"Please remain calm and put on your emergency parachutes found underneath your seat." The announcer's voice rung through the plane. Chaos was everywhere. Babies were crying, people were running around and hurting others, and many were on their knees praying that they would live. The air plane was on fire and would crash into the west coast of Canada.

A young woman sat in her seat, watching the disorder around her. With a bright smile on her face, the woman waited patiently for her death.

"...Any second now..." She muttered to herself, shutting off her phone and closed her eyes, awaiting her death. The parachutes had been destroyed, and no one was able to get off the plane. Obviously, the woman didn't want to die so soon in her life, but, she wanted to be calm when her life ended, not running around like chickens.

BREAKING NEWS! PLANE CRASHES INTO THE WEST COAST OF CANADA! NO SURVIVORS WERE FOUND!

Lena's eyes snapped open, her breaths were heavy and laboured. Sitting up, Lena wiped a cold sweat from her brow and glanced around her.

Darkness.

All she could see was darkness. Low whispers sounded in her ears, haunting her mind. Scared out of her belief, Lena got up and began to run around the darkness, only to find nothing, just the quiet whispers in her head.

Spotting a small light in the distance, Lena approached it warily. It said, "Welcome to Limbo!" That was when Ms. Lena Lee knew she had died.

A young man awoke with a start to the feeling of his body falling, and quickly sat up to reassure himself it was only a dream. A bit dizzy, he observed his surroundings, spotting a small light in the distance. He hoped it was some way out of the blinding darkness he was currently in; not that he would admit to being afraid of the dark, that is. He sat and thought hard to himself, trying to come up with an explanation of what happened. To be honest, however, he couldn't remember a single thing from before he 'fell asleep'. This was a problem, as he couldn't even remember his own name. Searching to find some means of identification, he noticed silver dog tags hanging from his neck. He had a hard time grabbing them in this pitch black place, but used a tiny flashlight he found in his pocket to try and read it. This proved ineffective, as the darkness quickly concealed the small light the flashlight had to offer, and he was barely able to make out:

Before he could question anything, he heard a loud voice ringing in his ears, "Welcome to Limbo!" Ace knew something was wrong. "Very wrong," he finished his thoughts out loud as he ran towards the light, dog tags in hand.

Xiana jolted awake gasping for breath and holding her throat. She looked around to see she was surrounded in darkness. She quickly get's to her feet, wobbling a bit as she does. She feels drops of water drip onto her shoulders and soak her shirt. She touches her hair and realizes it's drenched. But why...? "Welcome to Limbo!" she heard a voice say and she quickly turned around in all directions looking anxiously to find where it came from. She catches sight of a small light and without hesitation hurries over to it to escape the darkness. "Just where the hell am I..." she says to herself as she makes her way over to the light.

Enzo felt his chest tighten as his lungs gasped and choke for air, water was like a prison around him except there were no bars not even walls to dig your nails into, nothing but wet, wet, cold, unforgiving death. Enzo snapped open his eyes failing on the ground the scream he had been screaming underwater erupted from his lungs like a trapped air bubble. As he failed his arms and legs hit solid, wait....solid floor? Ground? What?. Enzo puased, his scream along gone now, he sat up one hand pressed against the floor the other gripping his left knee. He panted and looked around at nothing....blackness, a void...was it? Had he even opened his eyes? Slowly, the hand went up from his knee to his face and it cuffed over an eye, his lashes brushed agaist the palm as he blinked. Yes, his eyes were open, so than....that did not answer much. Letting his hand join the other on the floor, Enzo sat motionless, trying to gather what had happened, it was no use, just tiring, a fuzz, refusing to clear at the moment.

Pushing off the floor he stood, he could not see his own hands as he brushed himself free of dirt or whatever may have been on the floor. Enzo waved his hands around only feeling air, nothing to grip on, or run into so far....slowly with great caution, he took a baby step foward arms stretched out in front of him he continued this way for what seened like hours. Enzo even took a pause to lay back down and try to go back to sleep so he could wake up from this hellish dream he was in, with no luck, and a scrowl he ventured on.

