"I couldn't be bored with you!" She said nuzzling into her side, slightly worried that she had said something bad. "Your to good of a trainer!"

"You're a very kind Pokemon to say so, considering how new I am at it. Say, are you gonna visit your family later this evening? You could bring one of them back besides just Liese's brother if you like!"

"Sure! If they want to come, that would be really cool."Danielle said, happy to see her friends.

 

[JessieSune]

"Alright. Liese, take the rest of the day off. Danielle, let's go try to get a little more done, and then I'll send you back, okay?"

"Ok!" She said before pausing. "Though... didn't you say that they cant come here?"

 

[JessieSune]

"I did. But they can visit my house if they want to."

So saying, she gestures back to the other lab.

"I'm working on a softener compound. I'm going to add it to your treatment tomorrow!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

Her tails started to wag, Shelby was excited and it carried over. She cocked her head though. " Softener compound?"

 

[JessieSune]

"Yup. If it works, it'll make your body more like a liquid, which will allow for even more flexibility. But I want to test and refine it more before I put you through it."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Sounds cool!" She said happily smiling up at her trainer.

 

[JessieSune]

"You're such a cheerleader. Come on, then."

The next lab has beakers and liquids aplenty.

"Did you know Ninetales are said to live for an entire millennium?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

She chuckled softly at this. "That's a tiny bit of an exaggeration, though we live much longer than most." Danielle said knowingly. "I think the average is about half of that."

 

[JessieSune]

She begins mixing compounds that smell sweet and look funny. Her voice quiets.

"How old was Balaa?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle lowered her head just a little. "I'm not sure, I was adopted so I wasn't able to count years with her, I would assume around 250 because she had many mates, but I don't know."

 

[JessieSune]

"So she was still a young lady by your standards. Is that how she managed to keep existing?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Im not sure about that either, ive never heard of that happening before, she said it was because of our strong connection."

 

[JessieSune]

"I wonder....if I could create a Ninetales body for her now..."

 

[AmethystRoze]

At this Danielles ears perked. "Create a new body? That sounds really advanced..." She said, though hope had started to fill her.

 

[JessieSune]

"I'd basically be cloning you and trying to upload Balaa into the new Ninetales. I'd have to get a sample from somewhere though."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle quickly sprung. "Can you take something from me? I'd be more than happy to provide anything."

 

[JessieSune]

"Well, yes, but I need to do a lot of math. I don't know how big the sample is, for one thing. It could be a few things off fur, but it might be a whole tail. I don't know yet."

 

[AmethystRoze]

She settled down some at this. "Is there any way I could help?"

 

[JessieSune]

"Not unless you can calculate cellular regeneration ratio for clones."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Her head drooped a little again, before raising, "would Liese's be able to help?
