Yui felt his breath against her neck, all the way down to her collar bone, and again, she was comparing him to Rido Kuran. Still, she wouldn't let that stop her. "I need you to do something for me. Maybe you can get his venom out somehow." She looked at him with pleading eyes. "I think you're the only one that can." She shut her eyes and sucked in a breath or two. "You have to help me, Senri. This voice in my head is scaring me." She whimpered as she buried her face into his chest, her heart palpating and eyes like fire. Yui could see Senri's neck. "I'm sorry." She knew that the only cure for a Level E was to drink the blood of their creator, but she had no choice but to use Shiki instead. Soon, she was feeling the hot, sweet liquid down her throat.

Minori frowned as Kaname talked about him suffering. She knew Rido's only mission in life was to make them suffer and eventually kill them. The worst part was that it seemed he only did it for entertainment. "I understand..." She sighed as he mentioned Yuki. Him admitting he still loved Yuki and always would sent pangs of jealousy and hurt through her, but she had ascepted it as a part of him that would not change. Her eyes closed as his lips touched her forehead a small smile creeping onto her lips. "I love you too" She said opening her eyes again, looking up at him through her lashes. "What are yo--Kaname.." She said began to say as he undid her shirt sighing his name softly as his fangs sank into her neck. His bite did not hurt nearly as much as Rido's had, it just made her knees go weak and her head swim.


"You know I would do anything for you Yui.. I don't know if I can get the venom out but I will most certainly will try" He said looking down at her his hand cupping her cheek. It hurt him to see at how much she was suffering as a result of his father. He would do anything to take that suffering away. He held her tightly as if she might slip away if he didn't "I'll do everything I can to make it stop" He promised as she stroked her hair. His muscles tensed up as he felt her bite into his neck slightly surprised by her actions. "It's ok" he murmured as she drank from him letting her take as much as she liked. He hoped maybe it would help since he shared the same blood with his father.

Kaname could feel that she.was getting weak as he drank from her. "Minori." He held her head in his left hand while the other held her left shoulder as he drank. "You must stop me when it becomes too much." He struggled to let go. "You are so beautiful. Your blood is even more pure than mine, in a manner of speaking." He chuckled softly. "Listen, I know this will seem somewhat ironic, but I can't help but feel that the safest place for you would be away from this school, perhaps at the Aido villa." Their vacation spot was almost always isolated. It was deep in the woods. She wouldn't be able to harm anyone there. "Perhaps you need time to think. I can't help but feel guilty. You haven't seen Yui very much since reawakening as a vampire." He sighed. "The villa would be the perfect spot to get reacquainted."


While this was happening, Yui was getting worse and worse. She didn't like the fact that she was hurting Senri. The blonde just managed to pull away from her lover. "Why didn't you stop me!?!" She was in tears. "I was hurting you, Senri!" She looked down at her hands, covered in blood. Yui couldn't help but lick that blood from her hands. "Damn it..." she stood up, making her way to the door, just as Takuma came in. "I thought I smelled blood, Senri's blood." He wasn't angry, just curious. "He must have been rough with you. I haven't seen a Level E descend so quickly." He bent over her with caring eyes. "You need to lie down." He then looked at Senri. "Kaname is planning to move them to the Aido villa." Yui slapped his hand away. "I'm not going anywhere. I don't care if the Kurans are Pureblood. They're your rulers, not mine. He can't make me go anywhere."

Minori's eyes glazed over as he continued to drink from her. It took a moment for his words to reach her and pull her back into reality. " What do you mean it's more pure?" She asked blushing as he called her beautiful. Even after everything they had just went through he still had the abbility to make her heart flutter and leave her at a loss for words. She swallowed hard as he then continued to speak talking about sending her and Yui away. " Would you come too?" She asked her brow furrowed as she stared up at him. She could not bare the idea of leaving him.