Finally he saw a small light and halted. A small light at the end of a dark tunnel? Dont go towards the light? Where had he heard these expression? Enzo let out a flustered grunt, why was he remembering this nonsense and not anything else??! Moving a bit more quickly the light grew with each passing step. Sheilding his eyes now with a slow hiss, he winced, squinted, and wiped wetness from around his eyes before they adjusted, once he could see properly he saw, Welcome to Limbo! Enzo just stared mouthed agaped before shutting it, a crease of confusion lining his forehead as he stared, reading it again and again finally with a hoarse dignified tone, he spoke,

"What? But I hate this game..."

(Haha, you know the game limbo? :P Also can they see each other since they are at the light?)

Lena's dull blue eyes bore into the sign, not believing what she was seeing. "Lim...bo..?" Lena pondered at the sign that looked like to was pulled straight out of a Las Vegas casino. Lena walked towards the sign, her black heels clicking as it hit the unseen ground.

Looking up at the colourful sign, a frown graced Lena's lips. "...Sounds familiar..." Lena tried hard to recall where she had read the word Limbo. The whispers of the souls around her hissed deadly secrets to Lena, only to fall on deaf ears.

Lena furrowed her brows together when she remembered what Limbo was. "It's the first circle of Hell." Lena glanced around, a little worried that something would jump out of the darkness and devour her. Lena gulped, and hesitantly began walking around the bright sign, hoping that someone was there, that she wouldn't be trapped here for all eternity, with only the whispers of the lost souls to listen to.

--

(lol I'm pretty good at limbo. And yes, they can see each other because of the bright light the sign gives off. I'm waiting for everyone to reply first before I throw them into Iskelan :D )

Enzo racked a hand through his light blue hair letting out another sound of displeasure, he kicked at nothing but was finally able to see his brown loafer, and his tanned slacks, he had on a pale white shirt and a brown vest. He inhaled a breath through his nose, eyes glaring now he stared at the sign minutes passed or hours? Agh!

"Well!!?!??" He thundered at the sign failing his arms a bit as he bent towards the sign before coughing and stand straight folding his arms lightly along his chest, light purple orbs moved from side to side before he sighed out of relief and huffed out of annoyance. Great just fabulous, I hope mother and father are pleased! Having a cocktail party ohhhh just forget it! Enzo stared at the sign, no game was happening none at all.....Enzo jumped a bit as he heard the soft click of shoes, turning each way he could not locate the sound, it echoed, Enzo felt a fear edge unwantedly in him, he had nothing no weapon, just air....yeah like he was supposed to fling air around whoosh....tch! Backing up a bit, Enzo gritted his teeth before taking off his right loafer, in a less hoarse try to be brave voice he spoke out,

"Who goes there? You may think I am unarmed but ha! Wrong I have an item so halt!" Holding the "weapon" his shoulders tensed as sweat started to bead on his brow, "I...I don't want to play your silly game!"

(Hehe, cool i can mange with Limbo! xD and that makes sense! Enzo was speaking about Lena ^.^)

Lena's head snapped towards the voice. She stopped walking around the sign and glanced around warily. The Welcome to Limbo sign was the only source of light in this dark abyss, Lena's eyes finally landed on a dark figure.

Freezing in shock, Lena only stared at the figure. After a few moments, Lena regained her composure and slowly approached the figure. The clicks of her heels echoed throughout the nothingness. Lena gulped before answering back to the voice, "Wh-what game...?" Lena's voice projected across the distance between the shadow of the person and herself.

Lena began to tread slowly towards the dark figure. "Who are you...?" Lena came closer to the person as she started to make out some of his features. Yes, it was a guy with.....blue hair? Lena approached the man, speeding up her steps a little bit.

Beep..Beep..... Beep......The small sounds were growing even farther apart. Xavier couldn't feel anything, he could barely make out the sight of pale skin and a white room. Doctors flooded the room and there was a lot of yelling. Was that a needle? His senses were numbing and his brain was shutting down. He put his hand to his face and saw water. 'Are those tears? Why am I bleeding?' The crimson liquid ran down his arm, glass shards embedded in his skin. His eye lids began to close and his body felt heavier. Where was he? As he sunk further into the darkness, he could see the outline of a solitary figure. "Who...are...you?" Everything became silent and light no longer remained. Beeeeep.

