A Day in the Life of a Pokemon Trainer [Inactive]

Tammy Snappit had set up her equipment on the side of a route with a beautiful waterfall. Her smeargle had its artbook open, and was painting merrily away with its tail. Horsea was relaxing in the water, and Teddiursa was eating honey while posing for the camera Tammy held in her hands, snapping at every good opportunity.

Her loose blonde pigtails were blowing in the gentle wind while her brown eyes stayed glued to the camera. She was wearing a light blue tanktop. A grey hoodie hung loosely around her hips, and underneath she wore khaki capris. She had a bright pink totebag and three pokeballs at her waist.

Since she was close to the path, other trainers had passed her by, but most didn't stop to say hello because she was so entranced with her photography.

Ava (Who was wearing a dark blue jacket, grey undershirt, lose blue jeans, and sky blue converse, her long, dark brown hair tugging in the wind) (Her pokeballs in her navy blue bag) noticed that Tammy was taking photographs, walked over to Tammy.

Tammy didn't notice her right away. She went over and pet her Teddiursa who let out a happy cry of "Ursa". She looked up and spotted the girl walking towards her.

"Hi there!" She called out. She started putting her jacket back on as she spoke.

"Why thank you," Tammy replied, "They're my best models, by far."

The Smeargle held up its artwork. It was all made with green paint. It vaguely looked like a waterfall with a Horsea-shaped blob at the bottom of it. It made up for its ineptitude at painting with enthusiasm as it ran over and handed it to Ava.

"Your welcone," Ava replied.

Ava looked at the painting and kneeled down so she was at eye length of Smeargle and she smiled,"This is a great painting Smeargle."

"Gle, gle, gle," Smeargle giggled, looking quite proud of itself.

"My Pokemon and I were about to unpack for lunch. Did you want to join us? I'm Tammy by the way." Tammy said.

"Yes I would like to join you and your pokemon for lunch," Ava replied,"I am Ava. Tammy, is it okay if my pokemon join us as well?"

"Of course!" Tammy said. She pulled some Pokemon treats, a thin blanket, and a sandwich out of her bag. (I'm just going to assume Pokemon bag physics are in effect because otherwise this would make no sense, hahaha.)

Ava took out her pokemon's pokeballs and said,"Come on out now."

Turtwig, Riachu, Lapras (appeared in the water), and Charizard appeared out of their pokeballs.

Tammy looked very impressed with the Pokemon Ava released from the Pokeballs. "Looks like we're going to need more than some small treats to feed this group..."

Tammy's Pokemon went to say hello. Teddiursa was very bold and energetic, and offered its new friends some of its honey. Smeargle was a little more hesitant, but came to say hello as well. It offered in its own language to paint things on the other Pokemon. Horsea, being water bound, greeted the gigantic Lapras by the falls.

"I have some food for my pokemon, dont worry," Ava replied as she took out the pokemon food from her bag,"It looks like our pokemon are getting along."

"I am just wondering around now," Ava replied,"I have all the badges and I defeated the Champion a few years ago. But then my brother disappeared so I am trying to find him but I dont know where he would be now."

Tammy looked shocked. "The champion? Wow, that's amazing! I only have a few badges... Battling isn't really my forte."

She put down the blanket and the food. Tammy sat down cross-legged. "I'm travelling too. I send my photos into magazines and newspapers, along with a blog I have online. Not really sure where I'm going, but I'm sure I'll get there eventually."

Tammy smiled. "That would be nice. No promises, though! I am honestly terrible at it."

Tammy's Pokemon waddled over to the food bowls and started eating their share. Even though the Teddiursa had just eaten honey, it ate like it was ravenous.

A few seconds after Tammy's pokemon started to eat, Ava's pokemon started to eat as well.
"Its okay dont worry," Ava replied

"If you say so." Tammy shrugged, and took a bite of her sandwich. When she was done chewing, she said, "You know, if you wanted to I could take some pictures of you and your Pokemon in exchange."

Tammy nodded. "It's a deal then. If you help me learn to battle I'll take some professional photos of you and your team!"

The group of Pokemon and the two girls were easily noticeable from the nearby path.

'Map, check! Potions, check! Both Pokeballs.. Check!'

The female went over the list in her mind as if it were a mantra. The girl's name was Cyan McClark, and today was the day she would finally begin the journey that she had postponed for the last four years. Clutching to her bag tightly, Cyan left the comforts of her home and entered the world of the unknown - the Pokemon World. A place she had only pondered about at nice every once in a blue moon. Despite what she believed herself to be capable of, here she was, getting ready to head out on her own.

Though, where was here, exactly? Before Cyan could make the effort to pull out her map, her eyes fell upon two girls and their Pokemon. Now the trainer was usually a rather social being, but being placed in a situation she wasn't used to made every once of her charm dissolve from her body the moment she walked over to them. Her Pumpkaboo floated next to her silently.

"Hello there!" Cyan greeted. "Hope I'm not intruding or anything."

"Hi there! No, not at all!" Tammy said. Her Teddiursa waved at the newcomer with a cute cry. "Come on over if you like."

Tammy looked back to Ava. "Maybe in a bit. We're still eating after all."