Senri was to surprised to speak at first as Yui suddenly pulled away and yelled at him. "You haven't hurt me, I am perfectly fine" he tried to assure her. He would rather she bite him than anyone else. "Yui! please don't run from me again" he said going after her. He was just about to grab her when Takuma came in, interrupting them. Shooting a glance at him he sighed and ran a hand down his face "Everything is fine, thank you for letting me know. Now if you could give us a minute I would appreciate it" he said and attempted to take Yui's hand in his. "Yui he is right, you should lie down. We will talk to Kaname about the villa thing later" he pleaded with her

 

[Saiyan Princess]

"Purity isn't just what blood type you have. You can have pure blood if your heart is pure." He explained what he meant. "I'm a Pureblood vampire, but, I've killed. Rido is also a Pureblood, but he's killed." His jaw and fist clenched at that, but he continued. "Meanwhile, you have not killed." Because of Kaname's power, the window broke. "You are even more pure than I." Then, the question of whether he would come with them. "I'm certain that Senri would want to come with Yui, therefore, I would be glad to come. Even though the danger is gone, I want you safe, and the only way to ensure that is to take you away." He could feel her heart, and, while smirking, put his wrist to his lips and bit down. "The blood of a Pureblood vampire will sustain you, even if it's my blood. You still need Rido's, as Yui does, because only the blood of your master will save you, but I am willing to be a substitute until my people from the Senate can obtain a sample." He gave her his wrist.


Yui sniffled, afraid of what she was. "Senri!" She charged at him, tackling him into a hug as Takuma watched them both. "I love you so very much. I'm scared of what's happening to me. I can feel my fangs pierce your skin and it is like I'm the same monster that did this to us." She took a deep breath. "You should drink from me. It's only fair, and I hate the fact that recently you've been using Takuma." She looked up at the blonde, who's mouth was wide. "I can't believe you were spying on us. That was honestly a private matter." Takuma argued before leaving and saying something about roommates. Yui shrugged and lied back against Shiki. "Go ahead, Senri." She winced as she heard something banging against the wall. "Rima's angry."

Minori listened her face changing to a more sober expression as he explained she was more pure because she had not killed like he or Rido had. The thought of him kill anyone sent a small shiver down her spine. He was always so calm and nice to her the thought of him killing anyone seemed strange to her. Although the sight of his anger as beginning to frighten her a bit. As the window exploded she jumped letting out a small sound in surprise. She relaxed finally when his mood seemed to shift " Okay, if you think going away is what is best.. then I'll go, just as long as you come with me." She said hugging him. After a few second she pulled away as he offered her his wrist. She stared at it reluctantly for a few moments looking back and for from his face to his wrist. Slowly she finally lowered her mouth to his wrist. she wrapped a small hand around his arm holding on to it as she drank her, hunger taking over.


Senri stumbled back a bit with a small groan as she tackled him. Without hessitation he wrapped his arms around her and picked her up. "I love you too" he said with a chuckle glad she had changed her mind. " I know you're afraid but it's ok you don't have to be. You are not a monster. It's actually best if you drink from me, you can't hurt me and it will sustain your hunger" he explained then frowned a bit as she mentioned he had been drinking from Takuma recently, he han't ment for her to find out about that. He then sent Takuma another look meaning he wanted him to leave and when he did he was glad. Gently he played with Yui's hair brushing it behind her ear revealing her neck. For a second his attention shifted to the sound his eyes narrowing at the wall between his and Rima's "Ignore that" he mummbled going back to playing with her hair. "Yui are you sure about this?" he asked glacing at her face for a moment. The last thing he wanted was to hurt her but he also has to admit he was dying to taste her, her scent had been driving him crazy since they met. carefully he lowered his head to her neck his mouth a few centimeters from her neck. "I love you Yui." He said and planted a few soft kisses on her neck then bared his fangs sinking them into her neck.

Kaname chuckled softly. While Minori fed from his right hand, he brought his left hand around her shoulders, now touching her left cheek, applying pressure as if guiding her elsewhere. With his own blood dripping from his lips, he cleared his throat while undoing two buttons on his shirt. He smiled. "My wrist probably isn't the most comfortable spot for you." Her hot breath hit the man's neck. "It's okay." He breathed in, smelling blood everywhere. "I can feel your friend regaining her strength. Strangely enough, she might not be able to stop. Senri's a fool at times." He waited for Minori's teeth to pierce his neck. "It's alright. You need your strength. We have much to do when night returns to Cross Academy. People to meet, places to go."