Xavier woke up and sat up straight. 'What was that?' He ha felt like a vision of some sort. He put a hand to his face and retracted when he felt a familiar wetness on his fingers. 'Tears?' He looked around and saw nothing but a black void. 'Where am I?' He managed to stand up, albeit a bit wobbly. He walked forward and eventually caught sight of a speck of light. He continued to walk forward and the light grew bigger. He kept his hand in front of his visible eye, while the other remained hidden behind his dark blue hair. As he got closer, he was able to inspect himself more thoroughly. He was wearing a winter coat, hood still on his head. He continued walking and was met with a large blindingly bright sign. 'Limbo?' He didn't know why, but the only thing that came to his mind in his barely conscious state, was a skull. His expression grew somber at the image. He wasn't a fool and he could read the signs, even the shining one right in front of him. 'I'm dead...'

"I said don't touch the ears. Not grab them and yank them all you want," Cloize said, glaring at the small children who stood before him, who were still giggling at the rabbit-eared man's temper. Not that he was very manly. With his rather femininely thin face and body, Cloize could easily make do as a girl or a child. Cloize continued lecturing the kids when all of a sudden he felt his hat being removed from the top of his head. "H-hey!" Cloize yelled, as the kid ran away from him, followed by his friends and Cloize chasing after them.

"No. No. No. No. No!" Annie yelled suddenly. The laughter of the crowd that stood before her grew silently surprised by her outburst. "I hate you all!" Annie turned away from them, including the boy who was still trying to stand up for her. "Hear that? Your girlfriend even hates you. How selfish! Not surprising though, you aren't the only one she has," The group continues, laughing and Anne runs away, as the sound fades more and more per step. She ran towards the stairs, going up and up and up to the seventh floor.

She couldn't handle this anymore. Her scarf blows in the wind caused by the draft that came when she opened the window. She looked down and kicked the screen off sliding herself onto the open window as she let her legs dangle. "Annie, No!" She hears her one friend cry out. She turns her head and looks at him, tears beginning to well up in her eyes. "Annie, there are other solutions to this. Don't jump, please. I can help you through this." Annie shakes her head, and slides her self off, letting her body turn as she fell head first, her hat falling off three feet towards the ground. A huge stinging burst of pain shoots through her whole body, and she hears cracks all over, and she feels herself twist in awkward, inhuman ways, but not for long, before everything fades to black.

Annie wakes three hours later to see a small light and she reaches towards it, lightly walking over to it. She can still walk? Was it all a dream? Or had she really killed herself. She stands where the light is still faded, not wanting to get to close to the light, just in case. She runs through the possibilities in her mind. 1. She was dreaming everything that had happened and it wasn't over. Or 2. She was dead and this is Hell. She notices three others standing not to far away, but what they're saying sounds a bit fuzzy to her. She sees a small sign as well, and the letters are clear to her. Limbo? Where is Limbo? Is it Hell?

Xiana is practically running toward the light when she suddenly hears voices. A boy is screaming he has a weapon. She stops dead in her tracks listening. The voices sound like they are near the light. Xiana slowly approaches the light, heart beating uncontrollably fast. As she get's nearer she sees two figures, a boy and a woman. "He-hello..?" She cautiously inches closer and closer toward the figures.

Ace, feeling tired of standing in the dark watching these shouting figures near the bright light, ran over to the strangers. "Hey! I don't know what the hell is going on here, but it sure isn't gonna get better if y'all are yelling all the time!" he yelled out in their direction, hoping to discourage the arguing from getting more serious. Pushing up his sleeves, he walked over to the people, hoping to get some answers out of them. Maybe they could help him escape this shadowy nightmare of which they all were in. Ace, regaining a small part of his memory, said to himself something he was sure he had heard somewhere. "As I walk through the shadow of the valley of death, I fear no evil; for I am the baddest motherf*cker in the God damn valley." ((Jarhead is a great movie.))

Lena flinched in fear when she heard the new voice. "Where were all these people coming from? Have they died to?" Lena shuddered as one of the voices whispered something terrible.

"Yessss....and then you'll become like ussss..." a cackle echoed through Lena's mind as she tried desperately to get rid of the voices.

After finally managing to ignore the whispers, Lena walked over to the new person and touched his cheek, making sure he was real. "He's solid." Lena frowned as she made sure the new person was solid by feeling his cheek over and over again, getting harder with every touch. In the end Lena slapped the man so hard, the sounds projected all throughout the darkness.

