"Im fine, thanks" She said politely.

Shelby pats Danielle's head. "Are you alright? You look a little sad. Did I hurt you?"

Her eyes are all concern.

"Yeah im good!" She said, smile widening and her tails starting too wag.

 

[JessieSune]

"You sure? You looked down."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Yeah im fine!" She said nuzzling and walking around Shelby.

 

[JessieSune]

Shelby looks relieved. "Let's go check on Liese then."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok" She said cocking her head and smiling.

 

[JessieSune]

The two proceed to the next lab over where Liese is working.

"Um...okay...," is all Shelby says.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Liese?" Danielle asked, her eyebrows raising playfully.

 

[JessieSune]

"Admins recognized. Stop manufacturing cycle?" Liese keeps her monotone.

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle just looks at Shelby, not sure how to procede.

 

[JessieSune]

Shelby nods. "Affirmative. End cycle, then report."

The machine that Liese has shaped itself into finishes whirring and dispenses another set of bottles with Super Potion inside, then slowly reshapes itself until eventually Liese is a recognizable robot Lucario once more.

"532 successful batches complete and stored."

The lab is practically filled with Super Potions.

"Good work, Liese! You're quite industrious!"

"That is my programming, and complying is my duty."

"Wow..." Shelby almost mumbles.

"You're so cool! Is that more than expected Shelby?" Danielle asked, Shelby looked rather shaken

 

[JessieSune]

"Well, I asked her to create a potion, and she instead turned herself into a manufacturing machine and made over 500! It's far more than I expected...I'm beginning to think I'm not even challenging your abilities, Liese!"

"My siblings are capable of remotely hijacking your brain and controlling your body," replies Liese. "Making potions isn't exactly hard."

The human laughs a bit nervously. "Well, um...maybe you'd like to take a break?"

Liese nods. "I am ready to do as requested."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"What are you gonna have her do?" She asked, nuzzling her trainer. "Isn't she the best?!" She asked after, proud of her friend.

 

[JessieSune]

"Well...I'm not sure..." says Shelby. "To be honest, I'm beginning to think I haven't been utilizing her all that well if she can do all this...and she's right...technically she's got a superior mind too. It's a wonder she listens to me at all..."

"I have you set as an administrator and am duty bound to you."

"I see. Well...um...just...go ahead and relax a bit."

"Understood," says Liese. So saying, she sits down on the floor and stares straight ahead with light blue LEDs in a "--" shape.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Wow... what do you think she could do with all that power?" Danielle asked, she didn't understand much about technology but Shelby seemed really impressed... and even a little over whelmed. "You seem stressed..."

 

[JessieSune]

"Well...you see," Shelby begins uncertainly, "The A.I.R.S. system was designed to help boost a Pokemon's power and heal it if it were going to die, as well as create obedient service bots that could still have personalities. But Liese and her brothers prove the technology can do much more -- I shudder to think what they could be made to do to another person or Pokemon -- but I don't know what I can do about it without dismantling them...and I can't do that either."

She reaches down and scratches Danielle nervously.

"I'm afraid my team and I have created a potential liability for our world."

Danielle licked Shelby's hand, frowning just a little.It's gonna be fine, you know what to do..

 

[JessieSune]

Shelby's furrowed brow relaxes. "I guess I'm overreacting. A Pokemon is a Pokemon, even if it becomes a robot. As long as we treat them with kindness we'll still be in a world where people and Pokemon get along. That said, I have a question for you, Danielle. What can you tell me about Akira? I'm rather tired and would like to hear a story before we get back to work."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Well.. Akira wasn't always the way she was actually just a little plush just a little while ago." Danielle said, giggling a little.

 

[JessieSune]

"A plush? How was a Pokemon a plush? I'm confused," admits Danielle.