Yui could see only red. Her vision blurred again as she remembered her transformation. Minori, I'm scared. I don't like this vampire. Rido's laughter was resounding in her memory. Then, she was brought out of it by a feeling of bliss as she heard that sucking sound as blood was taken from her. Her left shoulder was numb now. "Thank you, for numbing me before you bit me." Even though her whole left side was numb, she managed to bring her hand up and caress his cheek. "Senri Shiki, I'm not afraid of you. You're one of the kind vampires that I've learned about. I wonder if my parents would be happy to know that their daughter is a Level E vampire rather than a hunter, like them." She giggled. "That wouldn't go well." She stroked the back of his neck in an almost motherly way. "That's alright. Take as much as you need."

With a gasp for air she pulled away as he guided her to his neck now. She stood up on tip toes her her right hand caressing the side of his neck her breathing now ragged. "Kaname, I'm sorry" she murmured letting her head fall against his shoulder. She felt like she was losing control of herself and it scared her. She let out a shakey breath and looked up at him " What do you mean. You don't think Yui would hurt Senri do you?" She asked concerned. She shook her head as he again said it would be ok for her to keep drinking from him. "I don't want to hurt you. I need to stop" She said and burried her face into his chest. She didn't want to let the blood lust control her. She was afraid if she did she would lose herself completely.


Senri closed his eyes as her hot sweet blood filled his mouth. One hand went up to hold her head as the other arm remained wrapped tightly around her waist. He was careful not to take too much stopping just before she could start feeling weak. He had to force himself to pull away " Your blood tastes even sweeter than I imagined it to taste" he said wiping his mouth. "Are you alright I haven't hurt you have I?" He asked after regaining his compsure. He frowned as she talked about her parents and how they would react to what she was now. "I'm so sorry Yui, I never wanted this for you. I wish I could have protected you" He said kissing the top of her head before lifting her up and carrying her to the bed.

He sighed upon feeling Minori's hand stroking him. "I don't need you to feel sorry for me. I should be the one that is sorry, to both of you." He bent down behind Minori's knees to get her completely relaxed as he carried her to the bed. "As I've already told you, if I had bitten you, that pain that you feel right now wouldn't be occurring. That beast wouldn't have the satisfaction of hurting me." Kaname looked at the girl with saddened eyes. "I think that newly created vampires have a hard time adjusting and regulating the blood they take." He explained what the girls were going through. "I'm surprised that you're adjusting so well." He sat with her, rubbing her back as the sun came over the hill. "You should sleep."


Yui ended up blushing as he...complimented her. "That's sweet, I guess." She giggled while messing with his hair. "And, don't worry. You have done more than I could ever ask for. You risked your life a few days ago, all to save me." She kissed him."I want you to know that I love you so much that, even if you hurt me, it would be okay. I would be just fine with it. You need blood and it would hurt even worse to see you using someone else to get it." She laid against him. "You don't have to use anyone else, Senri. Please, tell me you won't." She almost begged. "Even if we go to the Aido villa, please don't leave me."

Minori warpped her arm around him as he picked her up. "Please don't feel bad or beat yourself up about what happened. I don't want you to be sad it's going to be ok" She said nuzzling her face into his neck.Honestly she didn't know how things would turn out and she was terrified but she hated seeing him so sad. "I just don't want to lose myself or hurt any one because of what I am now" She said confessing her fears to him. Looking towards the window she noticed the sun was just beginning to rise it was actually kind of beautiful. "You should sleep too" She said moving to kiss his cheek.