Xiana hears a loud slap sound as she comes into the light. She see a hand shaped red mark on the boy's cheek, then she looks at the girl. "Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?" She hears someone yelling at them and footsteps approaching quickly. She turns into the direction she hears it coming from and sees the figure quickly getting closer She backs up a bit, standing next to the girl and ready to fight the approaching figure if she needs to.

Xavier sat down near the sign and remained silent. 'So, I'm dead.' He didn't feel very emotional about the event. Perhaps the information just hasn't sunk in quite yet. Still, he didn't really feel as if he died. He couldn't remember a thing, besides his own name. When people died, it was a loss. However, he couldn't recall losing anything. Being dead might as well be the same as being born for the first time. Although he didn't retain any memories of personal experiences, he retained all the knowledge he had ever learned. It was very odd. 'If I'm in Limbo, then my fate is undetermined.' Limbo was a realm in between the others, a place where nothing is said to exist. Yet, the Limbo he was in, seemed quite different. At this point, only one question remained. 'Am I going to Heaven or Hell?' His fate would be decided so easily. The decision would gain him some inkling as to what kind of person he was. For all he knew, he could've been a murderer or even a saint. Right now, he was practically a blank slate. 'Whatever happens, I'll just accept it.' That's all he could do in this situation. He closed his eyes and heard voices. 'Others?'

Lena panicked at the sounds of new voices. Where were all these people coming from? Lena spun around and saw another girl standing right behind her. Not saying anything, Lena's mind was still trying to process everything that had happened. I'm dead. I'm in Limbo. There's a guy with blue hair. Another one with dog tags. Now there's this new girl standing right behind her. Lena tried taking deep breaths to calm herself down.

"In," Lena sucked in a large gulp of air. "And out." Exhaling, Lena felt herself calm down a little more. Well, until a dark figure in the background scared her, resulting in Ms. Lena Lee hyperventilating.

Gideon sat up and yawned. He realized the situation he was in but didn't really care. What made him worry was that he didn't come back to life considering he was a phoenix. He thought to himself about what might interfere with him not rising up from the ashes that became of his body after he died. He continued to ponder about it, ignoring all the commotion after reading the sign. After a while he decided to get up and head towards the "action", hoping something or someone could ease his boredom.

Ace slightly flinched from the unexpected impact, and looked to the girl who forced her palm into his face. "I'm real, Missy," he commanded in a stern voice, hoping he wouldn't get slapped again, "now tell me. Where am I? And who are you?!" Ace stared into her eyes impatiently, still a bit angry about his now-sore face. Crossing his arms, he turned his back to her, and looked down at his dog tags. Perhaps they held the key to what happened in his life? He still had no idea what the letters below his name meant, nor did he know why he would have these "dog tags", if that's what they were actually called. So many questions, yet no answers. If these people could remember, Ace need information from them, and he would do anything for it.

Lena had calmed down enough to answer the black haired man. "I think we're in Limbo," Lena pointed up towards the large and very colourful sign. "My name is Lena Lee, it'd be great if you told me your name before demanding mine." Lena said snootily, as she crossed her arms over her chest, somewhat annoyed at the man's rudeness. Then again, she had slapped him. Spotting the dark figure in the shadows, Lena held her breath and looked away, thinking to herself, "Try not to panic, try not to panic." Over and over again.

Xavier looked at the surrounding people. 'I guess they've died as well.' It wouldn't be that shocking. Many people died everyday and the people here are a part of that statistic. Although, he never heard of being trapped in Limbo being a part of the dying process. 'I wonder if they've forgotten things as well.' He didn't know anything about this place or how it worked, so he didn't know what to expect. Everybody here could have amnesia or he could be the only one. He ignored the yelling, which was becoming harder by the minute. Why were these people so loud? 'I thought I was supposed to rest in peace.' Right now, that seemed more like wishful thinking. 'We're dead an they're not acting like it. Perhaps things haven't realized the situation.' It was perculiar. He thought that the dead were supposed to enjoy an eternal peace, not yell and slap people.

