Lilac nods, then lets out a slight gasp as Danielle's power begins to flow through. She closes her eyes and waits, a quiet smile on her face.

Danielle's eyes began to glow, her power channeling through her into Lilac, altering her mind, regressing her age only by a little, still young enough to be dependent. Memories of being adopted into their family as a young growlith and growing up with them, filling all three of their minds, though Danielle and Cass could sense they were false. Finally a love for them and doting on her younger brother were made and she was finished, pulling away from the arcanine.

The newly reformed Pokemon looks up with big bright eyes. "Mommy? Why are you sad?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Don't worry about that sweetheart, im just glad to have you here." She said nuzzling her daughter.

 

[JessieSune]

"Where are Daddy and Peter?" She sniffs around a bit. "Did they go somewhere while I slept?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Daddy is sleeping right now, as for Peter, he and Malea and everyone else are in daddies pocket world, remember?" She said, another spark passing between them with information about the rest of the pokemon.

 

[JessieSune]

"Oh, yeah..." She nods slowly. "I wish I could help you be happy, Mommy. I'm sorry."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"There's no need little one" She said "Having you here brightens my mood tenfold." I regressed her mind a bit more than I meant...

 

[JessieSune]

"Does this mean we'll live in the forest again?"

She pauses.

"Is Simon ever coming back?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"...I'm afraid not Lilac." She said, dropping her head, but still looking her in the eye. "As for the first question the answer is yes... im finished with the world of humans and I think the rest would say the same.

 

[JessieSune]

Lilac whimpers. "He'd promised me he'd take me dancing when he evolved. I wish I'd been faster to claim it. Yeah...I don't want to see humans anymore. They're all terrible. And the one good one..." She trails off.

"I'll be brave. For Peter."

"That's my girl, always so brave." She said licking her off. "I wish you could know how proud I am of you."

 

[JessieSune]

"I do, Mommy. You tell me everyday. Plus you're psychic, so I don't really have to guess."

She nuzzles her mother.

"What do we do now?"

"Well, personally im beat, I think i'll rest with your father, wait for everyone else to come out of his little world, my powers have been spent recently."

 

[JessieSune]

"You deserve rest. I'll stand guard and then...then we can all go home."

She walks a few feet and turns her head so Danielle won't see her tears.

She chuckled softly and sat down when she felt something.."My dear... there is no need to hide your tears, im psychic remember?" She said before once again getting up to walk to her daughter and lying next to her. "We all have them, I've cried more than I can count and im not ashamed of it, your father 100 times more than me, being brave doesn't mean showing no pain."

Lilac nods. "I just...I hoped...yes, Mommy. You're right. I'll cry...just a little. Please rest. I'll keep us safe."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Alright." She said. "But you know you can always come to me right?" She asked, already feeling quite attached to the new addition.

 

[JessieSune]

"Yes, Mommy. I've never been afraid to talk to you. Sleep well. Thank you."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"You're welcome honey." She said before shutting her eyes and dozing quickly.

Lilac remains alert, turning periodically to see and hear and smell her surroundings. No danger presents itself, however. All is quiet.

"Well...I think we're through the worst of it..."

Danielle slept well, and her face appeared peaceful, as her subconscious found Cass's in their sleep. "So what do you think dearest?"