Senri kissed her back as he moved next to her on the bed. "I don't want to hurt you Yui, if I ever do you have to stop me" He said his face hardening at the thought of ever hurting her. " I promise I wont use anyone else and I wont leave you I'll stay by your side no matter what." he said grabbing her hand " We probably should go to the Aido villa.. You and Minori would be safer there Kaname would never suggest it other wise" He said thoughtfully and he looked across the room. "Anyway it's been a long day you should rest now, we'll settle everything tomorrow." He said his attention turning back to her.

 

[Saiyan Princess]

"You needn't worry about me. You have nothing to fear when I am around, Minori." Kaname chuckled. "You've been through a lot." He had no intention of resting just yet. He would wait until she slept, for she could hear someone that she presumed was long gone after rescuing the girls. "Toga Yagari."


The one eyed man chewed a toothpick while walking toward the campus, a note of execution in his hand, for the destruction of the newborn Level Es that caused a threat to Cross Academy. "Strange. I was on the mission to save them, now here I am, ready to carry out their execution."


"You don't have to treat me like some fragile piece of glass that could break at any second." Yui giggled. "I'm still Yui, just without the ability to go out in the sun without an umbrella or sunscreen." Her smile faded and eyes turned red once again as Yagari walked by. "Blood."

Minori nodded "I know but I can't help it" She her voice soft and tired sounding. She layed down next to him her eyelid growing heavy. She hadn't realized how tired she was until now. Despite her efforts to stay awake a few minutes later she was fast asleep.


Senri sighed "I know you're not, I just care about you and it would kill me if anything happened to you" He said bringing her hand up to his lips about to kiss it when he paused sensing the vampire hunters presence. his brow furrowed as he looked at Yui who was losting control over her lust for blood. " Yui listen to me, you have to control yourself" He said moving his hands up to hold her shoulders holding her tight in case she tried to go after the human. If Yagari was still around that could only mean one thing and Senri was not about to let that happen.

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Kaname laid with her, stroking her cheek. "Sleep well. I will be with you when you wake." He shut his eyes with a smile. "So beautiful."


Yui took in slow, deep breaths. "Senri, I'm so sorry. It's hard to control it sometimes." She nuzzled him again. "I won't attack him, but I will see him." She jumped out the open window.


Yagari froze when he spotted the first of two targets. "I'm surprised you are even still alive." He chuckled. "Hold it!" Cross came running.

Minori mumbled something incoherent in her sleep and curled up in to him. It was nice to finally be able to sleep and with him next to her she actually felt safe for once.


"I know, But you have to try" Senri said relaxing as she nuzzled against him. A deep sigh escaped him as he watched her jump out the window going after the man. Soon he was jumping out the window as well going to keep an eye on her and protect her in case things went badly. As Senri came up behind Yui he eyed the vampire hunter. "Yagari, I'd like to say it's a pleasure to see you again, but honestly I can't say it is"

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Kaname felt the presence of his enemy immediately. He didn't like that sickening feeling of a vampire hunter so close to what he held so dearly, the girl in his arms. "Minori, you will sleep now. I must protect the school." He remembered his promise that he would never use the sleep spell again, but this time, it was to increase her safety. Placing a hand over the girl's eyes, he smiled. "Sleep well." He jumped out his own window.


"Yeah, like your face is a pleasure for my eyes, Shiki." Yagari chewed his pick for a while longer. "It's funny how I can so easily locate you, but your family remains unattainable." Cross heard this. "Toga, stop this! He's not hurting anyone!" Yui nodded in agreement. "Stop it! You're blaming him for something that he had nothing to do with! We don't know where the target is!"

Minori slept soundly falling into a deep sleep she began to dream. In her dream She was dancing with Kaname, just as they had the night they met, except this time the ballroom was empty. Music played and they floated along together, talking and laughing. Then Kaname leaned closer to kiss her, his lips inching closer to hers, but never touching hers. Before their lips could meet he let out a groan falling against he sliding to the floor, leaving a trial of blood down her dress. She cried as she dropped to her knees beside him, with Rido was standing abovet them laughing a maniacal laugh. "You can't save him" He said before swooping down and grabing her his fingers digging into her skin.In the next instant he was sinking his fangs deep into her neck.


