Baltimore City Hall --
This will be where the lesser government action will take place. Evos who break government laws set in place will be executed here, though not publicly. A miniature court hearing in a power-proofed room will be recorded so that the rest of the country knows that laws are being followed. There is an underground portion of the City Hall, built to hold people with powers until they are executed. The holding period is a maximum of 48 hours. There are 15 rooms, all designed to negate any powers.
Primatech --

Though Primatech was originally in Odessa, Texas, the government learned of the company and had it moved to Baltimore where it could be properly monitored by the government in DC. The two surviving founders of Primatech did not move with it. There is one man in charge, who they call ‘The Founder’. However, he still works under the President. Under The Founder are a man and a woman who are in charge of the flow of missions, and under them are two more men and two more women, in charge of prisoner flow and containment. There are many employees of Primatech. Many agents, both Evos and humans that work together.
The first two levels of Primatech are offices and the normal business. The second two floors above that are optional living spaces for Evos who work for Primatech. They are allowed to stay as long as they don’t destroy anything. There are five levels below the ground level, which leads to categorizing the Evos. The first level is the weaker Evos, or Evos who pose the least amount of threat. It’s unlikely for Evos to be there. The last level is the more powerful Evos, or Evos who post the most amount of threat. The fifth and fourth level are high security levels, and no Evos are allowed down there.
The Baltimore Mansion --
This is the origin of the third faction the retaliates against the government and Primatech. No one knows what goes on in the mansion, only that the owner is a widow who works for the government in some way. There are many people who live in the mansion, though they are mostly Evos, hiding from being found out. The humans pose a high amount of significance within the government and surrounding world in Baltimore and Washington DC.
The first and second level is split into two wings. The east wing is directly like the west. Each wing has a living room in the center, a kitchen to the right, a large dining room to the left, a game room, a computer room that has 20 of the latest Mac desktops, a garage on the far side that holds 20 cars each, and an indoor pool (40x65). In the back of the mansion, spanning through both of the wings is the Mansion’s library. It holds the largest amount of books, next to the Baltimore Public Library. The second level has most of the rooms. Each wing has 20 bedrooms, each one with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower/bath. The third level has 10 rooms, though those are reserved for guests only, as they are considerably larger and aren’t split into wings. The fourth level has a lot of technical stuff. There is a large room for an IT lab, where a Technomancer hangs out. Another room leads up to the roof where there is a heli-pad. The mansion accommodates one helicopter.
Patterson Park, Baltimore --
Since Evos have come out of the proverbial closet, many main parks in large cities have become the hub of Evo activity. Homeless Evos especially, so they can show off their powers in creative ways to hopefully earn a quick buck to get their next meal. Patterson Park is the main park of Baltimore. Many guards wander the park throughout the day and night, making sure nothing goes too far and no one gets hurt. There are several instances in which Evos are discriminated against, and are sometimes apprehended despite their rather peaceful approach to using their powers.
Patterson Park has also become a hub for entrepreneurs, too. Where there are Evos, there is revenue. Lots of people wander to Patterson Park just to watch the Evos show off their powers - almost in a zoological sort of way.
The Prince, Main Street, Baltimore MD

The Prince is a bar located on the main street of Baltimore. It's open 24 hours, though its prime hours are from 9PM to 5AM. It's an adult-only bar, available only to those 21 years of age or older. It's said to be the best bar in the city, and rightly so. However, it's only open to Evos. Normal humans mysteriously 'turn away' from the bar. This is because the owner, Simon Nedfelt, is an Evo himself. His power is a Mind Shield, which means he can shield his mind from anything, as well as shield others' minds. He found out he could expand this ability to more than just himself, and so he keeps a mind shield around the bar permanently. Normal humans look at the bar and see a distasteful building, and their thoughts turn sour. But it's normal for Evos. Simon Nedfelt lives in the upper area of the bar, and doesn't mind the loud music or the smell of alcohol.
Behind the bar, on the left side (where the picture is cut off), there are more tables for people to sit at and talk and drink and laugh and have fun, and even further behind the tables are pool tables. And beyond that are TVs where popular news plays, as well as sports and sometimes entertainment channels. On the far side, on the side furthest to what the picture shows is a lounging area. Several couches around large, sturdy tables and little areas here and there for people to stand and chat. Quite a good atmosphere, really.
White House, Washington DC --
Because Washington DC is only a little over half an hour away, it gives the military easy access to surveillance of the largest city in Maryland. It’s the hub of all issues having to do with Evo and human interaction, Evo laws, and Evo containment. All issues talked about in DC trickle immediately to Baltimore City Hall where the Evo population in one city is the largest.
Also in Washington DC is the beginning of an insurance company that offers insurance to humans against Evos. They offer auto, home, and life insurance. Should an Evo affect any of those three, the human is fully covered. The insurance company is called Supernatural Insurance, but the coverage is slightly pricey.
