"My friend... the Lucario you see now, was transformed by an A.I.R, and she was able to locate others, we had no idea who you were but we need more of those things because our friends, her brothers are very close to dying." She said, hoping they would be compassionate enough, though she hadn't completely dropped her guard.

 

[JessieSune]

"I see. Well, that's quite a story...but I can't just give you the A.I.R.S. because they're very expensive to make. Your Lucario robot is a very high tech experiment, you see. And it's very new tech we're still learning about so we can use it."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle sighed... she didn't want to steal it from them... they were a lot more pleasant than she had expected. "Well that didn't work..... are there any other A.I.Rs that are next to eachother?" She asked Liese. "Oh.. and if you want to say something to the humans don't let me stop you."

 

[JessieSune]

"Well, right now, no. We haven't made more yet. But...what if we made a deal? If I give you what you're looking for, you go ahead and heal your friends, but then you come back here with your robot and I get to keep you both. Does that seem fair?"

Liese remains anxiously silent.

"Wait... you can here me?" She asked, the human could understand pokemon?

 

[JessieSune]

"I learn quickly," the woman smiles. "You just taught me your language through telepathy. What do you think of my offer?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle was taken aback by this but kept her composure. "I'm sorry but I cannot do that, were I any other ninetails I might agree to your deal, provide my friend was ok with it, but I cannot sell myself to you." Danielle said bowing. Aww crap now I cant plan with Liese privately.

 

[JessieSune]

"Any other Ninetales? Well, I wasn't thinking of it as a sale...more of a trade, but if you decline I understand. I hope your friends are able to recover."

Liese's display turns blue but she does not reply.

"Let me know if you change your mind."

Danielle noticed the change in Lieses display and immediately felt bad for it.... but she had to protect the forest... "L....let me discuss it with my friend." She said nervously.

 

[JessieSune]

"Alright. The exit is that way. Come back inside if you have anything to tell me."

She turns and everyone else goes about their business.

Once they were in private she turned to her friend. "You haven't talked yet, you go first." She said, feeling bad for the Robo-lucario.

 

[JessieSune]

"It's a no win scenario," replies Liese. "My brothers must die."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"No...…" Her heart was screaming at her, she couldn't just let them die... but she couldn't abandon the forest either.. "But.... I have to do it" She said simply.

 

[JessieSune]

"It's not logical. Your role is not to save them, it is to guard Akira, as my role is to guard you. The human's trade offer is unacceptable."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Well... Akira can choose who her guardian is any time she wants.....and with three new lucarios to help them.... the forest will be safer than ever." Danielle said, hope in her voice.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"And if you have your emotional inhibiter on then this is the time to switch it off"

 

[JessieSune]

"I...can't ask you to do that. You'll surrender your freedom and lifestyle and role. We...I...I can't ask you to make that sacrifice...it's not right. The humans are being cruel! I'm going in there and stomping them and taking the A.I.R.S. myself!"

Her LEDs blaze red.

"Woah... wait Liese, don't do anything rash... I had already thought of that, but one, The female was smart, they can probably just turn you off, and i'm not sure wheter or not they're prepared for me, I wouldn't be shocked if they had something to prevent my powers from working. Two: I cant condone killing humans, they haven't proven to have done anything wrong, which is also why we cant just steal it either, for all we know if we steal them then that ruins them." She said with only a slight air of authority

"I know you're angry and frustrated, but I think it's for the best... its not just my job to protect Aira, it's my job to protect the forest and it's inhabitants.. and if that means being a lab rat im fine with it, especially if I still get to be with a friend" She said warmly.

 

[JessieSune]

Liese's LEDs turn grey.

"B-but...it's not fair...and...and what if they do something cruel to you? What if they're horrible like the humans who got Balaa and Lucas killed? I...I'm scared."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle walked up to her friend, nuzzling against her and licking her. "I know it's frightening believe me I know what it feels like to be scared, but we're together and as long as we got eachothers backs we'll be ok." She said smiling and preesing her weight against her friend. "But I can only do this if you say yes, so if you say no then i''ll go right back in there and tell them no and we can leave."

 

[JessieSune]

"I...I am in your service," says Liese slowly. "I will follow you no matter what you decide. I know you will do what's best."

"Thank you my friend... but im afraid I need more than that, I wont sell my friend unless I know you're completely willing to do this, to say you're ready for this." Danielle said, almost motherly.

 

[JessieSune]

"Then...fine. I-- I accept..." she looks down, her LEDs flashing green. "I'm sorry."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Don't be... I've made mistakes 10 times worse than you getting a little angry." She said smirking. "C'mon let's go." Danielle said turning around , but staying incredibly close to her friend, letting her know she would be there.

They reenter the building, only to see the woman from earlier.