"I'm, uh," he looked down towards the shiny silver necklace to refresh his memory, "Ace. Ace Fremont, accordin' to these 'dog tags'. " Slipping the tags off, he held them out for Lena to see. After putting them back around his neck, he turned to see what she was talking about. A shadowy figure was standing a bit away from the two, but Ace wasn't about to let some stranger scare him. "Calm yourself, we're already dead. Not like this could get worse." He stared into the emptiness; an eternal void of which human minds couldn't come close to comprehending. "Who are you!? Answer me, or... or, you don't wanna know!" Ace shouted out, hoping he wouldn't have to go closer to this new apparition. Was it evil, or harmless? Human, or..? He had no way of knowing. Yet.

Gideon kept his distance and watched everyone. He continued thinking to himself about the situation. "I wonder if they are going to calm down anytime soon..." Gideon thought. He looked at Xavier for a second then back at Lena and Ace. Gideon observed them with some interest.

'Looks like they are dead.' It appeared that the dead would come here after dying, but Xavier could tell that wasn't the full story. 'If every person who died arrived at this Limbo, this area would be filled with many others. There's something more to this than just simply dying.' He contemplated this for a moment, before feeling someone's gaze on him. He turned his head around and locked eyes with a man. 'Is he dead as well? No, he seems...different.' Xavier didn't know why, but he wasn't getting the same vibe from this man that the others gave him. He broke the eye contact and turned his head to its previous position. 'It doesn't seem like something to fuss over.'

Gideon stared at the man, his thoughts racing as he ran the numbers in his head. He wasn't one to think much about things unless he had to. He continued to watch Xavier and observe him. He was getting every detail of the person that he could take in.

Another loud crash of a bomb rang out nearby, making Trevor wince and jump a little. They always seemed so much closer, ever closer. He didn't understand what they were even doing here, what the government wanted them to do. All he knew was that he had orders, and needed to fulfill them. Helmet on his head, pack on his back, he ran out of the truck with the rest of his troop. Somewhere in the middle, he never cared to know where exactly. Not a word came from his mouth as he heard someone yelling, "Go! Go! Go!" That man waving his hand, wanting them to always move faster.

He did. He always did. "Leon," the person ahead of him called out, using his middle name as he preferred, "Leon. Leon you there? Earth to Leon. Come on. You and I are going out ahead a bit. Orders." Leon nodded curtly, hair that was a bit longer than the military may have liked bobbing as he did so. Feet pounded on dry ground, turning corners, looking for something or someone. Gunfire was heard off in the distance, yelling, and Leon just winced again, but continued.

They came around another corner, and there was a man holding onto a young boy tightly. He had a rifle in his hand, pointed at the boy. The young little boy was crying, clutching at the man's hand, begging him to let go in their language. The older man was yelling in his language, then suddenly cut off into a gargle as Leon's friend shot a bullet into the man's chest. Into his lungs it seemed. The man released the boy, and grasped at his own chest desperately, breath coming to him only in short, desperate bursts. Gargling and bubbling noises came as his lungs filled with blood, suffocating him.

Leon couldn't worry about that though, and darted for the young boy, scooping him up into his arms as more people came around a corner. Shots rang out, the enemies dead. He could hear his buddy's thudding boots running to his side. Leon couldn't move though, arms limp, the young boy running away from the danger. His mouth was agape slightly, breathing rasp and painful, blood ran down his face, a bullet having gone into his head, though it didn't kill him instantly. His friend stood over him, yelling something, but his vision was going blurry. He couldn't breathe, his body wouldn't work, then... everything went black....

When he awoke, he gasped for air in the dark. Leon could see light from a sign off in the distance a bit. "Welcome to Limbo," it said, in large glaring letters. He shook his head, and let his hands go to his face, breath shaky. Leon noticed that he wasn't in his gear anymore, instead just in a plain green T-shirt and tan cargo pants. He stopped clutching his head though, and inspected the other people from afar. Limbo? he thought, forcing himself to stand and begin to walk over to the sign, Why so popular..? He still didn't want to talk until he absolutely had to, just taking in all that he could from what his eyes could see.

(Sooooooo sorry if it's too much :/ )

Sedrian walked around the city with his head down low, he hated when people tried to talk to him unless he had something he wanted to say. Oh, and being mentally unstable didn't help much either. He stroked his long black hair a few times looking around for any signs of activity. 'Nothing... Good...' He thought to himself continuing into an alleyway. He went into the far back of the alley and sat down, he had pretty fancy clothes, but hated being noticed, odd huh?