Just as his fangs peirced her neck Minori woke up with a blood wrenching scream. She quickly sat up clutching her neck that now ached terribly where Rido had bitten her. Her body shook with sobs as she looked around the room frantically. "Kaname!?" She said desprately through her sobs when she realized she was alone.


Senri did not say anything. He only stared at the hunter keeping a defensive position, one hand going out to hold Yui's. "Well if it's my father you want, thne go right ahead, Just let me get a blow in before he's dead" He said striaghtfaced unintimidated by him. "But I must say, you aren't much of a vampire hunter if you thought you would find him here" He added his gaw clenching.

 

[Saiyan Princess]

"The funny thing is, I'm not actually carrying out an order for Rido's execution right now." Yagari chuckled, his one eye flashing to Yui. "In a way, the bas**** showed mercy by allowing you to live, and, in another, he was not as much merciful as he was murderous." He started loading his gun, until the headmaster stopped him. "I will not allow this! My students are perfectly peaceful and if you don't believe me, then fine! I'm working with Kaname Kuran on providing peaceful living for them both. Give us time, like we showed Senator Ichijo." His voice was strangely gruff. "Fine. I'll give you time to show me that these newborns are under control." Yagari concluded, staring at Yui. "Good luck. She will need it." Kaname heard Minori yell and his eyes were red in an instant as he climbed the wall and onto the balcony to get to the girl. "What happened, Minori?"

Senri's eyes narrowed as Yagari revealed his true intentions. He had known them all along, but he thought maybe they would be able to settle things peacfully. Seeing him pull out his gun, he knew that was not the case. In an instant he was standing infront of Yui ready to protect her from harm. "Neither of them will be a threat now I suggest you leave" He almost growled as he kept hos deffensive stance. As long as he lived he would protect Yui no matter what she became he swore it.


Minori continued crying getting more and more worked up the longer she was alone. Seeing Kaname finally appear at the window she tried to calm herself down. "I-I-I ...had a dream...You were d-oh god" She said through sobs not being able to get the words out. She could still see his lifeless body in her head and the blood on her dress. She looked down at herseld half expecting to still see the blood. "A-and ..Rido... he -he... ugh my neck hurts" She whimpered the dream kept replaying in her head driving her crazy.

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Cross held Yagari's arm. "Touga, don't do anything! Especially while you're risking the safety of everyone here!" Even then, the hunter was strapping his gun back over his shoulder. "Good luck, Yui." He sneered at the frightened girl. Her expression then turned serious. "I want to see Minori. She's my best friend and I haven't seen her in a while." Yui was having an easier time blocking Rido than Minori was, perhaps because she was bitten first. "Please, take me to her, Senri." Her eyes twinkled while looking toward the brunette.


Kaname knew that they would have to go through this sooner or later. "I'm certainly able to take Rido down myself. I'm fine, as you can clearly see right now." He pulled Minori closer, letting her hair travel over his hands. "Please rest. I will stay this time. You must be strong for Yui. She looks up to you, my dear." Kaname laid against the chair now, smiling. "I don't think it right that we separate the two of you."

Senri get Yagari one last glare before turning away taking Yui's hand and leading her back into the dorm. "Don't listen to him" He told her not wanting Yagari's words to scare her. He would make sure she was okay he would do everything in his power to make sure of it. Hearing she wanted to see her friend he gave an understanding nod and led her up towards Kaname's room. "I'm sorry I've been stealing you away from her, it's selfish of me to want to keep you all to myself." he admitted as they neared the door. Before knocking to announce their presence he turned to face her "I'll give you two time alone. If you need me I'll be in my room." He said and kissed her forehead giving her a smile before walking away down the hall to his room.


Minori burried her face into his shoulder clinging on to him as she continued to shake still clearly frightened by her dream. "I thought you died.. when you weren't here when I woke up, I though Rido had come and actually hurt you" She said her voice cracking as she spoke. She sniffled calming a bit as he played with her hair. Hearing the knock on the door she lifted her head and tried to wipe her tears away before whoever it was came in.
