I am planing on creating a Stratocracy.It would be much easier as Military Officers would control Regions such as a (I will be Using Ottoman-Arab Ranks for this ) Mushir (Equals Field Marshal) would be the Leader of the Union Elected by Generals,Feriks (Generals) would control a whole Country,Mirlivas (Major Generals) would control Regions,Miralays (Colonels) would Control Cities, and rest of the ranks would serve under them.

If so I recommend we try to get the nations generals as some of the leaders (SO they wont be as inclined to rebel)

Just one entity knowhn as Seljuk Union Armed Forces Joint Administration Zone.and dont worry they would not get enough power to rebel as Officers will strive to get higher ranks to hold land and to gain rank they have to please the goverment...so constant powershifts and rivlary will keep them at our control.

Do not worry...I knowh how to keep a coup d'etat at bay...by either Ensuring citizens in occupied zones are Discriminated,Enforced to Learn Turkish and Farsi,Learn History from books given out by Goverment,Assimilate and those who resist would be put in ghetos and exterminated...or lower their taxes (Lower from old goverments),give them every social right there is,Ensure they have a say in their goverment (eg.Allow them to join the Military) and give Autonomy over time when they prove themselves as loyal subjects.
